a story about a power hungry half human half demon boy who was estranged by his childhood friend, best friend and step sister. 


Kaneki Higanbana was estranged by 3 girls when they got into high school because they fall for a guy name Ryueki itadori.


one day he accidentally met Ryueki itadori's childhood friend and crush Natsuki Mizutani who has the ability to see the "color" of a persons soul


they soon became friends and as soon they became friends Kaneki told her about him being estranged which made Natsuki mad.


though he kept their names a secret.
and so Natsuki is doing her best to make him happy.


and so their secret friendship had started.


and at the same time, the same girls Shino Tanaka (childhood friend), Yuuka Mirai (best friend) and Miku Higanbana/Tachibana(step sister) who felt so much guilt after realizing they've hurt Kaneki so bad.


are trying to fix their relationship with him.

after what all happened I went back home

Yuuki: welcome home! how was the sleepover?

Yuuka: it was great i went to the arcade after the party though for a while.

Yuuka: and earlier I ran into Natsuki Mizutani my classmate.

Yuuki: oh really? what happened next?

Yuuka: well~ we almost got kidnapped.

Yuuki: oh that wa- WHAT! my daughter almost got kidnapped! are you alright? did anything bad happen?, are you hurt? are you-

Yuuka: don't worry mom we were saved.

Yuuki: really by who? was it Kahi-kun (Kaneki Higanbana)?

Yuuka: sigh~ calm down mom I'll tell you but promise you won't panic.

she would probably be in shock or wouldn't believe me.

Yuuki: Yuuka-chan you know I can't calm down because of what happened! now tell me who saved you two.

Yuuka: fine the one who saved us was The Hero.

Yuuka: yes the Hero of Hell/Atlantis.

after saying that my mom bombarded me with questions when she was finally done we had dinner and I went back to my room.

Yuuka: Geez! mom really asked me a lot of questions she was like Higan-

after mentioning her former childhood best friend she felt guilty again.

then she started to remember the past.

when I was a kid I was interested in a certain type of demons the Demon Knights.

i idolized the Demon Knights for a very long time because of the legends that surround them, like the female Demon Knight Higanbana she had the ability to make different poisons just by thinking of them

or Demon Knight Urizen the leader of the demon knights with his power of controlling monsters.

I was so interested in them I did research about them and i even had the dream to be the first person to find all the Demon Knights "relics"

but when I was 5 I was never interested in playing with kids my age and when I do end up playing a game with kids my age i always say something like.

"i see so this is how you play I got some new data with this I can win!"

but it made the other kids unpleasant to see a girl like me talk like that they'd call me names like nerd, data obsessed freak, data weirdo and many others.

i thought about giving up when I was 5 and in kindergarten but then I met... my precious best friend.

"oh you like the Demon Knights?, Wow you do research on their relics!?, Man I wish I can get these relics i might get more power with this"!

I met a boy who was obsessed with getting power but somehow it was pleasant.

even though he wanted the relics to make himself more powerful he said something i never thought i would hear.

"you know Miyu-chan if you are interested in something don't give up on it! if someone says you're crazy for doing the thing you love like research just ignore them what's important is that you're doing what you love!"
