Magic ruins (2)

In the end, no one was satisfied.

That was because of what the Azure Sage did.

Since he wasn't able to split us up into different groups, he chose to compromise by making sure that no one would be able to move freely.

Instead of creating groups to move around the ruins in, it became a sort of guided tour where the teachers would be leading the students around the places that had already been explored.

It was clear that the students had been looking forward to exploring the ruins, but that chance was taken away because we were going with them.

If it wasn't the Azure Sage that had changed the plans of the field trip, then there would have been plenty of complaints.

That just went to show the status that a sage had in the Sorcery Empire.
