Daily Adventures in Junkland Started

This house is like a patchwork quilt made from factory wooden pallets, with four walls and a roof that leaks more often than not. The floor is a pile of plastic bottles, which is still better to sleep on than a stone road.

First to emerge was Alicia. The surrounding garbage heaps seemed to have grown taller, and she was pretty sure it wasn't her imagination, because this happened every day.

She raised both her arms and tried to stretch her back, then picked up a plastic bottle from the ground and threw it into the sky, along with all her drowsiness.

"What's that noise?" Jackson yawned as he got up, unable to yawn out his drowsiness, so he just swayed forward.

May also got up, not remembering that she had fallen asleep with Jackson last night. Alicia couldn't help but sigh in relief.

"You guys should look for breakfast," Alicia pointed at the two just waking up, sounding commanding.

"Don't you want to look for it too?" Jackson asked.

"I'm coming with you," Alicia replied, "Just a reminder, you absolutely can't separate from us, or we won't know where your body ends up."

"Got it," Jackson shrugged and smiled, accepting the reminder.

Alicia saw his smile and froze.

"Alicia, Alicia," May whispered softly in her ear, her breath brushing against her ear, making her face suddenly turn red, but she quickly wiped away that blush, visible to the naked eye.

Jackson watched Alicia, who seemed at a loss and teary-eyed, and burst into laughter.

"Don't laugh!" Alicia blushed in frustration.

Jackson clearly didn't want to stop, but instead laughed louder.

May couldn't hold it in any longer either.

A regretful scream echoed around the garbage heaps, probably even reaching Jesus sleeping in heaven.
