Months passed, and Dani was somewhat upset as she placed a hand on her still flat and taut stomach. Somehow, despite near daily and hour-long sessions of lovemaking with Abel, her womb was still without child, and she was honestly thinking if she was a part of the problem or if their luck was just that bad for some reason.
Seriously, how in the world had months passed and she was still not pregnant? It also didn't help her mood when she always saw her Queen Mineah with her now heavily pregnant belly beaming and smiling like nothing was happening. She was happy for her queen, of course, but just seeing her swelling with life almost taunted her for her own inability to do the same.
"I'm sure it'll happen sooner or later, Dani," Abel reassured her as he held her by the hand. "We're just unlucky, that's all."
