Jayden, a talented and ambitious boy, has always dreamed of becoming a Barber. 

However, his aspirations seem out of reach in his ordinary life. 

One fateful night, as Jayden was walking back home he encounters a woman in danger and tries to save her...unfortunately, because of his recklessness, he died... 

But that wasn't the end for him as he awakens in a realm beyond imagination, finding himself reincarnated into the DC Universe. 

Now trying to live out his lifelong dream, Jayden must navigate this new reality where superheroes and supervillains coexist.

My last story wasn't really starting off well so I decided to change it for this dc one while I fine-tune and mark out the other one that I'll upload into another story category.

I'll be honest here I've never read a dc comic in my life but I love the movies and have been reading up on my favourite characters. I'm still confused about the whole rebirth thing and the new 52 but I'm trying.

In any case, most of my knowledge will be from the movies, some videos I've seen from Kinglion, variant YouTube and of course the wiki. I've been recommended to watch the young justice TV show, static and other animated stuff so while writing this I'll watch some of that stuff in my free time.

Also just a reminder, I'm not a professional writer and don't claim to be, I'll make mistakes, so pointing out those mistakes would be much appreciated.

Hey guys, I wasn't going to upload today, but since something has come up, I'm just informing you now that unfortunately, I won't be able to upload for a couple of days.


The good news for you is that I've worked all night writing four chapters for you in advance.


Two chapters will be uploaded today around 6 or 7 and the other two tomorrow, and the day after tomorrow.


Hopefully, by then I'll have sorted everything that needs to be sorted, but if not then I apologise in advance.


And not only that but at the end of this message I'll give you guys a little teaser for future chapters and things coming up.


I got the inspiration from an author I like on Fanfiction.net named Neonzangetsu, check out his stuff if you have the chance.

"I don't need no haircut, chump. I need a place to hide." Jayden nodded understandingly. 


"I see. Well, you're welcome to stay here for a little while. Just don't cause any trouble, okay?" 


Harley looked surprised at his kindness. "Thanks, kid. You're all right."


" Being a hero is not easy, huh? You have to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders." 


Superman Smiled."It can be challenging at times, but it's worth it. I have to use my powers for the greater good." 


"I can only imagine. Back in my hometown, you're like a beacon of hope for people."


"Thank you, that means a lot. But it's not just about me, it's about everyone doing their part. We all have the power to make a difference."


"Is that Twin sliced pork Slices, with a char Siu side and wonton soup." Dick suddenly asked.


"Yeeeep!" Jayden said slowly and with a pop at the end." Best takeout in Gotham City."


" Are...are you gonna finish all of that..."


Mary sighed, her voice tinged with weariness. 


"Life can be tough out there on the streets. But today, sitting in this chair, I feel like a queen. Thank you for treating me with such kindness."


Jayden's eyes met Mary's in the mirror, a silent acknowledgement of her worth.
