"That bastard left without saying goodbye. Should we stop by his home?"

Annalise turned around after hearing the king's voice. Coming her way was the king and queen walking side by side with the king being protective as if the queen were made of glass.

Annalise loved that despite all the pressure from all around for the couple to have a child, the king had remained faithful, waiting for the queen to be the one to become pregnant with their heir. She wished she could stay a little longer to learn more about the two, but it wouldn't be long before she would be back here.

"He has Alessandra to return to. We shouldn't disturb the two and I wish to return to the palace to rest. It has been too many hours of listening to old men shout what they like and don't like. Hasn't it, Annalise?" Asked Hazel.
