Mykel readied the final step up the stairs and he looked at the blinding light in front of him. He couldn't see the person that was sitting on the throne, and neither did Elena and Amaryllis. No matter how hard they squinted their eyes, the light kept shining brightly and it started to hurt their eyes.
The moment The Lord stood up, Elena readied her stance, but when the light started to dim, she was shocked. The Lord looked exactly like Mykel, and then the white sky and vast space turned into darkness.
She wasn't the only one who saw it, but Amaryllis was also looking at the same thing as her. On the other hand, Mykel was still looking at the same thing as he arrived except he could see The Lord's appearance now.
"How long has it been, Mykel?" Helen asked with a cigarette in her mouth.
"Are you going to use that body from now on?" Mykel asked.
