The fighter jet pilots were confident in their missiles to be able to hit Kaneki.

With a loud screech, he let out a bright beam of light out of his mouth and destroying the 30 fighter jets in an instant leaving a huge ball of fire in front of him.

(Man this girl, well at least she's doing well seeing Kaneki get hurt like that was probably too much for her, she did vomited a lot when he got decapitatedz so seeing that was definitely too much to handle for her)

Yuuka: yup, there's only about 40 minutes left until the Battle Royale is over.
