After issuing warnings to the Akatsuki members, Jiryoku didn't immediately make his way back to the Jokan mansion; instead, he took the opportunity to explore the ninja world at leisure, relishing the diverse local delicacies along the way. It wasn't until three days later that he finally returned to the comforts of the Jokan mansion.

Meanwhile, within the elegant halls of the Jokan mansion, just moments before Jiryoku's arrival, a small gathering of guests had been warmly welcomed, with Jokan herself graciously attending to their needs.

These esteemed guests none other than Ino, Choji, and Shikamaru.

"How have you been?" Jokan inquired warmly, enveloping Ino in a sincere embrace.

"I'm doing alright, but there seems to have been a misunderstanding between Jiryoku and me..." Ino's explanation was abruptly halted by the concerned tone of Jokan, who interjected, "What did you say? A misunderstanding between you and Jiryoku? That's rather unexpected. How did this come about? Did Jiryoku mistreat you in any way? Please, tell me. I'll certainly have a word with him."

Upon witnessing Jokan's escalating concern, Ino hastened to clarify, "It was all my doing. Jiryoku is blameless in this matter."

Jokan found herself in a state of confusion after hearing this unexpected revelation.

"Well, let me explain," began Ino, taking her time to recount the series of events. She elaborated on how she, along with Shikamaru and Choji, had misunderstood Jiryoku's intentions and grew dissatisfied with his failure to eliminate the Akatsuki. Additionally, she addressed the sensitive topic of Asuma's tragic death.

"Ah, I see. So that's the situation," remarked Jokan, her expression softening with understanding. "I had thought something more severe had occurred. Please accept my heartfelt condolences for the loss of your Sensei."

After a brief moment of contemplation, Jokan resumed speaking, "Furthermore, I inquired of Jiryoku why he hasn't taken action against the Akatsuki. His response was enlightening. He conveyed that our world faces even greater threats on the horizon. To illustrate the gravity of the situation, he cited the example of the founder of Ninshu, the 'Sage of Six Paths,' who, despite his legendary prowess, would be vulnerable and easily overcome by these looming adversaries. Thus, in order to safeguard our planet and, more specifically, his beloved ones—us, the inhabitants of this planet—Jiryoku believes he must ascend to greater heights of power. Hence, he views the success of the Akatsuki's plan as integral to this plans."

Upon receiving the explanation from Jokan, Ino, Shikamaru, and Choji were completely taken aback, their astonishment palpable. It dawned on them that Jokan, being an ordinary person, might not grasp the weight of the name 'Sage of Six Paths'. This revered figure is not merely a legend; rather, he is regarded as the god of the ninja, credited with the very creation of ninjutsu itself. Moreover, they couldn't shake the memory of witnessing firsthand the intense battle between Jiryoku and the son of the 'Sage of Six Paths', Asura. This epic clash had left devastation in its wake, annihilating everything within a ten-kilometer radius.

"He never once disclosed to us the weight he carries on his shoulders," remarked Ino, her tone reflecting a mix of surprise and concern.

"I comprehend that our strength may not match his, but we can certainly endeavor to lend our support in any way we can," Choji chimed in, his voice filled with determination.

"I can somewhat grasp his perspective. He likely doesn't wish for us to bear the burden he carries. After all, it rests solely upon his shoulders," added Shikamaru, his words tinged with understanding.

"I wouldn't call it a burden," Jiryoku retorted confidently. "Instead, I simply relish the process and find joy in the thrill of life. Besides, I consider myself invincible; nothing can harm me," he added.

Of course, Jiryoku's claim of invincibility was far from accurate. Even with his current strength, he harbored doubts about his ability to defeat Madara Uchiha, let alone Kaguya. Not to mention, there were still numerous other members of the Otsutsuki Clan, such as Momoshiki, Kinshiki, and the most formidable of them all, the 'Otsutsuki God'.

The room was filled with surprise as the voice echoed through, revealing itself to be none other than Jiryoku's.

Moments later, Jiryoku made his entrance into the hall where all four of them were currently seated and engaged in conversation.

Upon seeing him, Ino quickly rose from her seat and approached Jiryoku with a remorseful expression. "I'm truly sorry for my earlier words after Asuma-Sensei's passing," she expressed with sincerity.

Jiryoku responded with understanding, "It's alright. I know you were all grieving, and your words were spoken in the heat of the moment."

Continuing, Jiryoku remarked, "It seems your parents have shared the truth about the hospital incident with you."

"Yes," confirmed Shikamaru, also expressing regret. "And I apologize for doubting your intentions."

"I, too, am deeply sorry," Choji chimed in.

Jiryoku nodded in acknowledgment, appreciating their apologies.
