Chapter 15- The four clan's alliance

Long feng left the clan with the old Clan Chief early the next morning. They were as discreet as possible, and no one was allowed to speak of it.
Long feng and the old Clan Chief didn't use horses. Instead, they went on foot so as not to gather any attention. They also followed crowd of people on the way.
The only problem was that Long feng was too popular in the city. Many people knew what he looked like. For that reason, Long feng had to put on a conical hat which covered his face as they moved.
"Are you sure you want to head to Gan yu city?" On the way, the old Clan Chief asked Long feng.
Before they had set out, the old Clan Chief informed Long feng of all the major cities within Jianhai Province. To their surprise, Long feng chose to head over to the strongest city within the province; Gan yu city.
Gan yu city was where the Jianhai clan stayed. The Jianhai clan was the strongest powerhouse within the province. They had an inheritance if nearly a thousand years! There was said to be a spirit realm cultivator within the clan. All these factors enabled the Jianhai clan to become the leaders of the province.
Long feng nodded.
"I'm sure senior. That is where I want to go" he replied.
The old Clan Chief nodded.
Suddenly, a loud explosion was heard. the explosion came from their back. Currently, they were not within a crowd. They were almost out of the Star Mountain City, and they were not many people around.
Behind, a massive army appeared. The army could easily reach five thousand men. Connate cultivators of different levels, even peak connate cultivators and Yin level cultivators. There were four men in the lead.
The old Clan Chief frowned
"The four clans have brought their entire battle strength out. Even their clan Chiefs and great elders came." He muttered. Just the four clan Chiefs and great elders were enough to trouble him. If the others should attack Long feng, things may not be good.
The Gong clan Chief was a middle aged man of two hundred years. That was quite young within Yin level cultivators. He looked at the old Clan Chief amusedly.
"Senior, it is an honor to meet you!" He said
The old Clan Chief harrumphed coldly
"Hahaha! Senior doesn't need to be angry. We have come to arrest that young man behind you. We have sufficient proof that he has stolen some treasures of our four clans, and he killed some of our disciple. I truly hope that Senior doesn't interrupt us and calmly hand over the boy to us." The Gong clan Chief said.
"Hmph! Gong shi! Can you be anymore shameless?" The old Clan Chief shouted.
Gong shi laughed
"Senior, let me speak openly. Hand over Long feng if you want your clan to be spared. I promise to compensate you for your loss of such a talent." He shouted.
"I'm afraid we can't hand him over. Our Long clan is not afraid of your four clans alliance!" The old Clan Chief shouted.
"Haha! Old Long! You are still so eccentric. You wish to battle against our four clans because of one bastard? He isn't even a real descendant of your clan. He was adopted. Do you really think that your Long clan has any hope of defeating us?" The Li clan Chief shouted.
"He looks down on us because he's a rank six Yin level cultivator!" The song clan Chief added.
"Hmph! Let us show him how wrong he is" the Xuan clan Chief Said.
Suddenly, from within the army, the aura of a rank six Yin level cultivator burst out. An old man dressed in black cloak walked into the open. He was a rank six Yin level cultivator!
The old Clan Chief was stunned.
"Gong Yun! You actually broke into the sixth Yin level?" He asked.
The man was actually a great elder of the Gong clan! Now, the Gong clan had nothing to fear of the long clan! That was bad news.
"Brother Long! It's been a while. Out of courtesy, we will not attack your clan. But you must hand over that boy to us. He is a threat that must be eliminated" Gong Yun Said.
The old Clan Chief felt uneasy. Now that the Gong clan had a rank six Yin cultivator, he wasn't sure if he could protect Long feng. Gong Yun just had to keep him busy as the rest all attacked Long feng.
He didn't know what to do.
"Why are we wasting time? Let us finish them both, then we will go and end the Long clan lineage for good!" The Xuan clan Chief shouted.
"Brother Long, I'm afraid we'll have to resort to this" Gong Yun shouted. Immediately, he shot towards the old Clan Chief.
"Long feng, leave right now. I will keep them all busy. Don't worry about me. I will definitely leave alive. Take this, from the whole clan!" The old Clan Chief said, giving a small sack over to Long feng. Long feng nodded thankfully, before turning and running away with all his strength.
He wasn't foolish enough to stay and die. Once he became stronger, he would definitely return this favor to the four clans hundredfold!
He ran away with speed comparable to a rank 1 Yin level cultivator! That was all his strength.
"Stop him!" Gong shi shouted, rushing towards Long feng. Suddenly, the old Clan Chief attacked him.
The old Clan Chief was facing all of them in a battle. Although he was disadvantaged, he wouldn't be defeated easily
"Damn it! Get out of my way old man! We have to kill that boy!" The Li clan Chief shouted frustratedly.
Still, the old Clan Chief kept attacking them, to prevent them from chasing Long feng.
"goddamn it!" The Xuan clan Chief cursed.
"All of you, go after that boy! Kill him. Whoever kills him will be greatly rewarded by the four clans!" Gong shi shouted at the army of the four clans disciples and elders.
It must be known that there was an elder of the Gong clan who was a rank three Yin level cultivator within the army!
Gong shi was a rank four Yin level cultivator, you while the clan Chiefs of the Xuan clan, the Li clan and the Song clan were rank three Yin level cultivators. It could be seen how strong the current Gong clan was.
There was one rank 3 Yin level cultivator within the army, five rank 2 Yin level cultivators, and nearly 10 rank 1 Yin level cultivators. The peak connate level cultivators were almost twenty. The other connate cultivators were almost five thousand! That was an absolutely terrifying army even for Yin level clans. This was the total battle power of the four clans combined!
