When we came back to the study, there was only the prime minister and me left in the room.
After walking in, I sat down in the chair and just let my body slump down in the chair.
It was as if all the tension that had been in my body had been released and I felt like there was no energy left.
As I laid there, I couldn't help letting out a deep sigh.
The prime minister stood there on the side looking at me with a concerned look when he saw me acting this way. But after a moment of silence, he walked over with a sigh and patted me on the shoulder.
"You just did what you had to do." He said in a voice of comfort.
I gave a slight nod without saying a single thing in response.
There was a moment of silence that hung in the air before he patted me on the shoulder again and said, "Just take the rest of the day off. There's nothing important that you need to do anyway, so just take some time for yourself."
