JUST A PHONE

As Erika was about to head towards the second floor, she bumped into a man. Stepping backward, she took a closer look at the man who stared at her with wide eyes.

Who is this? Erika thought to herself. She noticed the tattoos that were on his knuckles, his red suit that looked like it stood out, and his shoulder-length hair that was packed into a ponytail.

The serpent rings that coiled on his finger and the tattoos screamed danger, everything about him did.

Erika continued to observe him, oblivious to the fact that he was also doing the same.

Viper stood on the stairs and studied Erika's facial expressions. He noticed her furrowed her eyebrows, creating wrinkles on her forehead.

"You must be Erika," he said, getting her to look at his face.

Erika's frown deepened even more when she heard her name spill from his mouth.
