A week passed, and Celine currently stood before a teleportation magic array she created with a gleeful smile.
She hid it really well for the past week, not even Rose noticed something unusual. Perhaps sometimes, but since there was nothing really worth reporting to the Lord, and the latter was also busy training the students', she kept a blind eye on it.
Celine swipes the sweat slithering on her forehead, heaving a sigh of relief.
"Finally, I finished it." Celine suddenly frowned. "Tsk, I didn't manage to keep track of time again. Maybe, I should really issue a watch to my father, even though it is costly, not even a viscount could afford it. After all, time is the most precious thing that even money can't compete with."
Celine shook her head and recalled how she hid the teleportation magic array in her room and couldn't help but giggle.
Whenever she felt she was exhausted drawing with extreme precision, aiming to acquire success on her first try, she would use a carpet to hide it. Yes, it was indeed suspicious, but placing a carpet inside her room, even if it only took a little space, was completely normal.
Her issuing a carpet to be placed prior to carving the teleportation magic array didn't gain complete suspicion that much. But Rose would try her best to place more attention on the carpet, but she failed.
To appear not really suspicious, Celine even spent some of her time strolling inside the castle whenever she was tired or browsing some books while actually reflecting on her performance.
In the end, she was successful and even rechecked, again and again, to look for something she missed or inaccuracy, and finally, she could confidently conclude she finished it.
The next step was quite easy, just pouring the blood into the narrow ditch line, but the next step was rather tricky.
It was to keep pouring her Aether Evil Element while giving her whole focus, searching for the coordination of the Devil's Realm. Of course, she already memorized the coordination, so it was not a problem, but rather, the amount of Aether Evil Element she had to provide.
What if it was not enough?
"I only have one core on the solid stage, so it will never be enough." Celine's mouth suddenly curved into a smile. "But who said the blood from the chalice does not contain a bit of Aether Element inside?"
Naturally, the blood was not enough to aid her father's ascension to the heavenly realm, and thus, the remnants of the Aether Element supported it the most. Therefore, Celine didn't worry about inadequate Aether Element, so her main focus, for now, was to pour hers while using it to connect her location to the other teleportation magic array.
Without further ado, Celine performed from what she recalled and poured the blood from the chalice to the narrow ditch line meticulously, and couldn't help but feel a bit exhausted mentally after she was done.
"Good, not a single drop is wasted."
Celine smiled, looking at the door, and after hesitating for a while, she decided to lock it anyway. As long as she would respond once Rose called her, then Rose would not get panicked and perhaps forcibly open the door.
After locking the door, Celine proceeded to the teleportation magic array and sat before it, finally pouring her Aether Elements to perform the summoning. The blood lit up, and the image of the Aether Elements mixed within the blood, not visible to the average human, was gradually dissipating.
Celine locked the coordination of the Devil's Realm, showing her a mental image of the available teleportation magic array.
The available teleportation magic array appeared like a wisp with different sizes and radiance. Celine was aware that only this wisp was available with a devil inside the teleportation magic array.
Celine casually picked one of them, thinking they were the same one anyway. She didn't choose the vibrant wisp with enough size to scare her. After all, what would happen if the enslaving process failed? She would die, then?
Then, her efforts would turn in vain and even implicate the lives of her father, personal maid, and other innocents because of her wicked actions.
'Wait, why am I even thinking of those things? Am I really this pessimistic?'
Celine shook her head as she watched the connection of her teleportation magic array and the other was connecting like a bridge. By her estimation, it would only take a minute to finish and then summon the person inside the teleportation magic array.
"I hope he will not leave."
Celine was aware she couldn't mess up on this try since she didn't have a spare chalice. Hell, she wouldn't be surprised if her father killed her for doing this thing.
Celine took a step back and watched the teleportation magic array radiating a crimson light, possibly affected by the color of blood. She waited, biting her finger from anxiousness.
If it failed, all her dreams and convictions would fall mercilessly, and she would have to live a life she didn't want.
She was getting anxious until the summoning was almost done, and finally, her effort bore fruit, closing her eyes and jumping elatedly, trying to suppress her voice. She knew, even if she moved in a hyper manner, the enslaving process would take place since she was considered as the summoner
Although she only provided an eager amount of Aether Element, it was to choose a teleportation magic array, letting the Aether Element from the blood sustain the summoning and connecting the bridge, so in a logical sense, she should be recognized as a summoner.
But after a moment passed, she was baffled when she sensed nothing happening, according to the book.
"FUCK YOU!"
A sudden shout startled her awake from her daze, and quickly glanced in the direction of the voice and was stunned to see a disheveled young man, laughing to his heart's content.
The young man then noticed the subtle change in his surroundings. Sensing a gaze from a certain direction, his gaze interlocked against Celine, and he was taken aback by her beauty.
