It wasn't like Ram fully disagreed with Ulysses. The young man had a point. However, what the young man didn't know was that even though he had a point, he was lucky he was still alive. After saying all that nonsense and even bringing up Felice into this, she would've killed him if this had happened before. 

But she didn't. 

In other words, Hera might appear that she didn't listen to everything Ulysses said, but she did. Ram and Wolf were more than a hundred percent certain of that.

After knocking on the door, Ram quietly stepped into a private room which Hera often went to whenever she needed time for herself. 

A shallow breath slipped past his lips as he caught her figure sitting by the bay window seat. She had the windows open, her back on the wall, her feet extending into the rest of the space. Ram quietly approached her, squeezing himself into the small space at the end of her feet.
