In the castle

We flew on the back of the wyverns all the way into the city.

I had planned on finding a place to keep the wyverns, but the fourth prince said that it was perfectly fine to bring the wyverns right up to the city gates.

I found that he wasn't lying about this.

Even when we landed with the wyverns, it didn't seem like the people at the gate were worried at all. With the way that they looked at us, it was as if they were already used to seeing wyverns.

Though there were some that were looking at Joan.

After all, she was a wyvern that was different from all the other wyverns.

With the fourth prince leading the way, we easily passed through the gates and arrived in the capital.

It was then that I understood why they hadn't been afraid of us.

It was because they were already used to seeing wyverns and by that, I meant it literally.

There were a bunch of wyverns that were behind the gate.
