Chapter 323 Don't Leave

Seventeen's delicate body trembled slightly, her eyes reddening momentarily as she turned away. "Now you're thinking about the child. Why didn't you think about the child back then?"

"I..." Yang Chen closed his eyes in anguish, only speaking after a long pause. "Back then, my mind was like mush. I couldn't control..."

"Hmph," Seventeen sneered. "You couldn't control it? Did you even try to control it? I truly feel sorry for my child. With a father like you, he didn't even get to be born before leaving..."

Yang Chen's body stiffened, feeling a tingling sensation on his scalp. If others were present, they might even see the veins bulging on his forehead.

"Gone...?" 

"Do you think that I survived the explosion, fell into the sea, just to come out of it unscathed?" Seventeen's emotions were getting out of control, questioning angrily.

Once again, the room fell into a dead silence, an eerie stillness.
