Jiryoku responded firmly, "Initially, I had the same thought, which is why I attempted to reconcile with all of you. However, I realized that changing my convictions at this point would be pointless. I've always followed my own path, guided by my beliefs. Suddenly altering that would serve no purpose. So, even if it means irreversibly severing my ties with you all, I don't care. I will most certainly proceed with the attack on Mount Myoboku."

Tsunade sought one last reassurance, asking, "You truly won't reconsider?"

Jiryoku's silence spoke volumes, conveying his unyielding determination to press forward with his plans to attack Mount Myoboku.

Turning to Katsuyu, Tsunade questioned, "Are you genuinely alright with this?"

Katsuyu responded, "Lady Tsunade, you are well aware that I am but a summoned creature, incapable of interfering in my summoner's personal life or his personal vendettas."

Tsunade felt utterly defeated, realizing that she had exhausted all avenues in her attempt to persuade Jiryoku to reconsider.

Katsuyu shifted her attention to Jiryoku and shared her concerns, saying, "I understand your grudge against Mount Myoboku, and I'm not asking you to abandon your quest for revenge. However, after spending so much time with you, I've grown to care about your well-being. There's something important I must convey to you. Gamamura, who was very close to the Sage of the Six Paths, possessed something bestowed upon him by the Sage himself. We, the Sage Places, are not certain about the nature of this item. It could be an artifact or something entirely different. What we do know for certain is that Mount Myoboku is under the protection of the Sage of the Six Paths."

Katsuyu continued, "To be honest, I wouldn't be surprised if somehow the Sage of the Six Paths himself were to appear."

Jiryoku nodded in agreement, recognizing the significance of Gamamura's connection to Hagoromo and the potential importance of the Sage's protection over Mount Myoboku. He couldn't help but feel intrigued about what this protection might entail.

Reassuring Katsuyu, Jiryoku stated, "You needn't worry too much about me. While the chances of the Sage of the Six Paths appearing may be high, the likelihood of him engaging in combat with me is nearly zero. After all, he has been deceased for a very long time."

Tsunade shook her head, departing from Shikkotsu Forest with Sakura's summoned assistance, while Jiryoku also left the forest, using Katsuyu's aid, already summoned at the Daimyo Mansion.

----

Upon his return to the Daimyo Mansion, Jokan inquired, "What did Lady Katsuyu want to discuss with you?"

Michikatsu explained, "It was mostly Tsunade who wanted to persuade me to give up on the attack on Mount Myoboku. Lady Katsuyu also advised caution, reminding me that the toads of Mount Myoboku have lived for over a thousand years."

Jokan agreed, saying, "Lady Katsuyu is right, you should exercise caution."

With a sense of determination, Jiryoku replied, "Alright, I should be on my way. I need to begin my search for Mount Myoboku, and it's bound to take some time."

Jokan nodded, offering Jiryoku a goodbye kiss, and as Jiryoku nodded back, he took flight and departed, leaving Jokan watching his departing figure as he flew away.

----

Jiryoku, after flying for several hours, arrived silently above the skies of Konoha. He carefully descended into the village, heading toward the Hokage building. There, he knew of a narrow underground waterway that led to Mount Myoboku.

Realizing that his 'Observation Haki' alone might not be sufficient to locate the hidden waterway leading from Konoha to Mount Myoboku, Jiryoku muttered to himself, "With my 'Observation Haki' alone, I won't be able to see the waterway."

As he continued to move discreetly through the village, Jiryoku sensed that he had been detected by the Konoha Barrier team. They had already activated an emergency signal to inform Hokage Tsunade of his presence. However, Jiryoku chose not to react and instead placed his hand on the ground.

"If 'Observation Haki' won't be enough," he thought, "then I will use my 'Gravity Sensing' method to locate the waterways within Konoha."

Focusing his abilities, Jiryoku combined his 'Observation Haki' with his 'Gravity Sensing' technique. Soon, he was able to pinpoint the underground waterways leading away from Konoha, particularly the one connected to the Hokage building.

"It seems that Tsunade has put a lot of thought into making sure I can't infiltrate the village. Well, whatever the case may be, my work here is done," Jiryoku murmured as he sensed many ANBU ninjas approaching at high speed.

With a shake of his head, Jiryoku began to float a few inches above the ground. Just as he was about to make his escape by flying away, he sensed someone approaching. He clenched his fist and covered it with 'Armament Haki,' ready to strike. Jiraiya had suddenly appeared behind Jiryoku, poised for an attack. However, before Jiraiya could land a blow, he was met with Jiryoku's lightning-fast counterattack.

Jiryoku's punch was incredibly powerful, and the force of it struck Jiraiya's midsection with such intensity that the impact caused Jiraiya's stomach contents to spew out. The force of the punch sent Jiraiya hurtling like a bullet, obliterating everything in his path as he created a destructive straight line through buildings and structures.
