Back with Midoriya and Eraserhead.
"Yaoyorozu and All Might are on the way.They want to talk about One For All I think." Izuku spoke out loud only to hear his teacher groan.
"Great more secrecy, thanks I hate it." Aizawa pinched his nose."Can you two please be more normal, just for like a week.I'm not even asking that much here Problem Child."
"No promises Aizawa-Sensei, at the very least I intend to lay low for a bit.Izuku rubbed the horn on his head, he'd taken Eri's quirk that morning.He was still trying to figure out how to use it, same with that lie detection quirk.For some reason Izuku couldn't use the thing, yet more questions for All for One."Although I do plan on meeting with All For One, that may get a bit 'exciting'." Izuku used air quotes while he said that.
"Whatever just don't make me wake up to help clean vomit off of the ceiling again, how did Kaminari manage that again?" Eraserhead was greatly confused by his classes antics last night, at one point the class starting making bets as to how long it would take before Hagakure strangled Shinsou.He'd brainwashed her and convinced the poor girl that she was in love with Mina, that reminded the man.He never did follow up with that punishment from when he made Midoriya insult him.Definitely something I'll be doing in the future, his thoughts were interrupted as Problem Child number 2 and All Might walked into the room."So what is this impromptu meeting about, I want to go back to sleep."
Momo was the one to respond."One For All talked to us again and when I say us I mean me and Izuku.He somehow hijacked his way into one of the dreams, which made the fifth user less than happy."
"Ignoring how creepy that is, what did the fifth user say?" Aizawa asked.
"He just confirmed that I'd be getting all the quirks of the previous users, he also yelled at Izuku's quirk for a bit.Turn's out Kuroe is sentient." Momo explained.
"First off Kuroe?Second why am I not surprised, nothing you two ever do makes any sense.I still remember the pigeon incident, not that I'll ever be able to forget that, the image has been seared into my brain." Aizawa just wanted to sleep, why was everything so hard.
"I'm slowly rebuilding them, I changed around some stuff so these ones fly flaster.Turns out having a quirk that basically lets you genetically modify animals to your heart's content requires a lot of time to study.It's a lot like Momo's quirk honestly." Izuku picked up the pencil on the table and turned into a pigeon, they still had hands but Izuku was altering the wing shape to increase speed.
"That's still creepy." All Might muttered."Anyway Young Yaoyorozu, I suppose I will need to be finding information on the previous user's quirks.We can't let them overwhelm or surprise you, it'd be much safer this way.I can already tell you a great deal about Nana's quirk Float, it just let her hover in the air like Young Uraraka does.It doesn't really have any major drawbacks so to speak, she could pretty much stay up there all day, now that it's been strengthened by One For All who knows though." All Might was already getting into contact with Torino, he would know more.He saw his phone start to ring and paled when he saw the name, Nighteye."I - I must take this, I apologize." Toshinori quickly fled the room.
"We never did tell him about Shigaraki, ... should we even at this point?" Izuku asked, maybe it'd be better to let Toshinori stay ignorant.
"It may be for the best, there's nothing left of Nana Shimura in him." Momo sighed.
"Wait what about Shigaraki?" Eraserhead asked curiously.
"Oh he's actually the grandson of Nana Shimura, it was not lost on All For One that I'm his great grandson and Shigaraki is the Grandson of a One For All user, the irony is palpable honestly." Izuku sighed as well, why was his family tree so messed up.
For once news from the problem children didn't make the man want to throw himself out of a window."That's ... interesting."
"You could say that." Momo put her head down and sighed again.
All Might returned shortly after, if the screams the trio heard coming from the hallway were anything to go by it wasn't a pleasant call."Is everything alright All Might?" Izuku asked his teacher.
"No, I'll be honest it's not.My old sidekick Nighteye is demanding to meet you, he saw the battle and came to the obvious conclusion that you have All For One's quirk.He was ... less than pleased." Toshinori hated everything the poor boy had to go through, later tonight he's going to call a meeting and publicly tell the world that villainous quirks are not a thing.
Izuku deadpanned."Of course he was, I'm guessing he wants to use his quirk on me so he can see if I ever turn out evil?" Izuku personally loved Nighteye's quirk it was such an interesting one.
"Actually exactly that, how did you know?"
"It's pretty easy to reach that conclusion if you think about it, when did he want to meet up." Izuku rested his head on Momo's shoulder at least today was mostly handled, they were relaxing when they got back to the dorms.
"Within the week my boy, he's already sent his apprentice Mirio Togata to come find you." Toshinori did not like how quickly Nighteye had set this up.
"Who?" Izuku had no idea who that was.
Aizawa was actually the one to answer."A member of the big three here at U.A., he's actually supposedly the closest in power to All Might, even among the pro heroes.Although with you two in the picture that may change.Anyway if were done I'm going back to sleep.I'll see you all back at the dorms."
"Honestly I could use some sleep too." All Might added."Today's taking years off of my life."
Izuku felt another warp attack coming on, he was already reaching for the tissues as the blood started coming out."I've actually been timing it ever since I got the quirk back, between yesterday and today the attacks are coming further and further apart." Izuku pulled out his phone to show them and indeed the timer indicated that the interval had grown by ten minutes."The quirk should stop hurting me all together at some point."
"I still don't like how many quirks you have that physically harm you Izu, you need to take better care of yourself, if only for me." Momo was pouting at her self sacrificing boyfriend.
"She's right my boy, we want to see you safe and healthy.I don't want you ending up like me some day." All Might chuckled."Alright I shall leave the day to you all, we're getting started bright and early tomorrow so be ready you two."
The pair just nodded as their mentor walked off."I need to find him a quirk that can make him live comfortably, I know healing the wound is likely impossible but I'd like to save him someday.He got that wound putting down the world's biggest threat, he deserves to live out retirement peacefully." Izuku lamented that he had no clue how to help his mentor.
"You'll find something someday Iz-" Momo panicked as she saw Izuku grab at the horn on his head."Izuku what's wrong?!"
"Eri's horn, it's throbbing in pain.I'd get away from me Momo, we have no idea what this thing does." Izuku had already been backing himself up by this point, he didn't want to accidentally hurt Momo.He took his phone out and turned the camera on before inspecting the foreign object, it'd grown quite a lot in the few weeks he'd been intermittently taking it back and forth.He was glad this happened while he had the quirk.The pain subsided after a bit and Izuku felt glad for that, he had to many other quirks hurting him already."The pain stopped I think it's good now."
"Izuku your quirk scares me, it's so self destructive." Momo genuinely liked Izuku's quirk but it just kept attaching new parts to his body, it was going to overtake him one day.
"I know Momo I know, I have the DNA of like 15 different people floating around in me, it's going to cause some discomfort.Maybe I can finally find out what Eri's quirk does now." Izuku was tempted to try and activate it on the spot but what if he like blew up the room or something.
"Izu no, I know that look.You are NOT trying to use that quirk."
"I know I know, I'm not that stupid, we're going outside before I do that.Speaking of which I'm totally going to do." Izuku smirked, he was sure he could handle whatever it did.
"Fine but let's test it safely and away from other people." Momo knew she couldn't stop him so why bother trying.
Back at the dirt field where Izuku tested out Water Jet Cutter."Alright so I'm going to try turning it on." Izuku pointed the horn and his head at the ground, who knew what the thing did.It could fire laser beams from the horn or something, better safe than sorry.His hands immediately started glowing white but nothing was happening."I'm using it but nothing is happening?" Izuku touched the ground only for nothing to continue happening."How is this dangerous, it's white light." Izuku immediately started cycling through different options, there's no way this is all the quirk did.Nobody kidnaps somebody for a light making quirk.Izuku tried touching different objects only for nothing to happen."I don't get it what am I doing wrong?"
"Momo was curiously staring at the sight."Maybe you aren't fully activating it?"
"No this feels like any other quirk, I'm definitely using it.Let me try this." Izuku decided that rocks and the like weren't working so he decided to touch a small weed, upon contact the plant instantly shrunk before disappearing."Uh Momo I think I found out what this does." Did he just delete that weed?No wonder they took her, this quirk can delete things.It's like decay almost, but different.Deciding to try out his luck he walked over to a tree and touched it only for a brief moment.Instead of it completely disappearing like the weed it reverted to an earlier part of its life cycle, so I'm not deleting them I'm reversing them out of existence, okay that's horrifying.
Momo looked on in horror as the massive tree shrunk into a growing sapling."Izuku dear, I would turn that quirk off now before you kill someone."
"Yeah no kidding." Izuku stopped using the quirk and the white glow left his hands."So are we telling anyone about this or?"
"I think Aizawa should at least know, also your keeping that.We are not giving a seven year old child the ability to unmake people." Momo pointed that out.
"Seconded she can keep one of my lesser used quirks.There's no way I'm giving this back to her, it's too dangerous." If Izuku of all people wanted to exercise caution then you knew something was very very wrong.
"I wonder what the potential properties of this quirk are, is it literally rewinding time?Or is it setting something back to a point in their life.That's why the weed died so quickly, and the tree was fine, their age difference is massive.Can I make someone immortal with this?If I keep rewinding a person back over and over it could be possible." Izuku continued scribbling notes into his hero notebook.
"Izuku for once I'm with you, find out EVERYTHING about that quirk.It could be so useful." Momo realized the potential applications of that quirk were literally endless, got wounded?Put them to a time before that, enemy causing you trouble?Rewind them into a toddler.
"Oh my god, can I duplicate quirks with this?Say I steal a quirk then rewind that person to before their quirk was stolen, do I give them their quirk back?Do I lose the quirk in the process?" Izuku was still rambling incoherently, literally time control.This is a god like ability, t was so unbelievably scary to have.
"Izuku I changed my mind, we aren't telling Aizawa-Sensei about this.I think you might give him a heart attack." All of the questions Izuku was asking were legitimate points, just what is limit with this stupid thing.
"I'm with you 300%, my lips are sealed.It just makes a white light, that's literally it." The most important question still sat in Izuku's mind, could he heal All Might with this?And If he did so is he deaging the man by five years?Can he use it on himself?Is he immortal now?"Momo I'm scared, I don't want this kind of power."
"Izuku I'm just as scared, trust me." The girl just hugged her boyfriend and the two spent the rest of the day casually relaxing.
Heroics Training the next day.
"Alright you Zygotes, tomorrow you'll all start working on super moves, things you break out when you need to guarantee a victory but today we'll be checking your progress.Remember the very first lesson we had?Well congratulations we're doing it again." Toshinori had already begun handing out the ballot box in his true form."Any questions?"
Iida as always raised his hand."Will there be any differences between the two or is it the exact same situation as before."
Kaminari joined in."I also kind of forgot what training we did."
Never change jammingwhey Izuku chuckled.
"It will be the exact same as before Young Iida and Young Kaminari to give a brief description it was the training where we split into groups of 2 randomly and secured the nuclear weapon." All Might explained to his student.
"Oh right, duh." Kaminari remembered now.
Everyone grabbed a ball but stared in fear at team A. A similar thought when through everybody's mind, really?Both of them?
Team A: Izuku Midoriya and Yaoyorozu Momo
"Okay so I'm sorry in advance for whoever has to fight them both." Uraraka said to nobody in particular.
"I saw what Midoriya did with that muscle quirk at Jakku, I'm with you kero." The frog girl added.
"Dude please don't break me, I promise I'll give up.I saw what you did those villains." Kaminari was pleading with his classmate.
"Ha guys c'mon it won't be that bad." Izuku tried to defend himself but the entire class just looked at him with disbelief."Okay it might be that bad but I'm not going to do THAT to any of you, I promise."
"Thank you for being merciful oh great Midori." Mina was faux bowing.

Pretty different teams from last time Izuku Mused."First up is going to be Team A as the heroes versus Team ..." All Might let the suspense build as he knew the class wanted to see this one the most."J!"
Shinsou just cursed loudly."FUCK!"
"Dude were so boned." Kirishima looked like a kicked puppy.
"Shinsou language and now now you two don't sell yourselves short.Just try your best and no one can say anything." All Might gave them a warm smile.
"Are we allowed to forfeit?" Shinsou asked pleadingly to his teacher.
"No Young Shinsou, however I can see why you may see the odds as being against you two, that's why I'll level the playing field.Young Midoriya, you may only use two quirks as well, does that make you feel any better?"
"Absolutely not." Shinsou deadpanned.
Kirishima just started trying to pump himself up.
"That doesn't seem fair to Izuku sir." Tenya added in.
"Neither does having 13 more quirks than your opponents." Was Toshinori's curt reply.
"... I may concede to your point, I'm sorry Izuku I tried." Tenya turned to his friend.
"No worries Tenya I'm fine with it.I'll be using Muscular and Tempo, is that fight All Might?"
"Not Air Cannon Young Midoriya?" All Might was surprised that his student wouldn't be using his favourite quirk but relented.
"I need to practice with it more and honestly Air Cannon kind of makes this too easy, no offense to you two." With Air Cannon he could just blast them both into a wall for the entire thing and that would be kind of boring, even to Izuku."That good with you Momo, you're my partner after all."
"I trust you fully Izuku." Momo might need to limit herself as well honestly, although Kirishima's hardening would stop her usual weapons and Shinsou has Thunderclap.
"Well report to your starting positions then, you are in your prep time." All Might shooed the students off.
The duo just casually walked to the entrance to the building."So we do need to be careful about Shinsou's brainwashing but honestly it should be fine." Izuku was just lazily walking as he had his hands behind his back."Shame I can't pull out Ultra-Sight here to find the bomb like last time."
"I mean we do need to give them a semblance of a chance Izuku, no offense but your kind of getting away from everyone powerwise.Like if I had to pick between you fighting the entire class by yourself and the class.I'd bet on you winning, even if I was on the other team." Momo needed to explain how ridiculous her boyfriend was getting."Not to mention you know what." Momo stared at the horn on his head while she said that.She created a communication device before handing it to her boyfriend.
"And you are about to unlock like 6 different quirks that are enhanced by One For All, so I'd say you're pretty beyond the pale yourself." Izuku was quick to remind her.
"Ugh you're right." Momo sighed.
"HERO TEAM TIME STARTS NOW!BEGIN YOUR INFILTRATION!"
"I'm going up the wall, you scan the earlier floors, we'll meet in the middle.If you find the bomb radio it in." A basic strategy but it'd work all the same.Izuku was off as soon as he said that, enhanced muscle fibers crawled along his skin as he threw himself up the side of the building.Man this quirk is so insane, it might be one of his new favourites.He was up the building in seconds, he would've silenced his landing if he could but had to resort to hoping nobody heard that.He quickly approached the door on the roof before trying to open it, of course it was locked.Man being restricted on quirks is so annoying, he could've just melted the door knob if he had Molecular Manipulation, instead he had to settle for ripping it from its hinges as quietly as he could.Maybe this was a good thing, he'd come to rely on having so many quirks for so long now, maybe it was better than he was being held back.Izuku set the door down gently before continuing into the building.
As Izuku bounded down the stairs he was straining his ears to try and hear his opponents."Top floor is clear Momo, you find anything?"
The comms blurred to live."Nothing yet I just finished up with the first floor, I'm moving up to the second now."
"Alright I'll clear out this floor and keep going, see you soon." Izuku cut the device on his end.
Izuku made quick work of floor number 9, they weren't here either.They must be on 5 then, if Izuku was going to play defense he'd either place it on the top floor or the middle one.He could gamble and jump down to five but he had a better plan.Izuku raised his muscle enhanced fists and swung down with as much power as he was capable off, literally smashing his way into the floor below him.Once he landed he raised his fists and did it again.The noise would likely scare his opponents into responding.His plan was rewarded when he hit the 6th floor and he heard screaming in the distance."I found them on the 6th floor, I hear Kirishima shouting.I'm going to engage with him, I'll hold them back till you get here."
"Got it, be there soon dear.Also try to keep the building from collapsing." Momo added, she heard the destruction he was causing from the 3rd floor and THAT was saying something.
"So Kirishima, where's little ol Shinsou at?" Izuku taunted his opponent as he slammed through a wall getting behind the red haired teen.He saw the bomb in the room and could easily go for it but he had to be aware of Shunpo, near teleportation was scary.
"Dude, why are you destroying the building?" The red haired spiky teen asked.
"I've seen the layout I know the damage I'm causing won't make it collapse, plus aren't you more worri-" Kirishima started to jump but thankfully Izuku knew the tale tell signs of that and had already activated tempo, it wasn't even close to letting him react in time but his muscle hardened body resisted the punch Kirishima sent easily."Man I gotta say this quirk is amazing." Izuku turned around grabbing the teen by the arm before throwing him into a nearby wall.Of course the hardening user came out unscathed but that was to be expected.Izuku just wanted to keep him off the bomb, Izuku started sprinting at the item in question before being slammed into a nearby wall.The sound of the thunderclap was not lost on Izuku, he immediately shut up now that Shinsou was here.
"What, cat got your tongue Midoriya?" The purple haired teen taunted him.
Izuku just needed to stall now, Momo would be here soon and once she was this would be an easy victory.Izuku eyed both of his enemies like a hawk before deciding that Shinsou was the real target.Izuku started to increase the muscle surrounding his body, he'd go full power here.He leapt at his foe fully expecting the blow that was to come, Izuku was going to power right through it.Izuku activated snapshot halfway through his lunge, at this time he could see and more importantly react to Kirishima.He was moving so fast it astounded Izuku but he still managed to duck the fist sent his way.He watched in slow motion as his opponent's hands clapped against each other and another shockwave was sent from the purple haired teen.Izuku ran straight through the blast only to see the shock on Shinsou's face.Clearly he hadn't been expecting Izuku to tank the hit and keep on trucking, However right as he going to reach his target Kirishima teleported into Izuku slamming him into the floor.God damnit Kirishima, just let me win this.
"Well look at that, wonderboy is pinned.Kirishima put the tape around him, the sooner we get him out the bett-" Shinsou slumped to the floor.
"Forget about lil old me?" Momo was twirling the gun in her hand as she also started taunting her opponents.
Izuku used the distraction to throw Kirishima off of his back, freeing himself from the pin.
Kirishima stared down his opponents realizing this was pretty much a lost cause now."Whelp if I'm going down, I'm going down swinging." Was all the red haired teen said as he Shunpo'd at Yaoyorozu.
Izuku being busy dealing with the migraine from Snapshot decided that she could handle herself and ran for the bomb.Sure Momo was probably going to get restrained but they'd win the match.Izuku's finger collided with the bomb and the match ended.
"The weapon has been secured Hero team Wins!"
Izuku turned around to see Kirishima writhing on the ground, not entirely the scene he depicted in his mind.Then again he hadn't considered the fact Momo could turn herself into a living stun gun."You're not mad I left you to get the bomb are you?"
"Oh I'm absolutely livid." The girl smirked back at him.
Gulp.Izuku knew what that meant and feared for his very being.Izuku distracted himself by lifting Shinsou into a stretcher.Kirishima had managed to regain his faculties and was now standing a good distance away from the soon to be dead man walking.
"Can we talk about this?" Izuku stammered out as the girl towered over him.
"Oh we're definitely going to talk about it." Momo spent the next few hours using everything in her power to torment her boyfriend.These actions ranged from tickling him to siccing Eri on him, Izuku thought the later was cheating but what could he do about it.As for the other matches, Izuku barely paid attention it didn't help that he was basically being assaulted the entire time.
The next day Aizawa had Class 1-A all gathering at Gym Gamma or better known as the The Training Dreamland or TDL for short.Among the teachers there were Cementoss, Ectoplasm, Eraserhead and Midnight.Cementoss was the first to speak."This facility was created by me in order to prepare terrain and training objects personalized for each and every one of you.This will be the place where you all develop your special moves before you all try for the provisional license, although I suppose Midoriya already has one."
The entirety of class 1-A looked at their broccoli boy before sighing."It's not my fault guys."
Iida raised his hand wanting to ask a question."I have a question, why are special moves a requirement in order to receive our provisional licenses?"
Aizawa was the one to answer."I'll explain it step by step.As a hero you all will be faced against many unfair situations like I have said on the first day.Incidents, accidents, disasters, human calamities.The job of a hero is to rescue people from every type of situation imaginable.Naturally the exam for the license is going to reflect that and it will test you on those same abilities."
Midnight jumped in."Among the skills that will be tested, fighting ability is a heavily weighted skill for heroes to possess.Having super moves in your arsenal will give you a major advantage on this exam and in real life hero work.There aren't any pros worth their salt that don't have at least 1.Iida, you make a good example.Your Reciproburst is an excellent example of a super move, you put yourself to the limit to gain unprecedented power for a short time.Usually super moves are super because you can't use them willy nilly."
"The summer training camp before it's unfortunate 'end'.Was to help increase the strength of your quirks in order to train you for these special moves.In other words in the remaining ten days of summer break you will be here grinding day in and day out to finish your moves or strengthen your quirks." The quirk eraser added.
Izuku raised his hand waiting for his teacher to call on him."Yes problem child?"
"If I already have like 6 super moves am I exempt?It would be irrational for me to be here as a certain someone would put it." Midoriya asked, he honestly had other things he needed to be doing, and sitting here in order to improve his already pretty impressive quirk to obtain a license he already had was not one of them.
"Like?" Aizawa tilted his head at the boy.
"Well I need to talk to Nedzu, apparently the HPSC wants me to do an interview with Momo, I need to start rebuilding the creations that I lost during the summer camp, and a few other things." Izuku already had a packed enough schedule as is.
"Create at least one new one then you can leave." Aizawa pinched his nose stupid problem child.
"Sure." Izuku had been saving this one, he'd extensively been viewing the world through google maps getting coordinates he could use with warp gate and while he hadn't planned on using the quirk so soon, once should be fine.Izuku opened a portal into the heart of one of the worlds largest super volcanoes, the one located in the good ol US of A's very own Yellowstone national park.A torrent of magma spewed out of the portal and wasted a section of the TDL."Is that good enough for a super move?I think I'll call it Magma Spray."
The entire class, staff, and Momo all looked on in disbelief.Kaminari was the first one to be able to form human speech."I - dude - what?How?Why?"
And the child can now portal in magma at will because of course he can."Problem Child I really do hate you.Dismissed." Aizawa was nothing if not a man of his word.
"I mean I have more if you want to see them." Izuku added.
Everyone just shouted at him NO!
"Izuku dear, I love you but please don't." Momo did not need her world shattered anymore today.
Well fine, if they're going to be like that, Izuku wouldn't show them his cool new moves.He had like an idea for like 6 btw.They all need to learn to live a little more, Izuku turned and walked leaving a stunned 1-A in his wake, this was in addition to the staff.
"Sooooooo Midoriya can do that now." Shinsou said as he watched the figure leave.
"I can kinda see why he wants to go through all the headaches and blood loss to keep that quirk." Icyhot said.
Everyone turned to look at him and stared at him like he was an idiot.
"What it's true.I mean I wish I could do that.You all can't honestly expect me to believe you don't want that quirk." When no one spoke Todoroki knew he was right.
"Anyway now that the living embodiment of my sleep deprivation has left back to you normal students." Aizawa just wanted to forget, to go back to bed, and sleep.
Izuku ran into Toshinori in his true form on the way back to the main campus."Oh hey All Might, how are you doing?"
"Shouldn't you be in class my boy?" Toshinori was confused to say the least.
Izuku shrugged."Oh I knew I was going to basically be stuck in meetings for the remainder of summer break so I got myself excused early, plus I kind of already got a provisional license, so I really didn't need to be in there."
"How did you manage that?" Aizawa was nothing if not strict.
"Oh simple I told him I already had like 6 super moves and a license and he said if I made one more he'd let me go.So I made one." It was very simple to Izuku.
"Like just on the spot?" Toshinori was even more baffled now.
"Well I already had like 6 or 7 planned but I just settled on portaling in some Magma from a volcano and called it a day."
"My boy I think you need to reevaluate what it's like to be a normal person." Toshinori face palmed.
"Unfortunately that's not really in the cards for me All Might, so when is this meeting with Nighteye." That was one of the things Izuku had to take care.
"Oh Mirio should actually already have found you.Has he not?" Toshinori knew that boy would never let Nighteye down, so the fact that he hadn't yet confused him greatly.
"IM HERE!" The pair turned to see someones?head?sticking out of the ground.Toshinori sputtered blood and jumped back and Izuku took a defensive stance, ready to strike."Woah woah calm down there you spunky little first year you.I'm not gonna hurt you." The disembodied head explained.
"Um who?" Izuku relaxed his guard only for the person fully jump out of the ground wearing a yellow and white hero suit with the number 1,000,000 on it and a red cape behind it.
Mirio started laughing."Mirio Togata at your service, sorry I like to make grand entrances."
Toshinori having recovered and wiped the blood off of his chin recognized the boy instantly."Ah so Nighteye HAS sent you young Mirio, how are you doing?"
"Doing fantastic, it's an honor to meet you All Might, you should see Sir's office.It's literally littered with memorabilia of you, honestly the biggest fanboy I've ever seen." Mirio gave a twirl of his cape, and Izuku was instantly reminded of Aoyama.
"I see I see, it's good to hear he is well.Well you found young Midoriya, I suppose I shall let you two get acquainted.I have a class to help teach." Toshinori waved as walked off.
"So disregarding how you somehow jumped out of the floor, it's nice to meet you Mirio-Senpai." Izuku stuck his hand out only for the other boy to reject it.
"My apologizes but Sir said I should not let you touch me, not sure why though.He seems to really not like you which makes no sense to me honestly, seeing as he's never met you and I've only seen you do good on TV." Mirio shook his head."Anyway he wanted to meet up with you either today or tomorrow around 2pm.Does that work for you?"
Izuku sighed."Yeah that's fine with me and to be honest I'm not surprised.The general public doesn't know exactly how my real quirk works but it would make sense that Nighteye does."
"...If you don't me asking what IS your quirk?Cause I've never anybody do half the things you pulled off at Jakku.Also you have a horn now, and you definitely did not have that before." Mirio's quirk was one of the stranger ones out there but it didn't even compare to what the boy in front of him was capable of.
"I suppose theres no harm in saying anymore, I'll be revealing it at an interview with Momo tonight.I know Nighteye said not to touch me but it'd be easier to show you honestly.Would you trust me?" Izuku held out his hand again and the boy stared it for a good five seconds before instantly crossing the gap and shaking the green haired boys hand.Izuku meanwhile was searching Mirio's limit and decided to go with an easy one when he found out he could take it."Now try feeling with your palm, imagine something leaving it, being pushed out of your body."
Mirio looked quizzically at the boy but accepted his request and to his amazement he started shooting water out of his hand."I what'd you, HOW?!"
"Ta dah." Izuku gave his senpai jazz hands." I can permanently give and take quirks, that's probably why Nighteye didn't want me to touch you.Him and a surprising number of people are under impression that just because my quirk is evil, which it's not, that I am by process also evil, which I'm not." I love you Kuroe don't listen to them.
"I - I see, that would certainly explain how you can do all those seperate things, thats because they are separate." Mirio watched as the boy held his hand out and so he grabbed it again, he felt something leave but it was very subtle.
"I took it back but don't worry your quirk is safe with me around." Izuku demonstrated by firing water out of his hand at a nearby bush, good bush you get watered today."As for Nighteye I can do tomorrow, like I said I already have a meeting and I'm currently on my way to meet with Nedzu." Izuku felt a nosebleed start, slightly worse than the normal ones as he'd used the thing like an idiot, we'll get there one day Izuku.
Mirio looked on in worry which just made Izuku chuckle, he pulled out one of the many napkins Momo made for him."Don't worry it's a science experiment and I'm used to it, my quirk has some serious side effects depending on the quirks I have." Izuku explained.
"That sounds unfortunate, my quirk actually has none it's just really hard to use." Mirio was one of the lucky ones who had no quirk backlash whatsoever, in fact the only conceivable backlash was actually turned into a positive for him.
"Well if you're strong as you people have been saying you are then it's impressive that you mastered it so well.I'll talk to you later Mirio-Senpai." Izuku turned and was about to leave but a hand on his shoulder stopped him.
"I want to spar with you Midoriya."
Mirio had an interesting expression on his face to say at the very least."I mean and don't take this the wrong way I know your strong and this isn't me being conceited but you won't win.If I'm fighting you I'm using everything I have."
"Ho ho, the little troublemaker thinks he's hot stuff." Mirio couldn't wait to prove him wrong.
"And what quirk would you be fighting me with pray tell?" Izuku had swapped his opponents quirk with Water Jet when he grabbed the arm on his shoulder earlier, he would've just taken the quirk but he's literally at his limit of 15 quirks, anymore and he's out.It's already incredibly painful, so Izuku just settled for giving his opponent a useless quirk as without Air Cannon Water Jet has no real power behind it.
There was recognition in the boy's eyes as he tried to activate his quirk and nothing happened."That's dirty Midoriya."
"I don't fight fair, I do plan on being an underground hero after all.Anyway here's it back I still accept but I promise it's not me thinking I'm hot stuff.You can still back out now if you want." Izuku gave the older boy a mischievous smile.
"How could I even call myself a member of the Big Three if my kohai scared me into backing off." Mirio admitted that he may have more trouble fighting the boy than he originally thought, but he was still going to try.
"Well then how about tomorrow before the meeting with Nighteye, cya." Izuku waved his senpai off as he walked away, he did briefly have Mirio's quirk.Izuku wished he'd tried it, it's some kind of intangibility quirk obviously but how exactly does it work.Ah well questions for the future.
In Nedzu's office.
"Izuku you know you're supposed to be in class right now right?" The mouse asked personal student number 1, personal student number 2 was sitting at a nearby desk working on homework Nedzu had gotten for her.The adorable thing in question still needed an education and Nedzu was eager to provide one.
"Izu!" The girl slammed her pencil down before running over and hugging him.
"Hey Eri it's only been like 30 minutes, you doing good?" Izuku smiled down at his favourite not unicorn.
"I'm being taught the abc's!Look I can already do the first five." Eri pointed out the sheet where she'd been tracing the letters A B C D E.
"Wow you're so smart Eri, keep it up and you'll get them all in no time." Izuku ruffled her hair and gave her a bright smile.
"Izuku if your going to interrupt my lesson you're going to have to leave." Nedzu had something similar to a pout on his face.
"I'm sorry and don't worry I got it cleared with Aizawa.Eri get back to working okay?I have to talk with Nedzu for a bit."
The girl also pouted."...okay."
"I was watching through the monitors, lava, really?I couldn't hear what was being said however." Nedzu always made good use of the fact he could multitask so many different things at once.He was currently reviewing papers, watching the cameras, teaching Eri, and looking at police reports all at the same time.
"Ah basically since I already have a license and a large amount of super moves I really didn't see the need to be there so I asked Eraserhead to let me leave early.He said I could if I made at least one new super move so I did that and left.On top of that it's still technically summer vacation soooooo." Izuku explained it as if creating new moves was the easiest thing in the world.
"I see we aren't stress testing you as much as I hoped we were, don't worry I can always work in some new lessons." Nedzu just cackled which horrified Izuku.
"Please don't, I'll go back I promise.I'll even use the portal." Izuku pleaded as he did not want extra work, especially private work created by Nedzu.
"More of a joke my dear child but I digress, Izuku I had a favor I wanted to ask." Nedzu suddenly had a very serious tone.
"I want you to give my staff more quirks, I heard from Aizawa what you did and I figured it's time that they too should all get another quirk."
So that's why Nedzu became so serious."I have no problems doing that but I may need some time before I can, I have a new idea I'm working on.I'm trying to essentially make a bank of quirks using Breath of Life, I've already got a few larger animals sitting on the roof for that purpose."
"I had been wondering why you were doing that, I'm guessing for increased brain size?" Nedzu knew the limits of total quirks and his talk with Recovery Girl had given the mouse a great deal many of ideas for his student.
"Yeah exactly, I'm at my absolute limit right now so I can't even take quirks and that is a no go.Being able to rob a quirk is one of my strongest abilities, functionally cutting it off is a terrible idea." Izuku was going to head up to the roof after this and deposit one.He'd already had to resort to giving Eri that useless Lie Detector quirk just to keep himself from fainting.Said girl was still happily humming away doing the stuff Nedzu had instructed her to do.
"You have a busy week it seems then Izuku, I can see why you excused yourself from the lesson.I would like it if you were there for at least 2 days however.It probably doesn't seem fair to your class you keep getting special treatment and I would rather not deal with irate teenagers."
"I'll do that then Nedzu, speaking of which." Izuku struck his hand out.
Nedzu tilted his head, when he said his staff he had not been including himself in that number."Izuku I do no-"
"Please you'd be helping me, and this quirk is perfect for you." Izuku pleaded with the mouse, he just wanted some respite from the headaches.
Nedzu hopped down from his chair before reaching his paw towards his student.He felt the foreign object enter him."Which one did you give me?"
"Well it's not a physical quirk and not a mental one either but I do know how you like scaring people.So I thought to myself how do I make you even scarier?Well guess what, now they can't even hear you coming." Izuku chuckled a bit as he handed off Silence to the mouse, he wasn't expecting Nedzu to enter combat anytime soon but he could have some fun with this one.
The rat just started cackling."I knew I liked you from the get go Izuku."
Eri just looked up from her chair at the duo who were laughing."Did I miss something funny?"
"Oh no my dear, just a personal joke between the two of us." Nedzu was still smirking, oh how he was going to get Eraserhead with this.Maybe the vents?He does rather fit in them easily.
Staring at the white haired girl something in Izuku broke, he needed to tell Nedzu.Izuku whispered to the high specs user."I figured out what her quirk does, there's no wonder why the villains kidnapped her."
Hearing that Nedzu perked up."And what is it?"
"I haven't tested the functions entirely but it has the ability to rewind any organic matter to a previous state, I don't think I need to explain the implications of that." The rapidly paling face of the principal of U.A. was the only confirmation Izuku needed.
"That is indeed alarming, we haven't had any attempts at them attempting to kidnap her again but it's only a matter of time.They have to at least suspect she's here, Shigaraki would've told them you took her." Nedzu was running through all the potential uses of such a quirk, immortality being at the forefront."Keep it secret for now, does anyone else know?"
"Momo does but we both swore each other to secrecy about it, I'm only telling you because you'll figure something out eventually anyway.I couldn't hide it if I wanted too." Honestly Nedzu was too smart for his own good.
"Good let's keep it that way, now then go ahead and make that 'quirk bank' you wanted too and then get ready for your interview with the HSPC, I can't believe how quickly they fast tracked that.My goodness we gave them the idea literally yesterday."
Izuku just shrugged."They probably want to calm the public down as fast as possible, Endeavour being our number 1 hero is ... less than reassuring."
Izuku departed the room and found his small little zoo sanctuary on the roof of 1-A's dorms.Honestly every single one of the creatures here were amazing to Izuku, he created them all in some way that might be described as malformed but he loved them all the same.The monkey's with wings, the goat with hands for legs, the dog with eldritch tentacles coming out of its back, his actual favourite though had to be without a doubt, this one.Izuku looked at the creature with glee, people would probably call him mad and honestly he probably was a bit bonkers but so is everyone else.Izuku had decided to work super hard and constantly retested bone density, wing strength, skin strength, organ weight, all in order to perfect this, his ultimate creation.Honestly Izuku felt like he needed to name the species because this was not something native to earth.Before him sat a near 250 lb humanoid base structure, with a wing span of 12 feet, 4 arms, two of which were claws, opposable hands for feet, and the fangs of an incredibly poisonous snake.This walking abomination made Izuku work so hard to create it, so many wasted attempts, so much time but in the end it existed, his ultimate weapon and he would be giving it a quirk.
The amount of life required to create and maintain this thing is probably equivalent to about 100 pigeons so yeah costly, but the end result, sheer bliss."I think you deserve a name, but what to call you, hmmm." It had two pairs of wings, so it was kind of angelic, despite the 'other' changes to its body."I got it you are, Ananiel." A watcher who maintains it's vigil over his flock."Your goal is simple, you protect your herd." Izuku gestured to all around the roof at the mismatched amalgamations, if anyone comes up here Izuku's going to have to answer so many questions isn't he?Izuku walked over and gifted Ananiel Water Cutter.A shame but Izuku really wanted to have at least 2 open quirk slots, on the bright side Izuku can always order Ananiel to come to him.
"Whelp with that taken care of time to go find Momo, we've got some stupid interview to do."
"Listeners of the Japanese News Network we have a special interview for you today.You all most certainly have heard of them but this is this the first time you'll be hearing from them, on top of that, their revealing their hero costumes!Can we get a loud applause for the heroes in training All For None and Deva!" The female news anchor screamed out, this was going to make her company a killing.She couldn't believe her luck.The HSPC just randomly called her and offered her the interview of a lifetime.The JNN had been spamming ads about this showing ever since they accepted, everyone EVERYONE will be watching it.
Izuku just sighed as he heard them called in."Did we really have to agree to this Momo?" Izuku was asking more rhetorically than anything else, he was already fixing his infinity mask to his face.
"You know we do Izu and remember, hero names from now on." Momo gave a slight tug on her pauldrons making sure they were attached.Then she stepped out with Izuku in tow.
As the duo walked onto the stage cameras started flashing from the crowd blinding the duo.Thankfully the sensors in Izuku's mask noticed the bright lights and started dimming them, Izuku thanked Mei for being as extra as she was.Soon after however the crowd was hushed by the studio in charge of the interview as the continued to walk towards their seats.Izuku grabbed one and held it out for Momo before taking one for himself.
"Oh so the rumors about you two are true?" Isabelle was being given another scoop it seemed.
There were some squeals from the audience, although Izuku swore he heard multiple guys saying it was a shame.He made extra sure to watch those people from then on."No comment, I'm just a gentleman." Izuku replied from under his mask.
"I'm sure more than one lady would be happy to find out if our newest celebrity was a bachelor or not." The anchors words seemed to have the intended effect as Deva looked visibly agitated by that, but enough of playing with them."So you two made quite the splash last week, care to comment on how that's been?Being famous I mean."
Momo spoke first."Honestly the feedback we've been getting is incredible, we'd both like to thank our supporters."
"Honestly I was supposed to be an underground hero so having this kind of fanfare is incredibly unexpected." Izuku replied coolly.
"You were All For None?I suppose it couldn't be helped since you were kidnapped after all.Speaking of which how was your time with the villains?"
Really asking me about my time being kidnapped, it wasn't traumatic to him but he got off easily all things considered.Many people on the other hand, did not."It was a lot less eventful then you might think.There's a lot I cannot say but basically they just kept me locked up and tried to convert me to their side.I have no idea why they thought that'd work though."
"Ah they wanted to try and convert one of our future stars to their side.It makes sense all things considering your quirk and how strong it is, speaking of that WHAT is your quirk?It's been speculated to be some kind of copy quirk but that's not really the case is it?" Her reporters had been doing some serious digging and they noticed almost immediately the connection between the quirkless gaining quirks and those same quirks having been used by villains in the past.This boy could give other people quirks, when they finally realized they knew almost immediately how dangerous he was.
"You seem to already have some idea of what it is based off of your tone if I had to guess.Tell me what do you think it is?" It wouldn't surprise him, he'd been too public, too active.
"Before I reveal that, gotta keep the viewers guessing of course.Why don't you tell me why you want to be a hero, the both of you."
"I wanted to be a hero to help people, I was born with an exceptional quirk and had all the wealth I could ever want.I could've easily taken some comfy job at my parent's company and lived the rest of my life easily but that didn't feel right.I wanted to give back to the world that had blessed me and my circumstances, so I decided to be a hero." Deva said.
"Ah yes you're the heiress of the Yaoyorozu support company, do you intend on taking over the family business one day?And oh speaking of an exceptional quirk what exactly is it?" Isabelle had much less information to work with for the girl in front of her.
"Maybe once I retire from being a pro hero, I'm an only child and somebody has to keep my families legacy going.So no, not anytime soon.As to my quirk it's called Indra, if I know the chemical makeup of something I can create it as long as it's not organic.As for the super strength and other things, my quirk works by converting the energy that is the black lightning that surrounds my body into an object.I can similarly use it to enhance my muscles greatly strengthening myself." A decent lie all things considered Momo.
"That makes sense, everybody has to retire eventually Deva.Heck All Might himself just retired despite being a hero for over 40 years at this point.As for your quirk you're right, that is exceptional." Isabelle paused to breathe."What about you All For None?What made you want to be a hero and another curious thing, why is your name so similar to that villain you two defeated last week?"
This woman was intelligent Izuku realized, that or he'd done an incredibly shoddy job of hiding things.He'd like to go with the prior but part of him felt like it was the latter."I suppose that does all tie in to my quirk in the end.The reason I wanted to be a hero was always All Might, he saved people with a smile.No matter where he went people's day became brighter, I suppose part of me wished that I could do the same.As for the name relation it was partly to pay homage to the man ... as we both have the same quirk and he was the originator of it." Izuku paused waiting for the inevitable.
The crowd absolutely exploded into roars when they heard that.Izuku could hear people calling him a villain among other things, it took several minutes for the studio to calm the crowd, near mob at this point down.Izuku briefly wondered how much social media was exploding right now.
Isabelle sensed her moment."And both the quirk of you and that villain is the ability to take and give quirks is it not?"
Izuku and Momo were both taken aback.This woman really had done her research."I suppose it is but how did you figure that out?"
Isabelle just smirked."Surely you didn't think someone wouldn't dig into the second quirk awakening did you?Strange when my reporters found out every single quirk awakened by the quirkless belonged to a villain who suddenly could no longer use their quirk."
For the second time the crowd violently erupted.The world realized that this singular boy was responsible for the sudden evolution of thousands of quirks.On the other hand the people who had been given the quirks, almost all looked down at their body realizing that their new power used to belonged to a villain, some were disgusted by the idea, others cared much less
Izuku winced."Wow I have to give it to you, you've definitely done your research.Yes that was me."
"We'd figured out the villain quirk angle awhile ago but it wasn't until your face was shown fighting the villains that we figured out who was responsible.Whoever was covering for you was doing an exceptional job but now that I realize it was All Might of all people it makes sense." Isabelle explained.
Deva was squirming in her chair, this woman is dangerous.She reminded her of Nedzu and that was not a good thing.
"So anyway what quirks do you currently posses-" The interview suddenly cut and multiple federal agents stormed into the building, shocking the crowd into silence.
"Isabelle you've taken it too far, you're spilling government secrets live on the air for Christ's sake." The chairwoman of the HSPC was furious.
"Oh come now Tae, you can't expect me to just sit on such tantalizing pieces of information." Isabelle put her hands on her hip, it didn't matter that her broadcast was cut short.That interview will be viewed globally for time immemorial, it was already on the web there was no stopping it now.She'd honestly already prepared for this outcome from the very beginning.
"And you two don't go confirming what she says, get them out now.Isabelle you're detained for the time being, cuff her." The woman known as Tae screamed at her men.
Izuku and Momo were rushed off of the scene into an awaiting vehicle.This wasn't their fault, right?
Ujiko sat at his desk typing away at his computer, losing All For One this early had surely put a damper on many of his plans, he may need to accelerate things further than he originally intended.The doctor looked down at his tiny pet nomu Johnny and sighed.Ujiko pulled out a transceiver and spoke into it."Gigantomachia, ... find Shigaraki.Now that your master is behind bars it is time for you to move to your new master."
A garbled voice spoke back at him through the device.The man sounded like a drunk toddler, all the quirks in his body heavily taxed his mind, really the only thing Gigantomachia could think of about was pleasing his master."No ... More ... Hide?"
"Yes Gigantomachia no more hide." Ujiko looked down at Johnny again and briefly considered just warping Shigaraki too him, no, he'd let the beast play with him for awhile.
"Machia ... Move." The line cut as the sound of something was smashed and rumbling followed.
The stupid thing probably just leveled another mountain or something.Losing Kurogiri this soon was another failure but at least he still had Johnny.Ujiko jumped his chair to admire his life's work, hundreds of quirks lined his collection.All of them in the name of his sensei, all for All For One.The High End's were reaching their final stages as well, Hood should be ready within a week or two so he could finally test out his perfect creation.Really the whole Nomu project was inspired by Gigantomachia in a way, he was the perfect soldier.He could even hold many quirks before the process to alter his body, loyal to a fault, and would willingly die for his master at any time.Ujiko put a hand on the vat containing Hood, soon you will be free my child.

Shigaraki was beyond pissed.When he woke up and found what Izuku Midoriya had done to his League he'd never wanted to kill someone more in his life.At this point he was willing to do whatever the Yakuza wanted to help them further their cause.In the short turn help them out, long term betray them and find the good doctor.They were scheduled to meet up soon and their last meeting had not been on the best of turns but it turns out having somebody so universally hated by both sides has made Overhaul more hospitable.Twice walked into the building followed shortly by the man in question."It's nice you could join us Twice, we could have used you at Jakku."
"You sent me to talk with the Yakuza, whom I brought by the way." Twice indeed had done his job and retrieved Overhaul who wanted to meet up regarding the issue of the girl, the loss of All For One and of Kurogiri.
"I know Twice I'm not actually mad, thank you for retrieving him." Shigaraki gave a dismissive gesture and Twice went to rejoin the main group who were still licking their wounds from the battle.Shigaraki continued."There have been some developments Overhaul.We found the quirk you want so badly, and I've reconsidered my position, you have our full support beyond Kurogiri just warping you places."
"Ho I can only surmise as to what brought this about." The bird man knew clearly what in fact had brought this about, the League of Villains had been dealt a heavy blow the other night, and without the backing of All For One the other party didn't have as much room to stand on.
"Did you see that trainwreck of an interview the HPSC pulled last night?" The only reason they had was because Toga wanted to see her 'darling' Izuku.Speaking of that at some point he was probably going to have to kill the deranged girl, she was too much of a liability.She could easily switch sides like Hagakure had done.
"I do not pay attention to such trivial things." Overhaul said dismissively.
"Well you might've wanted to see this one, because look at this." Shigaraki held up his phone, it was a photo of Midoriya in his hero costume sprouting a white horn through a hole in his mask."Notice something familiar Overhaul."
"He has her quirk, that is ... less than good news.That means they likely understand how it works now, this does not bode well for my plans." Overhaul was flexing his hands in rage, that was HIS power to control not this upstart hero All For One.He'd been delayed months because this idiot lost the girl."This wouldn't have happened had you never lost her!" Overhaul was considering removing the problem in front of him but decided against it ... for now.
Shigaraki looked at the man who more than likely wanted to kill him."I ... will apologize for my failure." Shigaraki had matured slightly recently, he needed the help of Overhaul for the time being."However you should have warned me she was a flight risk, I literally looked away for two seconds and the girl was already sprinting down the alley."
"Tch.Fine so we need to invade U.A., or lure Midoriya out.Considering what I watched him do to you on live television both seem like daunting tasks AND he has the warp quirk.While we no longer have it." Overhaul lamented."Give me Toga and Twice, get me two General Education students, and lastly their Student ID's." Overhaul stated his demands, he had a plan in mind and hopefully by showing the villains he was a more capable leader they would join him."In exchange I will give you a few of my Eight Precepts to use and funding, I want to use your name and you get the money to continue operations."
Shigarakis mouthed just turned into the single more horrifying smile that could exist on this planet. "... Deal Overhaul."
Izuku and Momo were meanwhile being led to an unmarked van surrounded by HSPC agents, alongside that Isabelle woman.At the very least they were not handcuffed like she was."Soooooooo." Izuku asked aloud.
One of the agents just hushed him."Not till were in the van."
The group was being followed by the Chairwoman known as Tae, who had a visibly furrowed brow.The woman looked like she was about to scream at them but just grit her teeth in frustration as she pursued them.Once they were all unceremoniously thrown into the back of the van she spoke."I can't believe what you did Isabelle, I handed you a bone and you spat in my face.As for you two, all you had to do was deny it, now the whole freaking planet knows what we've been doing.We WERE doing a good job covering it up, but now a massive number of people realize we've been stealing villains quirks, hell people are already trying to sue us to get their relatives quirks back!"
Momo and Izuku wilted under the verbal lashing, the latter spoke."I mean technically it's not against the law, due to the fact there is no law stating you can't steal somebody's quirk, in fact YOU make the laws.Just make the loss of your quirk a criminal punishment, like being sent to prison, or anything like that."
Isabelle to her credit just laughed."Oh boy, did I make the scary HPSC Chairwoman angry?Did I ruin her perfect little image?"
"ISABELLE THERE ARE THINGS THE PUBLIC DOESN'T NEED TO KNOW!" Tae screamed at the stupid reporter who was currently ruining her life.She didn't bother to give a response to the boy, she was too angry with the woman in front of her.
"Like how Underground heroes are basically just government assassins?" Isabelle retorted.
Now that made Tae stop.Seeing her words had an impact Isabelle continued."The HSPC works sooooo hard to keep the focus off of them but we both know it's true.How does it feel being able to say the word and issue somebodies death huh?" Isabelle spat that last bit out.
Okay so clearly that's a personal topic Momo realized.
"Listen here Isabelle I know you have some disdain for that department but we need it, some people just can't be allowed to be roaming out ther-" She was cut off when the woman in front of her started screaming.
"WAS IT NECESSARY TO KILL MY HUSBAND, HUH?AND THEN ON TOP OF THAT THE HERO IN QUESTION GOT OFF SCOT FREE!TELL ME!" Isabelle's face contorted in rage, deep down she knew the chairwoman had done this to try and quell her rage but Isabelle couldn't help but twist the dagger in deeper.
"It was an accident and you know it.Accidents happen, we made a formal apology, gave you reparations and even this interview.And for the record the hero did NOT get off scot free.He had his license revoked and was removed for gross misconduct." Tae tried to calm down the woman screaming in her face.
Izuku and Momo both really felt like this was not a conversation they should be a part of.
"That's a slap on the wrist and you know it.You ruined my life, so now I've hopefully ruined yours." The reporter was glaring daggers at Tae.
"So this was all about revenge, that's it?" Tae questioned.
"Well it was the primary motivator but I had other reasons."
"Sooooo should we go orrrrrr?" Izuku chimed in.Kind of hard to do from a moving van but Izuku was willing to warp themselves away to be anywhere but here at the moment.
"Right, you have the warp quirk." Tae sighed."I suppose we don't have any reason to keep you and it'll save us time.Just consider yourselves on a tight leash for the time being, and stay out of trouble." Tae watched a portal spawned and the two disappeared inside.The chairwoman turned to the vehicles other occupant."Isabelle I hope you know what you just did will have far reaching consequences."
"I don't regret it one bit." The reporter just continued her glare.
Tae sighed.
The next day
Izuku and Momo stepped out into the common room of U.A. Nedzu had already come by and picked Eri up so she wasn't with them currently.The people inside the room were currently Kirishima, Sero, Mina, Hagakure, Uraraka, and Shinsou."Sup guys, sorry we didn't talk to you when we got back.I kinda just portaled us to Momo's room and went to slee-" Izuku immediately stopped realizing what he just implied.
Mina on the other hand."Oh Midori, you sly dog you.You kept her up real late huh?"
Momo was furiously blushing."We just slept Mina!"
"Uh huh and I have green skin." Mina was grinning viciously at the two.
Shinsou gave her a chop to the head."Stop teasing them this early Mina, they had a rough night."
"Phooey, you're no fun Shinsou." Mina whined out.
"Uh you guys seen the news?" Kirishima asked.
"I have been doing anything and everything in power to avoid looking at the news Kirishima.It was bad enough before the interview, now I'm sure it's ten times worse." Izuku sighed as rubbed Eri's horn, he hadn't been able to activate the quirk since that first time.It seems to have an incredibly long charge up time, it has been getting bigger though so in theory he should be able to use it relatively soon.And on cue a bloody nose, snake please why?I'm sorry, please stop tormenting me from the grave.
"Uh yeah there's protestors at the front gate, don't know what to tell you dude.They're saying stuff like give their quirks back and arrest the villain before he can take more, it's super unmanly that their judging you like this.Although there is some good news, that press conference All Might did about quirks not being villainous and that he personally trained you has put a lot of people on your side.There's even counter protestors out there, it's pretty much a 50/50 split.Although they're also some people making posts begging you to give them a quirk, so uh yeah." Kirishima shrugged.
"About what I expected and the very reason I was going to become an underground hero." Izuku sighed."Should I like go talk to them or something?Maybe it'll make them leave?"
"Izu I don't think that's a good idea..." Momo just looked at him a little scared.
"Yeah Wonderboy don't go out there, they might try to do something like Monoma did." Hagakure added.
"I seriously doubt any of them can hurt me guys, Muscular's quirk is really amazing." Izuku stated.
"Deku, I don't think you should.It will definitely rile them up and cause a panic.Just stay here where it's safe, we have the day off avoid the news and relax. ... Also I've decided Deku ... give me a new quirk." Uraraka was sure about her choice, her quirk while suited for rescue work just isn't enough.Against any ranged villain she's basically quirkless and fighting is important even to a rescue hero.Truth be told she's going to miss Zero Gravity, but it was her choice and she'd made up her mind.
"I... are you sure Uraraka?" Izuku asked.
"Yeah Uraraka your quirk is really cool." Sero added.
"Yes... yes I am.I'm a liability in fights as it is, me and Tsuyu both lost to Toga at the summer camp and it was a two against one." Uraraka pouted but she knew it was true, she was weak.
"Oh yeah that reminds me since I was pretty much out for the entire thing I have no idea what you all went through." Izuku realized."Also here Uraraka." Izuku held out his hand.
"WAIT!Deku you gotta let me prepare more for this!" Uraraka didn't think he'd do it right now of all things.
"Are you sure?I was planning on giving you something really good if you could take it." Izuku tilted his head at the girl.Izuku parting with this quirk felt wrong to him, but Uraraka had been so sad Izuku was so strong now he didn't this one anymore.He's going to miss it if he's being honest but Uraraka did say she was jealous of it.Besides he had a replacement coming to him soon.
"I ... okay Deku.I trust you." Uraraka walked over and shook his hand, goodbye ... Zero Gravity, my quirk.
Izuku took her quirk before replacing it with another, goodbye Air Cannon.I'll miss you forever, make this girl happy okay?You made me so unbelievably happy, Izuku could actually feel tears forming on his face as he gave her the quirk.Izuku willingly gave up his favourite quirk and it was the most painful parting he's ever had, he could feel Kuroe sadden immensely but it still complied with his wish.I know buddy, it hurts me too, it really hurts.
Noticing the green haired boy in front of her start to break down crying she had no idea what to think."...Deku?" What did he give me?
Izuku just wiped his face before speaking."I gave you my favourite, Air Cannon.I'm sorry, parting it with it made me a bit emotional."
"DEKU!?I CAN'T TAKE THIS!PLEASE TAKE IT BACK!" Uraraka just started shouting at the boy in front of her, how could he be that selfless!?
"Uraraka it's fine, you did say you liked it.I hope it makes you as happy as it made me.Though it's going to be rough at first, the quirk is pretty weak until you train it but once you do, you'll be great."
Momo just looked at her boyfriend with an unreadable look in her eyes.
"Dude..." Kirishima sat in shock from the couch.
Shinsou just looked wide eyed at the boy in front of him, would Shinsou be willing to give up his favourite quirk like that?He honestly didn't know.
"Deku ... are you sure about this?" Uraraka was almost crying herself, this was probably the nicest thing anyone's ever done for her.
"Yes I am Uraraka.Please don't worry about it..." Izuku could feel Kuroe crying, it felt to Izuku like the thing lost it's best friend, it was honestly heart wrenching to him.
"Wonderboy, you just went up like ten places in my eyes.I hope your nerd ass knows that." Hagakure couldn't believe her eyes.
Izuku just chuckled."Glad you think so, I'd get to training that quirk fast Uraraka.You're gonna need it, I'm going to let Aizawa-Sensei know so he doesn't judge you too hard."
"Let me know what?" Their ever tired teacher walked down the stairs.
"Oh ... well Sensei do you remember a conversation we had a while ago, about me being a quirk factory?" Izuku turned to look at his teacher.
"Yes?" Aizawa did not like where this was going.
"Uraraka wasn't happy with her quirk so I gave her a different one, Air Cannon." Izuku explained but he wasn't expecting his teacher to look so happy.
OH MY LORD, THIS IS THE BEST DAY, HE CAN'T FLY ANYMORE!"Approved, Uraraka train with it immediately to catch up on lost time."
Uraraka gave a determined look back."Yes sir!" The girl ran off towards the forest in order to start, she had a lot of work to do after all.
"Huh I wonder what I can combine Zero Gravity with?" Izuku asked aloud, he could make his creations weightless?Since he had a speed quirk he could do the staff thing a lot more effectively than Uraraka and further increase the damage he could deal.
OH NO HE CAN STILL FLY!Aizawa immediately paled again, well it's not as bad as it was before and he could still teleport anyway."Anyway I'm going to go back to scaring off those protestors." That had been the man's original goal when he walked down here, he had just gotten distracted.
Kirishima spoke next."I just gotta say that was like the manliest thing I've ever seen dude.Like holy shit I'm so proud of you man.You made her so happy and I know you liked that quirk."
"I think I'm going to miss giving it to Eri the most, it made her so happy." Honestly Izuku could deal with not being able to fly with his current skill set and he could technically still fly with Zero Gravity, guess I just gotta give her the Water Jet quirk instead now.
"Midori, I'm not so quirkless when I fight you now am I?You better up me to a 1/10 at least." Mina pouted.
"Mina I can literally drop you into space, you're still a 0/10." Midoriya just stuck his tongue out at her.
Realizing that their green haired friend could in fact do that, Mina shuddered."Please don't."
"Yeah that magma thing you did was sweet." Sero added.
"I had another idea where I bring pressurized water through the portal and use that to just destroy whatever I want but I figured magma had more of an impact." Izuku shrugged.
Shinsou had walked over and put his hand on his shoulder."Let me once again state this Midoriya.That I'm so fucking glad you're not a villain."
"You're welcome Shinsou." Izuku just chuckled before plopping down on the couch."So what's everybody up to today?"
"Down to beat your ass at Bash bros again." Sero said.
"Oh you're so on." Izuku had decided the boys win streak needed to be stopped and elected to start cheating by using Tempo.
Izuku could still not win, and he found that infuriating.
When 1pm rolled around Izuku saw Toshinori and Mirio walk into the 1-A dorms."My boy are you ready?"
Izuku cracked his neck."As I'll ever be.Momo you ready?"
The girl sighed, Toshinori had mentioned how Nighteye didn't believe her to be worry of One For All and it hurt her self esteem."I suppose I am, are you two still sparring?"
"Only if my Kohai hasn't chickened out." Mirio said smugly.
"The same goes for my Senpai, last chance." Izuku replied just as smugly.
Sero wanted to save whoever that poor blonde kid is from getting his ass beat by Midoriya."Dude don't, no one in our class has even come close to being able to fight Midoriya, and he's stronger than he was the last time he fought any of us.Hell he could only use 2 quirks in the last training we did and he still smoked his opponents.This is for your own good man, don't."
Mirio looked slightly worried at that but a hero doesn't back down."I think I'll be okay."
Shinsou looked up at Midoriya's soon to be next victim."Just don't toss him into space Midoriya."
Toss me into space?!Mirio thought.
"Or burn him like that one time you did with Uraraka." Kirishima added.
BURN ME!?What is wrong with this child?!
"Guys guys I won't do anything too mean." Izuku stood as he said that and grabbed Momo's hand lifting her from the couch."Let's go then."
5 minutes later at Gym Gamma.Izuku stood in the center of the arena facing Mirio and started stretching."I'm willing to hold back and not use more than one quirk if you want."
"I thought you said yesterday you wouldn't?" Mirio said.
"I figured I'd offer." Izuku just shrugged.
Toshinori had somehow become the mediator for this fight."3 2 1 BEGIN!" He shouted as his hand came down.
Izuku watched as the boy instantly dropped into the floor, pretty much exactly what'd he been expecting.He activated Tempo and turned around fully expecting the boy to come at him from behind.Izuku assumed he couldn't see while he was in the floor, just like Honenuki.His assumption was correct when a surprised looking Mirio came out of the floor, fist poised to strike.Izuku decided to try and test his first theory, he used Muscular and shot through the boy ending up on the other side of the arena.Expected, he's fully tangible when playing defense, he likely only becomes tangible when he goes for the strike.He did not however expect that kind of speed, maybe he's a dual quirk user like Todoroki?
Mirio to his credit had expected the boy to do something similar, or just sit on the ceiling with that flying quirk.He needed to find a way to fight someone who can outspeed him and hit even harder than he can.He saw his rampage against the League of Villains and did not want to end up on the receiving end of that.
Izuku kind of wished he still had Air Cannon right now but he'd make do without it.He just needed to lull his opponent into a false sense of security.Mirio had dropped into the floor again and Izuku used this opportunity to jump onto one of the ceilings rafters.When his confused opponent jumped out of the ground and looked around Izuku decided to take this moment to pounce.He activated snapshot halfway through his fall in order to maximize time, with zero ranged options Izuku couldn't punish his opponent as much as he'd like to but he'd do his best.
Mirio turned to look at Izuku as he fell from the sky, surprise was on his face but he still quickly turned intangible as his opponent's fist went through his skull.Mirio had made everything but his feet intangible based on his opponents angle and it was time for his counter attack.He went to swing a fist at the boy as he passed through him only for him to suddenly feel like something had bitten his foot, correction stung his foot.The pain was excruciating and Mirio immediately dropped back into the floor, where did a giant freaking hornet come from.
Izuku affectionately pet the few hornet's he'd made and scattered throughout the place when his opponent went under the second time.This game of tag was getting old fast though, both fighters were too good at being able to get away from the opponent.Izuku activated Dark Vision and watched as a yellow blur quickly moved away, having had enough of that Izuku followed the blur so he'd be on top of him as soon as he came out.He just held his hand out as low to the ground as he could and waited, Izuku theorized his opponent had to make his body tangible in order to come up.That brief bit of vulnerability would be his target window, ignoring the headache and bleeding nose he stalked his prey just waiting for them to literally jump into his hands.
Mirio could still feel the painful bite as he traveled through the floor, he needed to be careful about where he popped up next time.His opponent had so many different moves it made him highly unpredictable, so when he emerged fifty feet away at near teleportation speeds he was confused greatly as to how his opponent was already there waiting for him.
Watching his prey's head launch into his hands Izuku barely grazed his target before they made themselves intangible again, or attempted to anyway because he'd stolen the quirk.Mirio just had that confused look on his face everyone does when they're quirk fails to activate."Checkmate."
Mirio not wanting to get punched in the face just lowered his arms in defeat."You got me.Man you weren't kidding, also why did you never use that Air Cannon quirk?"
"Gave it away literally like an hour ago, somebody needed it more." Izuku shrugged before holding his hand out.
Mirio took the hand feeling his quirk return."Well good match, I guess we need to go meet Sir now."
Momo had been watching from the sidelines, her boyfriend was as ridiculous as always but it was so weird to see him fight without Air Cannon.She still couldn't believe he gave it up, willingly at that.
"It was a good match Young Mirio, do not feel ashamed." All Might added.
He just rubbed his nose."I don't but don't suppose you could portal us to Sir's?"
"Well two problems with that I've never seen his office before and the second one bein-" His nose started to bleed, fucking quirk was doing it on purpose at this point."That." Izuku already missed Air Cannon, but he'd be stealing All For One's version of the quirk and honestly it looked stronger than his so Izuku was ecstatic.Though that could be because of those strength augmenting quirks.
Nighteye's office around an hour later.
The group of four arrived before Mirio casually waved at the receptionist who was blue and showed some serious underboob with her hero costume, it reminded Izuku of Momo's old outfit."Yo Bubblegirl, I brought them."
"Punctual as always Lemillion, Sir is upstairs.You know the way." The girl just went back to manning the desk absentmindedly.
Three knocks later and they found themselves in Nighteye's office.The man in question just adjusted his glasses before giving a no nonsense nod."It's good to see you All Might." The man immediately turned and glared at the two children who entered his room."Mirio I'm sorry but I'm going to need to ask you to leave for this conversation, do not let anyone enter."
Mirio looked disappointed but complied regardless.With him out of the room Nighteye spoke."I see you brought the two in question All Might.I feel I should not have to caution you for the actions you've taken but really?A billionaire heiress for One for All and actively strengthening someone with HIS quirk.Have you gone senile?"
Izuku at this point in life had just said fuck it."Alright that's it I'm done with this bull shit.Also pretty sure Torino is the one whose gone senile but that's just me." That elicited a small chuckle from Momo."You and so many people have judged me for my quirk Nighteye, I accept that.But you do NOT get to insult Momo, she's worked harder than anyone I know to make that power her own.She's never once abused her quirk when she so easily could've, on top of that she was constantly harassed as a child and she still never used her quirk for her own gain.So before you start talking like you know people, maybe you should fucking I don't know ACTUALLY GET TO KNOW THEM." Izuku was beyond livid at this point, he was so tired, he just wanted people off his case.
Nighteye just steeled his gaze at the boy in front of him, he had some audacity that's for sure."Fine come here then and let me prove that you are nothing but evil incarnate.Then I'm going to prove to All Might Mirio was the correct choice for One For All."
Even Momo was quite angry at this point, it hurt being told you don't deserve something you worked so hard for.She just watched as Izuku strutted over to the man in question.
When nothing happened for a few moments Izuku may have gotten impatient."Well?Scared I'm going to take your quirk?Fine my hands are behind my back." Izuku said all of this with a large amount of venom in his speech.
Nighteye stared at the boy before relenting and putting his hand on his shoulder and activating his quirk Future Sight.The things he saw in the next five years of the boys life would haunt him for eternity, so much death, so many injured.He had to visibly struggle backwards as he almost fell over at the atrocities he saw being committed.Japan was being leveled as the innocent died in droves.
Izuku just stared puzzled at the man.
"I -I dare not repeat the things I just saw.Shigaraki is a far greater threat than you think he is." Nighteye couldn't believe the incoming death toll.
Everyone in the room looked confused.Momo spoke first."What?"
"His quirk, it evolved he still had decay somehow but it spread to the things it touches.He was leveling cities, in the future I just saw, so many dead just turned to dust on the spot." Nighteye dared not talk about the army of Nomu brutally murdering everyone who survived the decay.
"That's impossible I stole his quirk, it died- oh no." Izuku just remembered something the doctor said, they used bodies to make the Nomu, where is the body of that guy who had EMP?Did the doctor steal it and reacquire the quirk?Is that possible?"The doctor said he uses bodies to make Nomu, what if they got the body of the guy that I gave Decay too?As for his quirk evolving did you see how it happened Nighteye?"
"No I did not I just saw so many people dying as it touched them.The future gets spotty the further out I go ... but I suppose I owe you an apology.You were not in fact evil in the future and my futures ALWAYS come to pass." Nighteye was beyond puzzled, why does this boy not want power?
"I told you Nighteye, just like I told Torino.Young Midoriya is a fine example of a future hero.Your baseless accusations towards him will stop, am I clear?" All Might was chiding his previous sidekick.
"That still does not prove to me that the girl should have One For All but I shall indeed refrain from further such comments towards the boy." Noticing the glare from the green haired teen he decided to change his stance."I suppose I shall let myself be proven wrong on that front as well."
Realizing that was the best he was getting Izuku relented, Momo would prove herself without a doubt.
"I hear you have been researching the Shie Hassaikai boy."
"Yes?" Random thing to bring up Izuku thought.
"Ah you see I have as well, they have been doing some interesting business practices as of late.They have been far more active and we've been tracing the sale of trigger back to them."
Izuku recognized that as the drug that the first user of Air Cannon used before she went crazy."The quirk enhancing stuff right?"
"The same, it's quite dangerous not to mention addictive." Nighteye confirmed.He saw a battle with Overhaul in the boy's future, the girl was with him so he decided it best to bring them into the fold early."You have a provisional license yes?"
Izuku just nodded.
"And you girl will be taking the test soon?"
Momo huffed."I do but I have a name you know."
"You carry the name and legacy of All Might on your back, when you prove to me your as good as him then I will use it." Nighteye readjusted his glasses."When you both get licenses return here and I will hire you for the work studies."
"Work studies?" Izuku tilted his head.
All Might was the one to answer."Once you all get your provisional licenses you can basically intern under a pro hero, you get paid and are officially treated as a sidekick.Though we aren't sure we'll be having them this year with all the villain activity."
Nighteye just bluntly cut back in."You will."
"I uh how?" Then Toshinori remembered the man's quirk."I see."
"You two are dismissed, All Might I don't suppose you could stay and we could have a chat like the old times, I will be honest I ... have missed our time together." Nighteye looked sad as he said that.
"I suppose I could stay for a cup of tea, will you two be alright?" Yagi asked his proteges.
"Yeah I'll just portal us and Mirio back, don't wait up."
Everyone in the room who knew about the backlash just looked at him like he was an idiot."Sure it hurts me in short term but long term I do need to train with the quirk more, and the nosebleeds aren't that severe and in fact have been getting easier.I'm not overdoing it I promise."
Momo and All Might just accepted that answer with a grunt.
