Black Dragon “Sarquros” Part II

“A ...alright, then we hurry in and take an egg out to get this over with.”

Wisana tried to speak in a harsh voice to encourage himself again. He could not stop thinking that his back felt exposed and insecure completely without Maysa by his side, damn it. (And somehow, he felt frightened even more with this evil kid, because he did not know when she would get annoyed at him and turn that scepter against his back!)

“One more thing.” Angie continued. “We should use less voice when we’re in there as well. Try to communicate with the hand signs.”

“Hand signs?” Wisana raised his eyebrows. “You mean those signs that our guild uses during monster hunting? You know how to use them, too?”

Hearing that, Angie waved her hand around her mouth, moved it down to slide past her throat, and then pointed forward. Those were simple signs for “Shut up and keep moving,” making Wisana snort out once more.
