DEAR FAMILY, I AM SORRY
After her siblings left her room, Debbie fell on her bed and cried with all the pain in her, she remembered the look of disgust on Camily's face and the disappointment on Jack's face, she felt that she was not good enough for anyone, she felt useless.
She wanted the suffering to end, so she came out of her room walked to the store room, and took the poison meant for rats and insects.
She went back to her room, and she paused for a while, contemplating her actions.
She picked up a paper and a pen and wrote a suicide letter, addressing her family, "I know by the time you read this, I will be gone. I am going to a far place where I am going to be at peace and I won't feel useless anymore, I won't be an embarrassment to anyone. I am sorry for making you guys worry, I wish I could turn back the hands of time but I can't. I know I am being selfish but I tried to overcome the addiction but it's not working, the more I try, the more it becomes harder, I just want it to end. Don't blame yourselves but this is my decision and Jack, my dearest brother, My advice for you is, don't be like our father, find your path, and become your own person. Till we meet again, I love you all."
She took the poison, closed her eyes, and, drank it. She held her stomach as the poison spread around her body.
Jack came into Debbie's room, he wanted to tell her that her therapist was around but what he saw shocked him.
He saw his sister groaning on the floor in pain, she was clutching her stomach in pain as blood gushed from her lips, he rushed to his sister, "Debbie what's wrong? Answer me Debbie what's happening?"
She couldn't reply, she could only groan in pain. Blood was gushing out from her mouth and saw touched his clothes and his hands, he saw the half-filled bottle of poison lying upside down by his sister, he was afraid for her and shouted for help.
The therapist, a tall, slim man with thinning hair and round glasses across his eyes, heard Jack's shouts coming from the room upstairs, he walked in and saw the scene. He reached for his phone and quickly dialed the emergency number.
