Remember when I said sleepy Ryan was my favorite version of Ryan? I'm gonna change my answer. Ryan talking about his mother is the best version of Ryan.
After our date at the picnic- which, by the way, was straight planned from a book- Ryan told me a lot of stories about his mom.
I know a lot about his mom now. Her favorite color. Her favorite food. Her hobby. How she met Ryan's father.
I noticed that talking about Ryan's parents love story was hard for him so I tried not to focus on that.
Ryan's mom was an angel. She was sweet, humble and never raised her voice at her kids or anyone.
Even when we were on the plane back to New York, I ate Ryan's ear off asking him million of questions about his mom.
The best part? Ryan enjoyed it. He had a genuine smile on his face when he was talking about his mom, the moments he had with her.
"Jack was a trouble maker." Ryan said as we walked in our house.
I laughed as he shut the door and said "it's not hard to guess. Jack has always been a trouble maker."
"And a pain in the ass." Ryan muttered.
I hit his shoulder earning a tiny smile "he was polite too though."
"Yes. Beating the shit out of your ex is a very polite gesture. I'd give him a point for that." Ryan said then went in the kitchen.
I rolled my eyes. The guy who Jack beat up had cheated on me, I was really hurt so Jack handled him.
"He would've been a great lover too." I said teasingly. I didn't miss the pause in Ryan's movements as I said it.
He turned on his heels and raised his eye brow "excuse me?"
I grinned.
𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘭𝘭 𝘣𝘦 𝘧𝘶𝘯.
I sat on the counter table and placed my chin in my palm while my elbows rested on the counter as I said "Jack would've been a great lover. None of his girlfriends ever complained."
Ryan placed his hands on the counter, leaning towards me "are you saying he would've been a great lover for you?"
I chuckled "no honey." I leaned closer and pecked his lips "you're cute when you're jealous."
"I wasn't jealous."
"So you wouldn't mind the fact that me and Jack kissed once."
His eyes grew wide making me burst into a laugh.
"When the hell did that happen?" Ryan asked
I wiped the tear from my eye "relax. It was a dare. It was not a good kiss."
He sighed in relief "Thank God."
I gave him a weak smile as he lifted from the counter.
"Do you miss him?"
Ryan paused before he locked gaze with me. He didn't answer for a moment but then nodded as he turned to walk away saying "everyday." He opened the fridge and said "it's annoying but I miss him a lot."
His words brought tears to my eyes. Ryan never talks about his feelings neither does he shows any feelings.
Hearing him say that he misses Jack means so much. He loves his siblings and he regrets not saving Jack. I know it.
I stood up from the chair and walked to Ryan as he shut the fridge. I wrapped my arms around his waist and hugged him.
"You're an amazing brother." I whispered into his chest.
He froze. I looked up at him to find him staring at me.
"You really are, Ryan." I whispered as a tear escaped my eye.
He brushed the tear off my cheek and placed a soft kiss on my forehead. He wrapped his arms around me, returning the hug.
He sighed, relaxing his body. He buried his face in my hair and said "thank you."
I closed my eyes as we stood in the same spot comforting each other.
To the world, Ryan might seem like a cold and cruel person.
To me, Ryan is an amazing person, who would do anything to save the people he loves.

For dinner, Bree and Finn came over and brought food.
I honestly am so glad they came over. I missed Bree so much and as well as her daughter, Sarah.
That being said, I spent the whole evening holding Sarah.
"She missed you." Bree said as she watched me sitting crossed legged on the carpet with Sarah in my arms as she showed me her toys.
I grinned at her statement and said "I missed her so much." I placed a soft kiss on her tiny head.
Bree sat on the couch, crossed legged, watching us when she said "Ryan really changed."
Her comment made me look at her "really?" Bree nodded "in a good way? Or a bad way?"
"Oh, in a good way. I was really doubting him but.. he really is changing for you." She looked at me and smiled
Her confession made my body relax. I smiled back at her then looked at Sarah just when she showed me one of her dolls.
We heard Finn and Ryan talking as they walked downstairs- Ryan is facing some problems in the company so they went in his office room to discuss.
"Everything okay?" Bree asked as Finn let his body fall beside her.
"Yes. Just some guy trying to hack Ryan's account." Finn pecked Bree's lips making her smile then turned to Ryan "you should change your security team. I have few people you can trust."
Ryan sat in the sofa chair behind me as he replied "hm, okay. I'll see them."
"Great."
I looked at Ryan, before I could ask if he was okay, his lips cupped mine stealing a kiss.
I smiled and kissed back.
Our kiss broke as we heard Sarah squeal, we all turned our heads to find her clapping at her arrangements of toys.
"Wow, Sarah. You're way more organized than daddy." Bree said
"Hey!" Finn said, offended
"She's right, Finn." Ryan added.
"What the hell?!- at least you should have my back."
Ryan's eye brow rose as he leaned back in his chair "bold of you to assume."
Bree laughed at Finn's annoyed face.
Sarah looked at me as I grinned then pointed at her arrangement "you did a great job, Sarah." I said earning another cute squeal then Sarah fell in my arms, snuggling my chest.
My heart melted.
Bree made an 'aw' sound as Sarah cuddled into my chest, Finn smiled and I gently wrapped my arms around Sarah resting my head on hers "I want a kid." I said, pouting.
"Really?" Ryan's calm voice made Finn and Bree look towards him.
"Yeah." I looked at Sarah and placed a soft kiss on her head "they're so cute." I said with a pout.
"So then Ryan, when are you planning on working on her wish?" Finn's words brought my attention to him, a smirk was placed on his lips as he waited for Ryan's reply.
"I'd start now if she want."
Ryan's confession made mine and Bree's eyes wide at the same time while Finn clapped and whistled.
"damn!" He yelled then got hit by Bree as she pointed towards clueless Sarah.
While Finn whispered something in Bree's ear, I turned to Ryan to find him already staring at me.
"You really mean that?" I asked
"Yeah. I want to make a family with you." He said "do you?" I nodded which made him smile. He leaned closer and placed a soft kiss on my forehead "I'm glad." He whispered.
"I'm going to have a niece!- or nephew!" Bree squealed.
"Sarah's going to have a little sibling." Finn said then Sarah giggled.
Everything stopped as I processed everything.
Ryan wants to make a family.
With me.
I broke into a huge grin.
