Chapter fifteen The proposal

It has been two weeks now, and Ibifuro has gotten out of her troubles. Now the four friends are together again. Ib was sitting in the sitting room when she heard her phone ringing, she immediately pick up her phone it was Johnny.

"hi, babe is k with you? Johnny asked. Ib was used to Johnny referring to her as "babe" One will think these two were dating because he was closer to Ib than Kira who he see as a taken girl.

"she is in her room, what's up ".

"babe can you come over to my place we got to help Jimi"

"what is he up to?

"something big but you have to chill or ease you want Kira to know and that will spoil our plan"

"Alright, I will be on my way, see you there". Ibifuro quietly left for Johnny's house without Kira's notice.

After a forty minutes walk she got to Johnny's house. The boys were already the working on courtyard but they needed some help to finish on time. Kira's painting was carefully placed all over the place, Johnny was getting the balloon prepared as Ibifuro carefully placed Flowers all around the yard. Music instruments were rented by Jimi. Johnny and Ib carefully dress the table, the floor was dressed on a red carpet, and a display light was set lastly was a bouquet of hundreds of roses.

It was already noon, and Ib was asked to go and bring Kira who knew nothing about it.

"sweety! Ib called out immediately after she got back.

"Ib you made me worried, where have you been?

"I have been with Jimi, ehh k have you forgotten that today is Jimi's birthday "

"that's true is he celebrating it?

"yes, tonight just hurry dress up let's go". Kira immediately went to dress while Ib waited for her a few minutes later Kira appeared in a red velvet dress that shows off her curve, and she had a small bag with her.

"good to go? She asked

"Yeah! Good to go" Ibifuro responded.

I and Ib got to Jimi's place, it was already late. Immediately we got in Ib made an excuse of going to the restroom, I have to find my way to the courtyard all alone.

It was dark, then suddenly someone put on the light. I heard a beautiful baritone voice singing so I traced the voice but to my surprise, I was got in a romantic atmosphere the voice of the singer turn me on. I walked closer and then I noticed that the singer was Jimi.

He was singing a song titled "my love "by west life. At the end of the song, he walks closely to me with a bouquet of red rose flowers which he handles over to me.

"Please be my girlfriend " I couldn't imagine that Jimi will say that, he was begging, and my legs got weaker as he looked into my eyes.

"yes, I will, "I said without thinking twice.

The light suddenly went out which made me terrified, jimi hugged me and then a prolonged passionate kiss. I didn't even realize when the light was on again.
