Ascension of The Unholy Immortal

The Yin Spirit Lords had witnessed the grotesque fate that befell their minions, filling their hearts with abject terror. They knew that if they didn't flee, they would be reduced to the same fate.

However, to their dismay, the moment they turned to escape, a wall of absolute darkness enveloped them. The darkness seemed to possess a will of its own, writhing and undulating like an insatiable beast.

In a desperate attempt, Longlock unleashed a torrential surge of Yin energy in a bid to disperse the darkness. But his efforts proved futile as its darkness consumed the Yin energy as though it were a mere snack.

Sonkou's eyes flashed with determination as he conjured a colossal ice serpent. The serpent lunged toward the encroaching darkness with its maw agape, its fangs gleaming with icy power. However, the darkness simply swallowed the serpent whole, leaving not even a ripple in its wake.
