The next day, Edian got up early to go to his job at the café near his home. As usual, he decided to walk to enjoy the fresh morning air and mentally prepare himself for the day ahead.

As he walked, his mind wandered back to the strange dreams he had had the night before. She couldn't get the image of that beautiful city out of his head. Was it just an illusion or some sort of premonition of the future? It was hard to tell.

Arriving at the café, she prepared to start his day. She talked to his coworkers and told them about his dream. But instead of showing interest or concern, they all laughed and said it was probably caused by stress or anxiety. Edian tried to ignore their comments, but she was still uncomfortable with the idea that her experience was just a figment of her mind.

The day's work was exhausting and Edian was anxious to go home and rest. When she finally left the café, she started walking home. But after a few minutes, she noticed that someone was following her.

At first, she thought it was just her imagination playing tricks on her. But when she turned to look, she realized that there was a man behind her, wearing a hood that hid his face.

Edian started to walk faster, but the man was still behind her. She felt scared and tried to think of what to do. Should she run or call for help? But before she could make a decision, the man approached her and spoke to her.

"I'm sorry for scaring you," the man said, taking off his hood. "I'm the same man you met yesterday."

Edian was shocked and confused. How could this man be the same man who had made her disappear in the cave? What did he want from her?

"What are you doing here?" asked Edian, trying to hide her fear.

The man explained that he was looking for someone who could help him in his mission. He spoke of a distant future where humanity was on the brink of extinction and how he needed to find a way to prevent it.

Edian was skeptical, but at the same time intrigued by what the man was saying. Could it be true that he was talking to someone from the future?

Before she could ask any more questions, however, the man handed her a strange device and explained how to use it. "This is a device that will allow you to travel through time," he said. "Use it wisely and we may be able to change the course of history."

And with those words, the man disappeared just as suddenly. Edian stood there, holding the device in his hand, trying to process what had just happened.

Should I believe the stranger's words?
