Prisoner of War Part IV

KNOCK! KNOCK! KNOCK!

But suddenly, the knock on the door interrupted them, making the two pause at the same time. Sven licked his lips, then looked at the door with a sigh of disappointment.

Meanwhile, Nuchjaree was blushing, hanging her face low as she reached up to touch her lips.

“Who could possibly be knocking on the door right now?”

Sven asked in an annoyed voice. He narrowed his eyes at the door room and the clock hung on the wall in another corner and saw that its hands were at 2:15. And he knew instantly that this was not the time for anyone to come visit them surely.

“The enemies?” He whispered.

“No, they’re not,” Nuchjaree said, before standing up finally. “Before you woke up, I called to order some room service. We both haven’t had dinner yet, so I ordered some for you. I saw that they have some curse-dispelling menus as well.”

“...”

Sven was speechless. Then he just rolled his eyes annoyedly but finally nodded in response.
