What kind of magic is this?

"She was a foreign merchant that was here for business."

That was the response that I got from the shadows on who that fat lady in the fancy dress was.

It was strange even if she was a foreign merchant.

After all, the Kite Kingdom was now known as the fifth empire, so there were very few people that would dare to act this way in the entire human society. Those people were those that were at the very peak of the human race, they weren't people like this fat lady who was only a rich merchant in a medium sized kingdom.

It really didn't make sense what gave her the courage to do something like this.

"She says that she lost control of herself when she saw your majesty's appearance. She never thought that there would be someone this beautiful in the world."

It was as if the shadows could guess what I was thinking as they said this.
