Witness the sight of his comrade being snatched by the monstrous creature's grasp, Haldir couldn't contain his fury and let out a fierce, guttural yell. Without a second thought, he charged recklessly towards the beast, fueled by an overwhelming desire to avenge his fallen ally.

With every strike of his weapon, tears slowly welled up in his eyes, blurring his vision and causing emotions to become jumbled. His mind was consumed with thoughts of Myka, and the weight of his worry was almost too much to bear. Despite the overwhelming fear and uncertainty, he forces himself to remain focused on his aim, directing all of his energy toward striking the beast's vulnerable neck.

The beast managed to bite both of Haldir's arms and snatched them entirely off. As he fell backward, he gazed at the sky for one final moment. The impact of the fall caused him to cough up blood.
