Chapter 11: "The Undying Thunder"

After Akira's discharge from the hospital, a new member named Kobayashi Haruki joined Akira's team. Haruki was an imposing figure with broad forearms and shoulders, possessing a well-built physique. His power over lightning was formidable, although he struggled to control it fully. As a replacement for Saito, Haruki was assigned to Arima's team for a month to refine his abilities and learn from the experienced heroes.

A week later, the team was summoned to headquarters to discuss the future plans of the Hero Task Force and put an end to the chaos and fear inflicted by the All-Seeing Eyes. Upon Akira's arrival, he noticed Yuna and Kaito engaged in conversation with a tall, formidable-looking individual around their age. Approaching them, Akira extended his hand for a greeting, only to be met with an excessively firm handshake. The newcomer introduced himself as Kobayashi Haruki, expressing his eagerness to work alongside Akira. Despite Akira's strengthened arms, he could still feel the immense pressure from Haruki's grip. Before they could further interact, Arima intervened, calling everyone inside the discussion room.

As they gathered inside, Arima initiated the conversation. "As we all know, the All-Seeing Eyes have brought devastation and suffering throughout Japan. They have taken away the lives of our loved ones. It's time for us to unite, bring them down, and put an end to this darkness." The Chief of the Superhuman Task Force, Itsuki Haru, entered the room, and everyone rose, saluting their superior before taking their seats again.

The atmosphere in the room was filled with determination and resolve. Itsuki Haru spoke with authority, "We have gathered the most capable and dedicated heroes here. The All-Seeing Eyes have underestimated us for far too long. It's time we show them the strength of unity, the strength of heroes who fight not only for themselves but for the sake of humanity. Our objective is clear: to dismantle their operations, rescue the hostages, and restore peace."

As the discussion progressed, plans were laid out, strategies were devised, and responsibilities were assigned. Akira couldn't help but feel a renewed sense of purpose, knowing that he was part of a team driven by a common goal. Haruki's arrival, despite the initial shock of his overpowering strength, brought a sense of anticipation and a glimmer of hope for what they could accomplish together.

The chapter ended with the heroes, united under the leadership of Chief Haru, preparing for the decisive battle against the All-Seeing Eyes. Determined and unyielding, they were ready to face the enemy head-on, knowing that the fate of countless lives rested in their hands.
