Sakura vs Stain: Dance of Blades

It didn't make sense. Why was the GPS location Izuku sent in an alley blocks away from the villain attack? Sakura could read the mark on the map, but as she narrowed in on the area, she realized that while it was close, Izuku was still further away from the incident. So was there something else going on? Sakura was coming to crossroads at this point, jumping from building to building across town. She could hear sirens, and distress noises, but it shouldn't be where Izuku was right now.

"What exactly is going on around here?"

She would find out, once she turned around the next block.

A coincidence, it was all just a trick of fate. A scenario that randomly brought them together through similar ties of interest. That's what each of them could argue.

Tenya had come to the Hero agency of Manual to intern, in misguided hopes of finding the hero killer Stain. The villain that had destroyed his brother's career as a hero and rendered him paralyzed from the waist down. He didn't know if he would meet with Stain, knowing how slim the chances were, but amid the chaos, with three villains that rampaged through the city, all with the same begrudging forms of Nomu. In the corner of his eyes, a shadow in an ally took all his attention away from the fighting heroes and screaming civilians. He chased that shadow and that's when he came to face the Hero Killer Stain, ready to add another victim to his collection of fallen heroes.

Like the water in a pot that was left too long on the stove, Tenya boiled over with fury and anger. He knew why he had joined Manual's agency despite receiving better offers, he knew why he was here. It wasn't for the internships, it wasn't to become a better hero. It was revenge.

It seemed that rage was a road riddled with holes that made it difficult for Tenya to use his speed. Stain countered Tenya and had him pinned within less than 30 seconds. But before Stain could finish him. A heavy punch right across his face, had him skidding back.

Izuku was interning in a different town, more remote than Hosu, with less likelihood of criminal activity, and his initial destination wasn't even here. But after three days of training with All Might's previous teacher Gran Torino, he was deemed fit enough to go out in the field for some real experience only to take the detour when a hero crashed into the train followed by a creature that looked similar to Nomu. Only white-skinned with a more narrow build, but his brain exposed to the elements and his eyes dead was what gave Izuku that same tremor of terror when he faced Nomu at USJ. His mentor went after the creature and despite the order to remain on the train, Izuku followed after. That's when he saw Manual and heard him searching for Tenya while the other heroes battled against two more villains that resembled Nomu. On data he had of the hero killer, Izuku took to the alley's to search for Tenya, and he found his friend injured, with another hero.

The element of surprise was his best weapon, which allowed Izuku to get a hit on Stain. But that trump card was used and like Tenya, Izuku couldn't make up for his lack of combat experience against the villain and had ended up immobilized. Stain didn't make him a target though and went back to Tenya. When a stream of flames made him jump away.

Shouto wasn't supposed to be in Hosu either, but after interning with Endeavor agency. His father decided to take him out to the field to specifically search for the hero killer and see him in action. It wasn't pleasant, but it was bearable despite his discontent for his father. However, when they arrived, there was another incident taking place, with villains that had to be related to Nomu from the USJ were involved. Before Shouto could get dragged into that, he received the message from Izuku. And despite only receiving the location, he ran after telling his father to send any free heroes to the place.

All three ended up coming to face Stain, and despite this, they were not holding on strong. Shouto was the only one who was still able to stand. After Izuku warned him that Stain's quirk likely involved the villain ingesting the blood of his victims which in turn would paralyze them.

A cascade of ice sprung from the ground, rising to create a barrier between them and the hero killer. But it crumbled at the mercy of Stain's blade, slicing through the ice.

"Blocking your view from an opponent that's faster than you….What a foolish plan."

He threw them at Shouto with exact precision, to throw off his left side that was spitting flames. The two knives were about to touch the target when a clank brought about silence. Two knives were thrown at Shouto, and yet three fell. One distinct kunai.

"Easily dropping your defense during an attack, is also foolish." A tone lit with a smile behind the silhouette standing against the night on the edge of the building. The slim figure dropped with grace, her shadow falling over her classmates and injured hero.

"Sakura!" Izuku lifted his head and realized then that he was able to move again. He tested his fingers, his hands, and arm, then he stood and rushed to Shouto's side. "You're here too?"

"Train got delayed." She shrugged back at him.

Shouto turned to Izuku, "Midoriya, you can move now?"

"Yeah, for some reason his quirk wore off." Izuku said, "Sakura don't let him cut you. If he licks your blood, you'll become paralyzed."

"But if you can move does that mean there's a time limit?" asked Shouto.

The hero Native shook, attempting to move his body again, but he still couldn't muster the strength. "No, he was the last one he got. I still can't move."

Izuku and Shouto were able to push Stain back. Allowing Izuku a moment to assess their opponent properly. "He takes a person's blood to keep them from moving. Since I got free first, I can think of three possible reasons. It could be less effective with more people, the amount ingested could affect how long it works, or there could be a difference in a person's effectiveness based on blood type!"

Stain smirked viciously, "Blood type, yes that's right."

Sakura looked over at Native and Tenya, both on the ground, with visible wounds painting their costumes red. Then back to Stain. Slim build, but define tone from training and battle, messy dark hair and red eyes that narrowed like a predator hunting.

"The Hero Killer Stain. Tenya, I'm guessing you're the reason we're here?" Sakura toiled with the kunai between her fingers, watching the villain for any shifting movements. His eyes were like blood and filled with lust for it. There was the sensation that you would get when facing a tiger, the sense of danger that Sakura was so familiar with her body naturally remained lax. There was no spike of adrenaline or rush of blood.

She could sense his degree of experience as a killer, and he was true to his name it seemed.

Tenya's gloves gripped at the tar, his eyes burning. "I'm sorry."

He had gotten all of them involved in his vendetta and now they were risking their lives for his sake while he could only lay there helpless and watch. Absolute shame filled his being, as he realized that using his brother's name was going to be in vain as Ingenium was going to die again, this time at his hands instead of Stain's.

"Worry about that for later. Let's handle this first."

"Wait!" Izuku said. "This guy is dangerous Sakura. Don't rush into this."

"His reactions are fast, and he can avoid my fire and ice," said Shouto. They weren't going to be able to escape from here with someone like this. "We might not be able to carry those two out of here. I think our best option is to hold out until the pros get here. We'll protect those two."

"Three against one huh?" The Hero Killer leaned forward. "This won't be easy."

It wasn't an option to wait for the heroes, it wasn't an option to wait for anyone to save you when facing a killer because that just meant you were willingly giving more time for that person to commit their crime. Sakura understood this concept well enough that she shook off the idea completely.

"I didn't agree to a three-on-one fight either."

Izuku gaped, "Sakura! You can't be serious, this guy isn't like the one at the USJ. He's-

"A killer." The neutral underlining tone was more frightening than a sharp one, then stepping closer to Stain who had been like a crouched tiger, waiting to attack. A hungry one slowly losing patience, but unwilling to lose his prey.

"Stand over Tenya and the hero, I'll deal with this guy."

Shouto's face scrunched, "No. This guy isn't like anyone we have faced before, we should work together-

"Victory in battles isn't determined by numbers alone, the status of experience is just as important and in this case, it can negatively affect a fight. YOU haven't faced anyone like this before."

Shouto, Izuku, and Tenya realized that Sakura was stating that she didn't believe a three on one fight was going to be to their benefit because there was a greater distance in ally's abilities. That's why she wanted to do this alone because she believed they could compromise her ability to fight.

"If you've already concluded he'll overwhelm you with his reflexes, then stay there." Sakura tugged at her gloves. "Protect them, and let me on the frontline."

"Sakura stop!" Izuku begged. "We have to fight him together. We're in closed quarters so you can't use your super strength without damaging the buildings."

From the start she had no concern for collateral damage property, however, she wouldn't needlessly endanger civilians. No one knew the extent of control she had over her strength even though Izuku's words did have some merit.

"Come on Izuku. That would only happen if I missed." Her finality was set. "It's frustrating I know, but it's better this way."

She spoke with empathy, complete understanding that he had to concede to the decision she made. But he didn't want to. Not when his skin was crawling from the overwhelming sense of danger and the sickening taste of blood lingering in the air. He wasn't sure if he was imagining it or not. But just as with the USJ and the Sports Festival, Sakura appeared completely calm and undeterred by her opponent.

That's what made her so unnerving. Who could be so calm in the face of danger and death? As if the idea of losing or dying didn't faze her.

Everyone had a fear of failure, but she stepped into fights like she was certain to have no regrets of an uncertain outcome.

What did it take to get to that point? He wondered.

A blur of flashing silver against the moonlight caused Izuku's heart to knock against his chest, it flew past Shouto and Sakura, only to stop, but the angled downward direction made it clear that Tenya had been the target of the blade. Sakura without craning her neck or shifting her eyes had caught it with her bare hand at the hilt.

"So it looks like you want to kill Tenya and the hero right?" The blade danced between Sakura's fingers, but she didn't once take her eyes off Stain. "What a shame."

She threw the blade back, deliberately with strength that it would nick his neck with a warning but kept it from penetrating any arteries that would have her status changed to villain. It threw Stain off, he didn't feel his skin break, he didn't see the blade, only felt the warmth of his blood pool along his white and red scarf.

"That could've been fatal." Stain said, narrowing his eyes, he was scrutinizing for even the slightest sign of regret but there was nothing. No shift in her expression nor her eyes that he would see in those that were incapable of taking another life. But he had to make sure that he wasn't wasting blood.

"That boy wants revenge for his brother, he failed to see the injured fake, only focused on his selfish desire. That is not a hero, just another pretender, like others in society. There are too many running around calling themselves heroes. The warped perception of this world must be corrected. If you get in the way, I will kill you."

Stain's eyes were hard with killing intent seeping that it made Izuku and Shouto shiver, but Sakura didn't flinch. Tenya's throat constricted, as tears burned along his eyes but his sniffles silenced when Sakura spat a hefty 'Ha!'.

"So Tenya wanted revenge for his brother, that's…." Sakura folded her arms,

lowering her defense and raising her chin, exposing her neck. Taunting in a manner that was

grotesque under the circumstances.

"Completely understandable."

Shouto and Izuku became frigid when they realized how much Sakura's words were actually agitating the villain. Also, they couldn't figure out why she would say such a thing.

"What?" Stain hissed. "You condone the act of revenge? A selfish vendetta, for someone aiming to hold the title hero?"

Her arms spread out like a bird about to take flight, giving more openings. "Yes. He cares about his brother, he has every right to be angry and want revenge. In fact," Sakura glanced behind at Tenya, smiling. "I'll help him get it."

"You'll help him?" The weight of Stain's blade shifted, becoming agitated at the sight of Sakura's grin. It wasn't natural to see a child with that kind of face. She didn't seem deranged enough to have the courage to fight without fear. She looked stable and that's what was wrong.

'She's also one of the targets….'

Shigaraki held up two photos, teenagers, a boy, and a girl. "I want to kill these two."

It looked like he was going to end up helping the League of Villains even though he had turned away and despite their interruption.

"Of course, after all, he's my classmate," Sakura said smiling.

"You who wants to covet the title of hero, willing to allow yourself to fall into self-serving agendas. Fine then, you'll go first."

Sakura stretched her arms out, "Go ahead and try."

The steel of his shoes sparked against the concrete when he lunged at Sakura, he would get to her with only three strides. But she chose to meet him halfway and took off in the air after giving a final warning to Izuku and Shouto to stay back.

Izuku and Shouto had a great deal of power, but Sakura determined that if they weren't able to react to the villain's movements then this would deter her fighting ability because she would have to stay aware of them while they moved around and that could put her at risk as well.

She's seen it well enough, even the best shinobi would fall victim to their hearts. It wasn't just a matter of power. So she had to make it clear that she did not want them to intervene.

Her opponent was very agile, and he had a vigor of ferociousness in his movements. He did not want to waste any more time. Their blades clashed Sakura's small kunai against Stain's unevenly hacked blade. It would be a painful shred if it ran along her skin.

But she didn't lose sight of his other hand. A shinobi was always taught to keep an eye out for the second blade, and Stain had plenty to draw on.

While Sakura held him back with his right, he used his left arm to take a smaller blade to slash at her, but she reacted when the blade was by a hair. Ducking down. He threw his sword into the air and drew another shorter blade.

'I get it.' Sakura watched Stain's eyes, she could assess his experience quickly by the fact he was able to pull out his weapons without his eyes wavering in the slightest. This was an excellent way to take an opponent by surprise even after his presence was discovered.

The metals clashed and sparked light small fireworks, harshly colliding but moving elegantly through the air like silver birds. While Sakura and Stain appeared as if they were dancing. It looked like a quick start only for them to realize in the middle of the chorus that the tempo had changed.

Stain was doing everything to get so much as a nick on Sakura, but her reflexes were outmatching his own. Their speed was nearly blinding, but Sakura was the one moving to match Stain's, lowering her acceleration. She glided across the ground with the soles of her feet as if skating, and yet was able to take much tighter turns and breaks than one would be able to on the ice.

All Shouto, Izuku, and Native could do were watching in complete awe at the stunning performance. They almost forgot the severity of their situation. Tenya on the other hand was completely present, as he watched them from his narrow perspective, trying to move his head so he could get a wider view of the fight.

The fight that he had dragged her into, because of his desires. Causing her to risk blood just to save him.

"What's the matter, can't keep up?" Sakura asked, watching beads of sweat form on Stain's face.

Although she wasn't the best, Sakura had her fair share of weapons training. Especially when her attacks were short to mid-range. Despite Stain's clear tactics and ability, he wasn't able to outmatch her in a head-on fight. And he was starting to see that.

This was just inhibiting for Sakura. Stain was a dangerous villain and it was obvious that he intended to kill Tenya and the other hero. And Shouto and Izuku had been injured by him, but despite all this Sakura was certain that there was going to be an endless stream of 'repercussions' for running off just to fight a villain.

So just on a whim, to avoid any more complications, for something that might make her life in this world easier, she would try something new. Instead of breaking the rules, and using her 'quirk' to fight the villain, she resorted to different tactics. Keeping Stain busy until heroes would arrive and take over the situation. And she could defend that she didn't fight Stain using her quirk.

'As long as he doesn't ingest my blood, he can't touch me.'

His movements were becoming frantic, it was the slightest jitters and imbalance but Sakura saw it. Stain wanted to finish this.

Tenya was heartbroken and in awe, first Izuku, then Shouto, and now Sakura. His classmates had come to his rescue, putting their lives and blood on the line for him. He was so consumed with hatred and a thirst for revenge that he forgot his limits and overestimated his capabilities. Putting the lives of others in danger.

"Please stop," Tenya begged, tears in his eyes.

"Sorry, Tenya." Sakura kept her eyes on her opponent but spoke as if she was kneeling over Tenya comforting him. "But if you wanted this to stop, you would have to be able to stand on your own!"

Sakura and Stain were still clashing, but he was beginning to see that the girl had no intention of letting him close in on her. She was too skilled with her blades, it just wasn't right. He wanted to kill this girl. His instincts were telling him that something was off about her and that she was one of those people that needed to be cut from society.

At the same time, he couldn't get his sword to fall on her.

Stain averted his eyes and then kicked off on his heel heading towards the other four. Shouto and Izuku prepared for his attack. Shouto used his ice to try and block his path but Stain was able to easily avoid the ice before it sprung.

"Hasn't anyone ever told you? You rely too much on your quirk!"

"Todoroki!" Izuku rushed towards Stain. His quirk activated all across his body, with a new level of control he attained through his internship training. His fist contacting with Stain's chest and knocked him back, but that didn't keep him back for long. Although Izuku's attack was not light, Stain was not going to waste any more time, he would end Tenya, Native, and Sakura before the other heroes appeared. It was already difficult with this many people to deal with and time was running up for his quirk.

'I'll go for the boy first.'

"Don't even try it!" Sakura managed to appear right in front of them instantly. Arms wide, her weapons gone and her guard dropped. "You'll have to get through me first!"

"Fine then!" Raising his sword, Stain brought it down with a heavy blow, watching the blood splatter as he cut horizontally across her throat. A quick and merciful end but also horrific that her classmates were completely struck with fear. Her body fell and splatters of red still pooled around her.

Izuku couldn't breathe. "S-Sakura…."

Stain swiped his sword, eyes filled with red. "Someone with eyes like that, she is the furthest from what a hero should be. And she lost her life for your selfish desire."

Tenya felt bile rise in his throat, but he coughed it down. They're one of his classmates laid, lifeless in a pool of their blood. Even though he could move now, Tenya wasn't able to muster the strength to fight.

'What have I done?'

"Now it's your turn." Stain said, holding out his sword.

"Guess we shouldn't wait anymore."

He barely realized what happened, as weight fell onto his head from above, his vision fading to black as he saw the shocked expression of the three heroes in training. They were looking up at something, jaw slacked. That was all Stain saw before he fell into oblivion.

Sakura flexed her hand, "Didn't even break the pavement, that's not gonna keep him out for long. We should restrain him."

Native, Izuku, Tenya, and Shouto didn't move. Their muscles tense as the pink-haired girl shuffled around the hero killer, and the place where she previously laid, was nothing more than a torn-up trash bag of papers.

Izuku tried to speak, but his voice came out broken and crooked that he gave up. Shouto ran up to her, grabbing Sakura's shoulders and frantically examining her neck for the wound that was supposed to be fatal.

"You're…..you're alright."

She just smiled, taking his hands away. "Just fine. You guys look worse for wear though. Tie him up and check for weapons. I'm gonna take care of those three."

Since Shouto was the only one who managed to avoid getting injured in this scuffle, Sakura moved past him, but he didn't go yet to deal with Stain. Still in disbelief.

Tenya still had tears falling down his face, as the girl approached him. "Sakura…you're-

"I'm fine Tenya." She knelt in front of him, taking a look over his arms that were bleeding from his fight with Stain. There were deep cuts through the exposed areas. She made a few hand signs before placing them over his wounds, watching the skin and muscle stitch together and stop the bleeding. "These aren't too bad. Izuku what about you?"

Said boy jolted like a frightened rabbit, "I-I'm fine! I….." Izuku was barely nicked but for Stain that was enough to immobilize him. Sakura had moved on to check over Native, he had also been wounded by Stain, but at least there was nothing fatal. While they were still in shock, she was moving calmly through the motions.

"Didn't he just slash your throat?" Shouto finally managed to ask.

Sakura wasn't deterred by the question. "That's just how it looked. The blade didn't even touch me," she pointed to the stack of garbage. "That was basically an illusion."

'Some illusion.' To Izuku and the others, it was terrifying.

Izuku gasped. "Is that how you managed to defeat Kacchan?"

Sakura winked. During his final attack, Sakura had used the replacement to make Katsuki think he had managed to strike her down. It was one of her favorite moves.

After Shouto and Izuku removed Stain's weapons and restrained him with rope they found. They all got out of the ally. Tenya dragged Stain at the end of the rope, his shoulder's still heavy.

"That was incredible the way you fought the hero killer," said Native. "I'm ashamed, I couldn't do anything against him."

"He was tenacious." The first time Sakura encountered someone like that was when she, Sasuke, Naruto, and Kakashi had to face Zabuza. He had accused them of not being real shinobi and he was adamant in reminding them of this. People like that were too thick to pierce through easily.

"He was too quick for any of us to outmatch," said Shouto.

"I just picked up on his patterns. Besides he was determined to kill at least three of us before he escaped and because he knew there was a time limit, he became flustered." Sakura decided not to mention that was trying to stall for time as well, but as usual, heroes were late again.

The commotion had made the streets go quiet tonight, with no cars running along the road and no pedestrians trying to dash past them. It was eerie.

"Wha…Why are you here?"

A man stood on the other end of the road, elderly, at least in his sixties, crouched but wearing an obvious yellow and white hero suit with a black mask. Izuku called to him in recognition but was promptly met with a foot to his face as the man practically flew across the street, air propelling him from his feet.

"Gran Torino!"

"I told you to stay on the bullet train!"

Sorahiko Torino, who Izuku only knew by Gran Torino, had revealed to be the former teacher of All Might and had been the only one to make an offer to Izuku for his internship. With the older man berating Izuku, Sakura realized that she was probably going to get an earful from Chiyo when she came back.

"It's around here!"

"Endeavour told us there was a request for help here but…."

"Children?"

"Oi….that guy…."

"Don't tell me, is that the hero killer?"

"Call the police too!"

Five more heroes had arrived at the scene on Enji's order after Shouto took off to find Izuku and told his father to send him back up to his location. A praising decision. It was a shame they had taken this long to arrive.

"Hey Sakura weren't you with Recover Girl?" asked Shouto. She just stuck out her tongue and laughed it off. But with the hype no fading and reality dawning, Tenya was growing heavier with guilt. The heroes looked them over and found no injuries, but that was because Sakura healed them before their arrival.

She was the one who brought down Stain, she was the one who saved them.

"You three." With his mouth dry, Tenya leaned forward in a deep bow. "I'm sorry! All of this happened because of me, I put you in danger with my recklessness. I'm truly sorry!"

Izuku looked down, "I'm sorry too. Even though you were feeling cornered I didn't notice at all."

"Tenya." Sakura called, poking his head until he looked up. "It's alright. Hey, listen we-

There was a lot she wanted to say, but Sakura didn't miss the hint of bloodlust coming towards them. Something in the sky rounded the corner of the building down the street and was flying at them fast. It was a creature with wings, talons, a bird-like creature meshed with almost human limbs, but its features were familiar to Nomu. The top portion of the skull was removed, brain exposed. It was enough to take her by surprise.

"GET DOWN," Sorahiko ordered the youngsters.

Although heading the warning, when the creature swooped bellow its talons wrapped around Izuku and took him into the sky. Sakura saw that it was missing an eye in one of the sockets and the wound was fresh because blood had splattered around.

Sakura sprinted to action to get to him, but with her focus drawn, she didn't see the hero killer cut his binds and use the blood that had scattered from the winged creature to paralyze it. So when she sprung from the side of the building and grabbed Izuku, Stain was also crossing her path.

"Society overgrown with fake heroes and the criminals who wave their power around idly…." Stain lifted the knife Shouto had missed before he restrained the man, and stabbed the flying Nomu through his head. Blood splattered on the road, but the creature did not rise again as its counterpart would.

Sakura managed to grab Izuku and put a distance in the middle of the road from where Stain was on the pavement. The air smelt of blood, and it wasn't from the Nomu. From waking, Stain was not in the same state of mind as before. His eyes clouded like a starving animal. None of the heroes attempted to come for the villain even as he stood over the corpse. He was up now and ready to purge but Sakura was still trying to conclude these events.

"Why does that thing look similar to Nomu?"

Did that mean those people from the USJ were also here? Were they the reason behind the commotion in the city now? If that was true, Sakura didn't regret choosing to come here even if it was pure chaos.

"What are you all standing around for?" Enji came down the street from where the heroes had come. He had been pursuing the winged villain after managing to injure it and save someone it had captured.

"Late for the party," Sakura muttered.

When Stain realized the number two hero's presence, Sakura just felt like her tongue had been dipped in blood. Enji didn't realize it immediately and was grinning, ready to catch the grand prize that was the hero killer when said man turned directly to face him.

"ENDEAVOR."

No fear.

No humanity.

Just pure killing intent.

His eyes were wide, with veins that drew lines of blood, his mouth gaping with saliva from his rage. The bloodlust was so prominent to those in front of him that Stain made the moon behind look red. Everyone was frozen as if his quirk had suddenly become remote. They couldn't take action. From the lowest ranking hero to the highest. Even Shouto and Tenya's expressions were vice and taut with dread.

"I must make things right!" He stepped forward, they tried to take a futile step back. "Someone must be dyed in red!" Again another step, it was like a crushing weight being pressed against their chest. "I must take back what it means to be a hero!"

"COME TRY AND GET ME YOU FAKES!" Even Enji, who towered over everyone including the hero killer had to step back from the force. "The only one I'll let kill me is the true hero ALL MIGHT!"

Fear spike as Stain's bloodlust peaked to its greatest height that it seemed to take on a life form of its own. A monster of sorts that buried deep into you and devoured your strength and courage. Rendering you as helpless as a child. That was the sensation of what Stain demonstrated through his conviction and bloodlust.

However, no one expected a shadow to fall over the man before his body hit the concrete with a heavy thud. Sakura hovered above for a moment before landing beside what was considered in those few seconds a true predator about to devour its prey.

Like throwing cold water over a burn, it was almost a painful transition as the bloodlust vanished instantly. All eyes were on the girl hovering above Stain. Izuku had been so weighted by the feeling that he didn't even realize Sakura's body moved from his.

The kunoichi threw her arms out with an exasperated expression, especially directed at the heroes.

"What the hell was that? Were you waiting for him to throw the knife into your heads?"

Not a glimmer of hesitation or fear, no trembling, no sweat. Like looking at someone who could walk through the snow without protection or step through fire without being burned. Someone who gave no feeling or sensation, like a ghost.

And that was more terrifying than the bloodlust of the murderous villain that laid at feet, unconscious and beaten.

By this little girl with bright pink hair who scoffed at them.

Tomura could feel the warm blood trailing down from his neck soaking into the collar of his sweater. His nails still clawing at his flesh, the anger too great to reign in with pain. Not after watching his Nomu get killed by Stain and then the appearance of Sakura and Izuku here in Hosu of all places. He was beginning to see a line of intervention thickening between those two and his desires that were foiled.

"Why are those kids there!" Tomura shouted, digging his nails deeper. Kurogiri watching quietly at his side. "Why, why won't things go the way I want?"

Kurogiri on the other hand was more concerned than infuriated that three more of their Nomu had just been captured by authorities and that they failed to recruit the hero killer to their side. And the students from U.A. had also made an appearance here. This truly was chaotic.

'On the other hand, this will make a fine report for master regarding that girl.'
