Chapter 479: Wrongly Accusing the Honest

Yang Chen didn't head straight to the office. He had promised to pick up Jane, so he decided to show some sincerity and arrive early to wait for her.

At the international arrivals terminal of the airport, Yang Chen sat in a corner, half-asleep and half-watching the crowds. After an hour and a half, he finally spotted a familiar silhouette emerging from the throngs of people.

Jane, dressed in a light coffee-colored knit sweater and black skinny jeans, wore oversized sunglasses. Her amber-colored hair shimmered like the most dazzling silk. Even with most of her face covered, she couldn't help but draw everyone's attention, though no one dared to approach her. She seemed like a goddess, enchanting yet untouchable.

Carrying only a small Prada woven leather bag, Jane walked directly toward Yang Chen's corner, as if by prearranged signal.

Yang Chen stood up with a smile. "I knew you were smart, but how did you even figure out where I'd be sitting?"
