Goblin Outpost II

He had been awoken, not by the sun but instead by his enemy. The Goblin Chief was intelligent, he knew what happened within the hut, yet kept the other goblins away and instead led Kaiser into a false sense of security until he fell asleep.

He had been captured and now he was tied to a pole, his arms and legs tied together with a rope.

"Human, what are you? You have the face of our enemy but the blood of my kin."

Kaiser heard the voice, it was very scratchy and deep, its pronunciation was not perfect as it had a beastly accent but it surprised him. He looked up at the goblin which was taller than the others and had better proportions.

This goblin was tall and his head matched the size of his body unlike his smaller counterparts. He was slim but had very broad shoulders. Covered in the pelts of some beast to make what seemed to be a rudimentary armour and in his hand a blunt machete.

Kaiser said nothing and just frowned at the chief, then he saw a goblin that seemed smaller than all the others, but this one was dressed in purple garments, seemingly the most advanced clothing he'd seen yet.

In another primal sounding language, the chief and the goblin he assumed to be the shaman talked. From a pouch the shaman took out several teeth and started reciting something he didn't understand yet it made the teeth shake at every word.

"Boy I will ask you now, will you join our tribe, we know you humans grow fast and are strong but you have our blood."

At that he grunted and was about to say no but then suddenly the chief laughed to the point he fell to his knees.

"He thought I was serious, if I was he'd be dead for denying my orders." "Human you have killed 11 of my brethren I will give you the most painful death you could ever wish for." The chief said with a smile on his face.

The teeth stopped shaking and suddenly a cloud appeared above Kaisers head. The shaman smiled and laughed. Kaiser grew scared, he couldn't escape and even if he managed how would he fight all the goblins in front of him.

And suddenly a lightning bolt struck him from the cloud the shaman conjured. The lightning froze him with the pain of the shock, yet it was not as powerful as a natural lightning bolt. The rope caught fire and so did Kaiser. He fell to the ground covered in flames screaming in pain.

[Fire and lightning essence detected.]

Seeing this Kaiser who only managed to survive this long with his heightened regeneration opened his ability screen.

Lightning: 0 (Can be increased using lightning essence + 10 agility + 10 strength)

He couldn't get either. But he had to.

The ran setting fire to everything he could see, countless goblins on fire. The chief was frozen. Not fear but surprise of the strength the human held. How was he still alive. Yes the lightning was weaker but still someone with less constitution than a goblin should be dead instantly.

The fire which burnt him stopped. He had no skin and could not see. Somehow he lived. And thus he put all his stats into what he thought was strongest lightning.

Sparks came out of his feet. A crackling sound came out of his destroyed body and a terrifying smile could be seen. He walked around blind, blue sparks crackling on his skin.

"WHAT ARE YOU?" The chief shouted as the shaman gathered teeth from the dead goblins.

The chief ran to Kaiser who looked like a walking corpse and punched him in the stomach. Kaiser flew onto the ground, yet the smile never left his face. The chief had a burn mark on his fist and his muscles wouldn't move. His hand had been paralyzed.

Kaiser stood up again. An eye partially healed let him see a bit of what was happening around him and he looked at the quest.

(89/100 goblins)

He smiled. "Come out you cowards, I share your blood but you run from me. Come and kill me." Kaiser was shouting with his stroke of madness, he thought he was alive because of the goblins regeneration, but he was mistaken.

The goblins ran at him when they would touch him, they would be paralyzed. he slowly killed them with the little strength he had since now it had fallen to 2 after balancing the stats of strength and agility.

He ate every goblin he came across and smiled. His sharpened teeth, his claw like nails. He devoured everything he came across and it healed him. The essence of the being rebuilt him. The only thing that kept him alive was the essence of flame and lightning earlier, yet he would've died before he absorbed enough if he hadn't started eating the goblins.

"WHAT ARE YOU?" The chief shouted again and ran towards Kaiser.

Race: Demi human - Demi goblin

Kaiser was overcome by a power he had never felt before. His pain went and sheer anger swept over him.

"I WILL KILL YOU."

He shouted as he jabbed at the chief but then quickly pulled back and went for an uppercut. It hit and the chief shouted as the lightning burnt his skin, but then he smiled.

"You think with that little strength you'll kill me?"

The chief punched a straight and Kaiser was too slow to react, he was hit and suddenly the world toppled around him as he fell back and everything went dark.

The last thing he heard was "Thomas Kaiser huh."
