Unexpected Technique Part III

“...Mister Sander, what are you doing?” Maysa asked.

“I’m preventing an unexpected event that is about to occur. ...Like I said, Lucy doesn't know how to hold back.”

Hearing that, the owner of the light-green eyes paused, lips gasping slightly after her brain processed what this older man meant to say. She saw that he was glancing at Waree and Shin who started making a move as well.

“You two are thinking the same as I am, right?” Sander asked.

Both did not say anything in reply. Shin just tightened his grip around the spear, while Waree was smiling by the corner of her mouth with sparkling light illuminating on her hands, showing that she had been holding dozens of magic spells, too.

“Master, the enemy’s about to finish the battle now. We need to do something.”

Jinnie’s voice rang to gather Wisana’s senses before he lost them when he saw this familiar skill that was so close to coming at him.

“I already know that, Jinnie.” He said with a harsh voice.
