Fay Would Do Anything

Jie Li was in his classroom since he came to school in the morning, in fact he had remained staying in his classroom as others went out to the field.

Jie Li closed his chemistry textbook and kept it inside his desk. He took a glance at his wrist watch, it was just 1pm, he had missed lunch. He will have to wait till the second lunch time.

He felt like going outside, so he stood up and fixed his platinum hair.

Wow!

The football players were still playing, they played looking very serious and their faces were covered in sweat.

They were lot's of cheering from different cheerleaders, screaming the name of the team they were cheering for.

The girls immediately stopped cheering as they saw Jie Li standing outside.

"My Gad look at him!"

"Fuck me! He looks so dreamy"

"Oh em gee! I can't stop gawking"

Jie Li just walked pass them without even taking a look at them, he felt that they were just too cheap and crazy.

Jie Li knew not where to go, the hostel wouldn't be the best place to go now since some footballers would be in there washing up and they would instantly start blurting out nonsense from their mouths.

He should probably go to his locker room, he hadn't been there for sometime now. Jie Li walked upstairs and as he was just about to climb the last staircase, he heard a sweet little voice calling him.

"Celestial Jie"

He turned, he smiled as he saw Ai.

She looked very cute in her hair dyed in pink color and wore in bunches. She walked towards him elegantly like a princess, her short pink skirt and white sneakers made her look like an angel. Ai was also holding her orange colored water bottle.

"Hi" he waved at her.

Ai smiled, she was extremely excited that Jie Li was talking to her after so many days of ignoring her everywhere even on WeChat and weibo.

"Where are you going?" She asked as she stood closer to him with her lips curved in a lovely smile.

"To the locker room, I got a few books to get before going to the cafeteria" he replied.

"Mind me come along?" She asked him, she couldn't wait to walk with him to the cafeteria and show Li Biyu that Jie Li was her brother.

"I don't mind"

They began walking as they talked.

"So celes..."

"What name do you normally call me?" Jie Li asked her suddenly.

Ai paused then looked at him, she clutched her water bottle more tighter.

"I call you celestial Jie every time" she replied.

"No, I'm talking about when we were little"

Oh!

Ai now understood, of course she use to call him Ryan before.

When they were both little that they both use to go to each other's houses.

Ai remembered taking Jie Li to her princess like room showing him all the dresses she got.

"C'mon Ryanggang, here are my shoes, my guitar, my...." She would hold his hand and take him around her room, and he would protest loudly.

"For God sake Island, my name is Ryan not Ryanggang. Ryanggang is a province in north Korea dummy! Must I teach you everything?" Sometimes he would laugh as he said so, other time he would frown.

"Of course I knew that! And I'm Isla not island, island is a land surrounded by water. Must I teach you geography?"

And then they'll chase each other down the stairs, and in the garden till they fall on top of each other.

"Hmm, you smell so nice" she would inhale his scent.

They were both so close to each other back then.

Jie Li was more handsome when he was a kid, then he was twelve years old while Ai was right years old. And they always made sure to visit each other regularly.

But once she turned twelve years old and he turned sixteen, their beautiful friendship bond was broken by both of them because they've became wealthy.

They were so self-centered to the extent that they couldn't say a simple hello to each other again.

"No! You use to add some words in that name, I can't remember exactly what you use to call me" he tried to remember.

Of course Ai never forgot all the fun they had when they were both little.

"I use to call you Ryanggang" she said and they both burst into laughter.

"Just call me Ryan or Jie Li, any of your choice" he said in a shrug.

"I think I'll call you Ryanggang"

"That's fine, but this time I'll call you island or a peninsula"

"No, I'll just add Pyongyang to your name then" she added and they both laughed.

Ai was already enjoying the conversation she was having with him.

It's been such a long time since she laughed with him.

Ai watched as he opened his locker, he simply carried a small bag, an inscription was written in cursive with white paint on the bag. 'King Jie Li'

Ai wondered how smart Jie Li was. He didn't even search for any of his stuffs, his locker was smartly arranged and filled with books which are mostly guides on how to play games.

When he was done carrying his textbook, he locked his locker then turned and started to walk out.

"Dude you left me" Ai pouted as she ran after him.

"Of course! Must I tell you everything?"

Ai knew the kind of person he was, he barely talked. Even back then when they were little, he would prefer to sleep than to watch her dance or sing.

So they both headed to the cafeteria, Ai could see Fay, Ichika and Li Biyu. They were all holding books and seems to be coming from the library.

Ai was a little bit surprised, she knew that Fay was just acting like a serious student, Fay never read books. She prefers to watch movies, dance and play.

They seems to be discussing and they were all laughing, even Fay looked glamorous.

As they approached her, Ai wished in her mind that Jie Li should say not a word to Li Biyu.

But that was impossible.

Fay could see Jie Li and Ai walking towards the cafeteria, she was filled with jealousy.

She didn't want to see Ai and Jie Li together!

That's why she was helping Li Biyu sincerely, she had also vowed to do anything to make sure Jie Li and Li Biyu would be together forever.

Fay couldn't wait to see the day when this idol would kick Ai and hug Li Biyu.

Normally, Fay wouldn't have helped Li Biyu. But since Jie Li doesn't like her so she would do anything to make sure he likes someone else apart from Ai, even if it means reading an entire oxford dictionary and solving chemical equations.
