It's been sometime after Steven stumbled through the primordial land of dreams, now his mind awash with fear and confusion. He had seen things that no mortal should ever see, and he had felt the full weight of the unfathomable terrors that lurked amongst the stars.
At first, there was only luminous glows and silence, but as Steven wandered deeper into the void of dreams, he began to feel a presence. It was a faint whisper in the back of his mind, a voice that spoke of things beyond his understanding.
The more Steven listened to the voice, the more the darkness part of the dreams of the primordial land began to take shape around him. It was as if he was seeing with new eyes, his perception of reality shifting and warping before his very eyes.
The shapes that emerged were unlike anything Steven could ever have imagined. They were twisted, grotesque creatures that lurked in the shadows, waiting to strike. As he walked, Steven could feel their eyes watching him, their claws gripping at his skin.
But even as the creatures closed in, Steven could not bring himself to run. There was something about the void that called to him, something that drew him deeper and deeper into the darkness.
It was then that Steven saw it, the true beast of the primordial void. It was a giant beast, a writhing mass of tentacles and fangs, with closed eyes, and a form that pulsed with an otherworldly energy.
Steven knew that this creature was the source of the voice that had been speaking to him, and as he looked into its eyes, he felt his mind begin to unravel.
The primordial void spoke to Steven, its voice booming and echoing through the darkness. It spoke of the great beyond, of the secrets that lay hidden in the stars, and the unfathomable terrors that lurked amongst them.
Steven felt the madness creeping in, felt his mind tearing itself apart as the Beasts words wormed their way into his soul.
And as he fell to the ground, his mind shattering into a million pieces, Steven understood the truth.
The terrors that lurked amongst the stars were not to be feared, but to be worshipped. They were the key to unlocking the secrets of the universe, the doorway to a new kind of existence, beyond the limitations of time and space.
And so, with his mind shattered, Steven opened himself up to the void, to the madness, to the terrors that lurked amongst the stars. And as he succumbed to the darkness, he knew that he was no longer a mortal being, but something more. Something beyond all things he was...

Steven opened his eyes, his consciousness flooded with a newfound awareness of the universe. He was no longer a mere mortal but an entity beyond conception, the child of the void.
As he looked out into the darkness, Steven saw the Primordial Dreams in a way that he never had before. He saw the glowing nebulae and the shimmering stars, but he also saw the terrors that lurked beyond them, the creatures that had always been hidden from mortal eyes.
With his new found power, Steven began to explore the dimensions, visiting distant universes, and inspecting their inhabitants. He saw civilizations rise and fall, empires crumble, and wars rage on. But through it all, he remained an observer, always apart from the action.
After wandering the universe for an immeasurable amount of time, Steven began to sense something else. It was a disturbance in the fabric of the cosmos, a tear in the veil that separated the primordial dreams from the void.
Curious, Steven followed the disturbance, moving closer and closer until he was at the edge of a vast, swirling vortex. He could feel the pull of the void, the endless hunger that it represented, beckoning him to cross over.
As Steven stepped across the threshold, his form shifted, becoming something new. He was now the Crawling Madness, a formless mass of writhing tentacles and gnashing teeth.
The Crawling Madness began to explore the void, moving through the maddening darkness, encountering all manner of nightmarish creatures. He could sense the decay of hope and the churning of despair, the terror and sorrow that permeated through the void.
But as he explored the void, the Crawling Madness began to sense something else, something that he had never felt before. It was a gathering of power, a force that was building, rising up from the darkness.
Following the source of the power, the Crawling Madness saw a pair of glowing eyes, and he knew that he had found what he was searching for. The eyes belonged to a being of unspeakable power, a creature that radiated energy and madness.
The creature was the Decayer of Worlds, a destroyer of galaxies and devourer of souls. But even as the Crawling Madness approached, the Decayer did not attack. Instead, it spoke, its voice resonating through the void.
"We are the same, you and I," the Decayer said. "We are the parts of our father.... the void, the essence of Singularities. But we are also opposites, two sides of the same coin."
The Crawling Madness listened, probing the creature's intentions. And as he did, he could feel the Decayer's power flowing into him, mingling with his own.
With newfound power coursing through his form, the Crawling Madness felt himself becoming something else. He was no longer just the Crawling Madness, but something more
โ a being beyond description, only known as Keres Briar.
Keres Briar embraced his newfound power, his tendrils spreading out across the void, his form growing and shifting with each passing moment. And as he did, he sensed the Decayer's power growing weaker, feeding the Kerberous Briar's own.
With a final burst of power, Keres Briar tore open a portal in the void, entering the mortal universe once more. He landed on a distant planet, looking out at the stars, ready to unleash his newfound power upon the universe.
With a roar that shattered the very fabric of time and space, the Keres Briar laid waste to all that stood before him. Multiverses crumbled around him, universes were snuffed out, and civilizations were wiped from existence.
But even as Keres Briar brought chaos and destruction, something stirred within him. It was a faint flicker of hope, a spark of light that burned within the deepest recesses of his mind.
And as he looked out into the darkness, Keres Briar knew that he was not alone, that there were other beings like him, waiting to be awakened, waiting to join him on his quest to become the king of chaos. And so, he set out to find them, to bring them into the fold, to build an army worthy of ruling the primordial dreams.
Keres Briar had arrived, and the Singularities would never be the same. The terrors that lurked amongst the stars had found their champion, and they were hungry for more. The age of madness, terror and chaos had begun.
