The Hidden Princess

Slytherin Kingdom .....
WHITE WING
A gentle footsteps graced the hallway making it's way to the only room located there .Her long Gown dragging along the white tiles ,her heels making a gentle clicks on the floor ,Her shoulder raised high showing off her proud status of a Queen.
"Your Highness"The Two guards stationed outside of the Royal door greeted with a respectful Bow .
Queen Laura nodded .The Guards quickly opened the door and she stepped in .
The Door closed gently behind her again .Her eyes met with a Total darkness and silence .
"Mom..."A gentle voice whispered ,Queen Laura pupils dilated .An unusual gentle smile replaced her calculative ones .
"Raya "The Queen called calmly,her voice clotted with Expressive emotions .
She stepped closer into the darkness ,her eyes already accustomed to the darkness .Her legs leaded her to the Princess bed located at the center of the large Room.
The Queen hands touched the bed then she sat down beside her daughter .Her fingers caressed Raya's cheek .
"Mother....You are here"Raya said again ,a smile on her dainty lips .
Laura smiled ,She patted the Girl cheek lightly then stood up .
She walked towards the candle stand in the room and put it one after the other until the room was fully bright .
She turned back and her eyes met with the beauty lying on the princess size Bed.
"Did you find any cure"Raya said hopefully ,her eyes shined with hopes and expectations.
Laura sighed .She felt frustrated and totally useless .Her daughter have been bedridden for over 2 years due to an unknown illness or Virus .
Her once beautiful daughter was now lying on the bed and couldn't move around the Palace.No Man even asked for her hands marriage knowing she would never be able to stand up again .No one wants a crippled wife .
All her years of training her to be a proper lady and obedient wife turned abortive due to that unexpected event that happened that night.

She forced a smile and Raya's hopeful smile dropped.She already knew there was no solution seeing that smile on her mother's face .
"There is no cure??"Raya reluctantly asked ,her eyes now ready to be stained with tears looked at her Mother.
Queen Laura bit her lips and slowly nodded .Raya nodded ,She quickly wiped her about to fall tears away then smiled .
"So huh .....Mother .How is Father,He doesn't check up on me again"Raya asked concerned .
Laura frozed .An unknown expression flashed through her eyes .
She quickly snapped her self out of her daze sensing her daughter's gaze on her .
"Your Father is perfectly fine....He is just busy with the Royal duties .Am sure he will check up on you when he is free"Laura said Reassuringly .Her voice was strained for an unknown reason .
Raya smiled "Okay then ..... Extend my greetings to him"She said innocently unaware of the changes in her mother .
Laura smiled ,She patted her daughter's hair gently then pecked her forehead .
"I have to leave now ..... Don't feel too lonely "Laura said .Raya nodded .Laura pecked her forehead one more time before turning around and left the room..
Immediately the door closed ,Raya innocent smile dropped .A dark glint flashed through her eyes .
She knew something was wrong and she will go to any length to get her hands on it .
