First Meeting

After a long journey, like some 2 to 3 hours, they finally reached the city. Eric was surprised to see the city for the first time, it was so much different than he had imagined. People were looking so much more advanced to him, this scared him a little. Well yes he was a loner before so a little tiny thing will also surprise him right now. They went to their new home and unpacked things. Eric is beyond happy to see this new place and excited, but on the other side he is scared and nervous too . He quickly wanted to merge with the people and make some friends. Mother Alvara is happy to see her son that happy. She called him to come close to her and he came, then she said "Son… please don't use your powers outside and don't ever take this scent blocker off from you… promise me". Eric promised that he will never take it off and will not use his powers (wolf power) outside until or unless he is in great danger.

After that, they just unpacked their things in their new home and decided to explore the area. So they went out to the nearest park where the kids were playing with their parents, some of them were playing with their friends. By seeing this Eric wanted to have a friend even more and a father too, as he saw some kids playing catch-catch with their father. He wants to go near a few kids and ask them to be his friends but he is just too shy to ask as this is his first time ever in that situation. He was just roaming around with his mother when a ball came at him at a high speed. Eric act face and was able to catch the ball in time before it hit him or his mother. After catching the ball, he saw a girl probably younger than him by 2 to 3 years, coming towards him. "I am so sorry... are you hurt?" she asked with a concerned face.

Eric replied "No..." then he gave her that ball back and was just staring at her. That girl was not wearing any scent blocker on her, because of what eric can easily tell that girl is an omega, not any simple omega but a rare omega, as her scent felt like something special and was itself showing its rareness. Eric is a boy who lived his life inside walls, alone, but his alpha wolf has this sense to tell that that girl is a rare omega and he told Eric about this. Eric did not say anything to that girl, but he was just staring at her, unstoppably.

Then that girl again apologizes to him by this time that girl's mother came to them from behind saying "Jenna... baby what's taking you so long...". 'Oh her name is Jenna' Eric thought to himself. "oh hello.." her mother said politely "My name is Katherine, Jenna's mother". Eric's mother replied, "Hello, I am Alvara, Eric's mother". Both mothers start chatting with each other when Jenna takes little steps towards Eric, on this Eric starts breathing a little heavily, as he is panicking a little. Jenna closed her eyes and sniffed Eric, even though Eric was wearing a scent blocker she was still able to smell him, Jenna said "I like your scent... its just... lovely... so calming, it's like rain and vanilla together". She is coming little closer and closer to him by every second. this was making Eric nervous, very nervous, by seeing him nervous Alvara came to him with concern "Son, what happened? Are you feeling ok?". Eric just nodded as yes but it was visible that he is not. Katherine looked at Eric in a little shock, then she said "Your son... must be a... dominant Al... Beta... right". Alvara just got shocked and scared. Well Katherine is also a rare omega so she can tell even with a scent blocker on that what a person's second gender is... alpha, omega or beta but still she decides to use the word beta instead of alpha. "Mommy do beta's also have this type of sweet smell?" Jenna ask her mother. Katherine replied "Yes darling they can...", After saying this she looked around and in a worried tone said to Alvara " I think you must go... he is looking a little bit sick". By looking in Katherine's eyes Alvara can sense that there is some kind of danger, kids on the other hand are unaware of these signs that mothers were passing to each other. "Eric I guess then we should go home and on the way we will pick our some food too.. hmm? Sounds good?" Alvara asked Eric, to which he nodded as yes then they said their goodbyes and left.

After a few seconds a man approached Katherine and Jenna, and he was Janna's so-called father, the stepfather whom Katherine hates from the core of her heart, Beck. "So who were they..".

"Daddy they were new in our town and that boy had an amazing smell" Jenna replied in a cheerful tone.

"Amazing scent.. huh?" Beck said while looking at Katherine.

"He is a dominant beta... stop over thinking" Katherine replied while looking in another direction.

"Daddy, can I be friends with him?" Jenna said with sparkles in her eyes.

"of course my darling you can, anything you want." Beck replied with a smile while patting on her head softly.

well Katherine is just worried for that boy because she knows that he is not a dominant beta but a rare Alpha, AN ALPHA, Then she heard a thing that made her heartbeat race, which is that Beck saying to himself more like whispering to himself "Dominant beta... huh...".

In Katherine's heart, she prays for the safety of that boy as her feelings say that he is the one who will bring change for all of them, for good.

By seeing that kind of worried face Beck whispered to Katherine "Are you worried that that little Alpha boy will die from my hands?... hmmm?".

Katherine overcame her worried face and made a cold face while replying "What are you saying, Have you started killing Betas too? You are such a monster Beck" After saying this she went near Jenna praying that he will never find out the truth, her heartbeat is racing now.

"I guess I am overthinking... he can't be an Alpha... right?" Beck again whispered to himself, which was heard by Katherine and she sighed while relaxing herself, then he also went near Katherine and Jenna.

On the other side, Eric was still thinking about Jenna, as he felt a kind of connection with her but later on he decided to ignore those kinds of things, especially those feelings which he felt. When Alvara and Eric reached home, they just unpacked the food they brought, and eat it.
