Chapter forty-one: Always Been You iii

Jimi woke the next morning.

He had to go to school cause his graduation was just a week from today. But he was sure that the hell wasn't going to work on an empty stomach. He needed food and not just something he bought from a store. He wanted something homemade.

He fed Jim, took a shower, and got dressed quickly. He left the house and got into the car, he thought of stopping by his boss's house, but he decided against it. They probably will be dealing with getting the kids ready for school. Probably it best not to disturb them.

He drove to Bayo's apartment. If someone is to have food it is him. Cause man the guy can cook.

Luckily for him, Bayo was around as usual cooking. He got lost at the sight of Jollof and Dodo.

He took a huge bite and smiled at Bayo.

"hmmmm," he said, his mouth full " This is good ". Bayo rolled his eyes and continued "So about your woman...?

Just still while eating his phone rang it was Kira. Jimi had an unexpected excitement within him but still, he couldn't show it. He picked up the call.

"Hello, k what up, why did you call?
