Sentient Planets And Limit Breakers

Beatrice feeling Luke's lip on hers couldn't help but feel hot, she began to kiss to him back,

Luke gently pushed Beatrice on the bed as he took off his suit and shirt, Beatrice breath couldn't help but quicken as she saw Luke chiseled abs, she couldn't help but blush.

Her flushed face turned Luke on harder, he couldn't wait to devour her.

Luke bent down and started to kiss her neck, just when things were going heated up, "I'm not ready!' Beatrice said in a shy voice causing Luke to stop.

Beatrice covered her face with her hands feeling ashamed, Luke wanted to say something but stopped mid way.

He had to respect Beatrice choice.

Beatrice on the other hand couldn't understand her own hesitation, part of her really wanted this but Luke revelation tonight gave her a lot of doubt, how could she give herself to Luke when she barely knew anything about him.

If this happened a few days before the revelation, she would have thrown herself at Luke without any hesitation, but this time was different.

Tonight she saw a side of Luke she had never seen before, she wanted to find out who the man she was married to really was because for all she knew, this might not even be the real Luke.

Luke on the other hand was caught in an awkward situation, he kind of understood Beatrice," she's having doubts about me".

Did he look that unworthy?

Luke sighed and got up from the bed, "I'm sorry, I shouldn't have rushed it" Luke apologized.

This maybe wasn't the right time to do this, Beatrice needed emotional security after what she's gone through tonight, rushing this was very careless on his behalf.

He couldn't help but feel a little embarrassed of himself. Silence fell into the room as the couple didn't know how to get out of the awkward situation.

"I'll head to bathroom first" Luke suddenly said before rushing to to the bathroom.

Beatrice couldn't help but let out a chuckle, since she met Luke he's always been calm, composed or nonchalant. This was the first time she's seen him flustered and she couldn't help but find it a bit adorable and funny.

Luke immediately turned on the shower as he had a cold long bath, his body was burning up and he couldn't control his emotions, his head was in mess but who wouldn't.

Beatrice was a very attractive and beautiful woman with a seductive body, how many men could think straight looking at her?

Luke closed his eyes, the cold water was not working, he was still fired up.

Luke began to increase his blood flow rapidly and made it circulate around the surface of his skin, this allowed the heat to transfer away from his skin letting out the heat.

This caused a large amount of steam in the bathroom.

The steam immediately turned the bathroom into a sauna.

Luke finally opened his eyes glowing blue, he finally sighed as he was able to get all the heat from inside his body.

His glowing blue eyes finally went to normal again.

After exiting the bathroom, Luke was greeted by Beatrice tightly wrapped up in a blanket, she seemed to embarrassed to face Luke.

"I'll be heading to my study, feel comfortable to use this room as you like, I promise I won't peak" Luke said jokingly as he left the room.

Beatrice popped her head out after she heard the door closed, she sighed loudly tonight was going to be a long night.

Luke headed directly to his study room with a gloomy face, the appearance of Catherine today was very strange.

She wasn't here to persuade him to surrounder or make a deal, then what was her reason for being here in Gold country.

Luke couldn't help but wonder as he took a seat in the study room.

"Locate Catherine Smith, President of Black Moon security!" Luke suddenly uttered this words.

Suddenly a a holographic map of Gold country appeared in the middle of the study room and started zooming in at a location before stopping at the M1 Hotel.

Show me live footage of her exact location, suddenly a video of Catherine appeared along with three men in her hotel room.

"Identify all the people in the room!"

Numbers suddenly appeared before the heads of those mem

Warning! Warning! Warning! No 4 is extremely dangerous.

"No 4???" Luke was confused, where did the number four come from? There were only three people in the room with Catherine, Unless.....

Luke squinted his eyes before suddenly noticing that there was indeed a fourth person in the room. This person was hidden in plain sight but he had no aura almost like he didn't exist.

It was so easy to overlook him, but he stood just 2 meters behind Catherine, he wore a black cloak which covered his entire body leaving nothing exposed.

With this appearance he should have stuck out but for some reason quite the opposite happened.

"What's the power index of those men with Catherine?"

No 1 is at level 0.8 sentient awakening stage

No 2 and 3 are at level O.67 sentient awakening

Possibility of No 1 breaking through the Limit Breaker stage is 0.1 percent! The system gave a feedback.

What about No 4? Luke asked.

.

..

...

....

Number 4 power index is a Level 1 Limit Breaker! Possibility of breaking to level 2 it's 90 Percent!

Luke couldn't help but narrow his eye upon seeing this. Power index were ways to measure one's strength in the wider universe, they represented how much a civilization could endure whiles breaking through the Limits that constrain their biological body.

Every sentient being had a power index, but only a few could surpass their limits physically.

A level 1 sentient awakening stage person was more or less a step above regular humans, they were always a step above everyone in everything.

They were more healthier, stronger, faster and had heighten senses than regular people. To achieve this one must push their bodies to the very limit before they become Sentient awaken, but the survival rate of this was very low.

In the wider universe, most advanced civilization achieve this by putting themselves in planets with harsh and horrible conditions to temper their bodies and break through the limits.

For this to happen it usually depends on how much the being can endure because in this process what is most important it's how the body adapts to its surroundings. Those who body failed to adapt early all die.

There was a second way to break through the limit, but that method had a zero percent chance of succeeding, only what some might say a miracle could change the zero percent possibility into success and that's why most civilization avoided that option after all, what was the possibility of a miracle happening in a beings life cycle.

Limit breaker stage on the other hand was totally different from a Sentient awaken being, those who are able to go through the nine stages of a Sentient awakening where considered Limit breakers.

Limit breakers could be considered super beings, they were superior to sentient awakening stage beings by a hundred fold, it wasn't even a competition between the two.

What was even more unique than Sentient awakening was that limit breaking was the first step for any civilization to begin evolution into a higher life form.

A sign that a civilization was beginning evolution was the appearances of Limit breakers.

The appearance of Limit breakers signified that the planet surface was adapting to harsh conditions but what it ultimately meant was that the planet was begining a new cycle.

In the wider universe every planet were more or less Sentient beings, when civilizations begin their evolution the end result was always the destruction of their home planet.

Civilizations always end up destroying their planets as they continue to evolve, this is always as a result of them depleting the planet of all it resources to fuel their advancement.

As they evolve, the planet resources won't be enough to sustain them, so they begin the harvest of the planet core, which would ultimately lead to the destruction of the planet,

In retaliation to this, planets in order to protect themselves goes through a process that eliminates all living organisms inhabiting it. This process make sure it eliminates all the remains of the civilization before leaving almost nothing behind, this resets life on the planet, and restart again, and when the new inhabitants become a threat to the planet once again the cleansing begins all over again.

The path of evolution is a race against time, if you don't evolve fast enough to consume your planet, the planet will consume you there were no in-betweens.

Evolution was a cruel race. The appearance of Limit breakers was not a good sign if the technological advancement didn't match it.

This is because limit breakers could defy the laws of principles guiding a planet, this meant that sentient planets always determined the advancement of any race inhibiting it by the appearance of Limit breakers.

It's there an error? Luke asked with doubt how could a planet like earth cultivate a limit breaker stage being? That simply wasn't possible, this planet was not ready, how could a new lifecycle begin?

Where's Lucy when you need her?" Luke couldn't help but sigh.

"Give me reports on the planet core and civilization progress?"

"Planet vitals and core are positive! Human civilization progress is still below Civilization Level 0.6

Luke thought of something, "give me a background scan of No 4" Luke ordered the system.

.

..

...

....

There's no data! This bold word appeared.

"Looks like I'm right!''

No 4 does not certainly belong to the human race" This was the only reasonable conclusion Luke could come up with, but if that was right, then where did this alien come from? And why was he a guardian knight of Krustalia?

It was almost impossible to enter the earth atmosphere without he not knowing about it, besides from the first survivors, this planet was remotely hidden from the rest of the wider universe, so where did he come from?
