Chapter ninety-three [ A Noble Works]
David has been thinking about the fascinating atmosphere of the farms ever since he got married to Danielle 30 years ago. Now, he still enjoys the atmosphere even though his parents-in-law are no longer alive.
Since then, David and Danielle have gotten up early every morning and pretended to boil water in a kettle with a furnace for a cup of coffee while the kids put up with them and slept in their bedroom in the dilapidated ancestral home on the farmland of their departed grandparents.
After they mate every day, David still has time to pray with Daniele inside the nipa hut before the sun rises. He beams broadly as he looks out the open window and feels the summer breeze cool his beard.
