after all of Class 1-C getting paired with their partners Kaneki started setting up his tent.

Yuuka: Alright everyone since It's still a bit early let's go exploring!

everyone: that sounds like a good idea.

Yuuka had the thought of exploring the forest with everyone so she asked Kaneki so he wouldn't be alone at the camp site.

Yuuka: alright then you'll be in charge of the food but some of us have to stay and help you though.

some of the guys didn't want to help since they don't know how to cook.

Shino: i can stay and help.

Shino offered to help him which got the attention of the whole class.

Shino: its alright, i mean he doesn't look like a person who would do anything when he's alone with a girl.

They were still unsure.

Natsuki: Tanaka-san offered to stay and help you cook.

Yuuka: listen Higanbana-kun Shi-chan has offered to help you and you did say you'd obey her order as of right now right? so she's pretty much requesting to help.

Kaneki: Well Tanaka-san if you want to help then do whatever you want and also please don't do anything i would regret.

after a few minutes it was decided that each pair of partners would go in different directions and once it was lunch time they'd head back.

Yuuka: alright everyone be safe!

Ryueki: Hey Natsuki-chan stay safe.

Natsuki didn't like hearing that from him but then Miku held her hand and it made her a bit at ease.

before everyone left Kaneki said something to them.

Kaneki: alright before everyone goes out there i would like to say if you get lost these 4 insect familiars will find you guys and girls They smell all of you and will track you down in my command.

???: Huh! since when?

Kaneki: since just now. anyways if you guys don't get here on lunch time I'll send these 4 to find you and if you see them follow them alright?

Ryueki didn't really care about Shino being near Kaneki because he thinks Kaneki isn't really important and he thinks Shino only has eyes on him.

He was mostly focused on cooking and making sure he doesn't disappoint everyone.
