The Malicious Hunter Part Six

On the west side of Grava City, where Grava Acadamy Stadium is located, Mr.Brown, David, and Skylar are in the announcer's room.

"Hey, Mr.Brown How does it look around the stadium? Are things still normal?"

"Yes, Doc. The area around the dome is still clear. Besides a few passing mercenaries, there has been no immediate danger."

"Ok good."

"I've noticed, Doc, that you've been asking that question a lot this entire time. Is there something that keeps worrying you?"

"No, I'm looking for an opportunity to leave with Skylar."

"What do you mean leave?"

"I will take Slylar and leave this city and all the chaos it's in."

"Wait, you can't! Your healing powers are very integral; if you leave, there's not a single person who's reliable enough to be able to heal all our injured."

"Well, none of that shit is more important than my daughter or my life!"

"But Doc, come on!"

"Don't get your panties in a bunch, Mr.Brown. I'll gladly come back after this is all over if there's still a city left, but my top priority is getting me and my child safe."

"Please, Doc, I want you to thi—"

Suddenly, an intense feeling washed over every OGI user in Grava City.

"Wait, this can't be. I thought Nixion had sent him to another dimension!" Mr.Brown screams with a worried expression.

Mr.Brown closes his right eye and places his index finger over it.

"Come on, Mr.Brown, tell me what you can see with that power of yours!" David screams.

"This isn't good at all!"

Mr.Brown removes his finger from his eye and looks toward David.

"He's back, and he's really close to the stadium; if he attacks us, the dome won't be able to take that much firepower."

"Oh yeah, fuck that we're leaving immediately! Come on, Skylar, we've got to go," David says as he grabs Skylar's hand as sweat slides down his face.

"Umm, Daddy, what does fuck mean?"

"Oh, don't worry about it, sweety; it just means a nice-smelling flower," David says in a nervous tone.

"Oh, then we should go find one and give a fuck to mom as a present!" Skylar screams with a smile.

"No, Skylar, don't use that word under any circumstances!"

"Ok, Daddy!"

David swiftly lets out a breath of relief.

David starts to walk toward the door with his hand, grasping his daughter's hand tight.

"David!" Mr.Brown screams with a stern tone.

David turns his head around to listen to what Mr.Brown has to say.

"You know the principal puts a lot of faith in you, even though no one apart from the staff understands why, but he does. He always believes in your ability and expertise, despite your sour attitude."

"And you're telling me this, why?" David asks in a stern tone.

"There are kids on the battlefield who have futures, just like the daughter you're trying to save." All I'm saying is, are you really going to abandon them because you're scared?"

David turns his head back forward after seeing the anguish on Mr.Brown's face.

"Damn, I wish Skylar was old enough so I could smoke in front of her. Hey, Mr.Brown don't call me by name; call me Doc like everyone else, please. I'll be off. I hope when I come back, you'll be less of an asswipe."

David walks out of the room with Skylar.

Outside of the dome, a few miles away at the location where Hunter and Nixion had their battle, the entire area has been turned to rubble, which makes the entire area an empty wasteland surrounded by destroyed buildings.

In this area, Hunter, who has fully regenerated and remade his clothes, is currently starting at the moon.

"Wow, that was amazing! Nixon really is the strongest, even in his old age! I like it!"

As Hunter gets more excited, he looks at his hands while flexing.

"But that was dirty, Nixion! Putting me in that damn dimension! It took me getting sliced apart over three hundred million times before I was able to locate the sprinkles of OGI in this leg so I could return to this dimension!"

Hunter stands up with a huge frown on his face.

"Fuck you, Nixion! We're supposed to fight to the death, but you trapped me in that dimension! Well, that won't be enough to kill me. Come back and fight me!"

As Hunter smiles menacingly, lightning suddenly fills up the sky.

Back at Grava Academy Stadium on the battlefield, Kai, Aurora, Marfumi, Dexter, Liz, and Blaze start to converse after sensing Hunter's presence.

"You all felt that OGI surge as well, right?" Dexter asks with a worried expression.

"Yes, there is no mistaking it; it's the same menacing OGI I felt when Hunter arrived earlier today," Kai says with his arms crossed and a serious expression.

"Oh no, he's pretty close, too." I hope I won't have to use powers on him," Liz remarks with a panicked expression.

"No, there's no way someone like Hunter would even blink at someone with your powers," Marfumi says with a cocky expression.

"Hey, Marfumi, don't talk to Liz like that; you couldn't participate in the tournament because you lost in the survival round." You have no right to talk about her powers!" Dexter screams with an irritated expression.

"Aww, thank you so much, Dexter!" Liz exclaims with sparkles in her heart-shaped eyes.

"Yes of cou—"

Dexter's face suddenly froze after he lagged out momentarily.

"Haha, your power might be the funniest thing to exist!" Marfumi screams as he laughs hysterically.

Kai walks to Aurora and puts his back on the wall directly next to her.

"So, Aurora, what's the plan now?"

"Isn't it obvious this is why we stayed back instead of fighting out there with the rest of them?"

"Good, that's what I like to hear! Then we all need to get out there and fight off Hunter to keep the people in here safe and hopefully stop him from causing the others out there on the battlefield trouble."

"Yes, that's the plan I had in mind, too."

"Well, you can all leave me out of that plan!"

Kai and Aurora turn to the left, where they see Blaze.

"Wait, Blaze, are you saying you won't fight with us?" Kai asks with a disappointed expression.

"Hell no, dude, I already told you I have a rockstar career to look out for, and don't you realize who's out there? I don't do much research on these kinds of things, but I do know Hunter is a vicious, Feared Legend who killed the fucking Beast King!"

"And what is that supposed to mean?" Kai asks with an angered expression on his face.

"It means we have no business fighting someone like that! I plan to live okay, and this bullshit isn't a part of it!"

"You're one of the strongest in our squad here, Blaze; we could really use your help in this fight," Aurora says with a straight face.

"Well, I plan to be electrifying a little bit longer, so you might as well stop asking."

Kai walks up to Blaze with a fierce look in his eyes while his arms are still crossed.

"I thought you were an honorable person, but I guess I was wrong."

"Yeah, I guess you were."

While Kai and Blaze argue, Marfumi starts looking around.

"Hey guys, where's that Wayne kid we were supposed to be watching? The last time I checked, he was knocked out over there."

Everyone looks to where Marfumi pointed, and they all realize that Wayne's missing. Then, a few seconds later, Mr.Brown showed up at the group's location in the stadium.

"What is it, Mr.Brown?" Aurora asks.

"It's Wayne! He used Lex to bust a hole through the dome. He's going after Hunter!"

"Oh shit!" Everyone screams.

Miles away from the dome Hunter is currently standing on top of piles of rubble, staring at Wayne below him.

"Well, if it isn't the human kid of the Beast King! It's been a while, hasn't it, haha? What was your name again?" Hunter says while tapping his head, trying to think.

With an unchanging frustrated expression on his face, Wayne pulls out his anti-OGI multi-shot pistol from his belt and shoots twice at Hunter.

Hunter tanks them both with his hand, but afterward he sees two holes in it.

"Oh, yeah, I forgot about those anti-OGI weapons of yours, so that means you can hurt me. Well, like last time, too bad you're going against me!" Hunter says with a smile.

Wayne pulls out his anti-OGI blade to accompany his pistol.

"Come on now, Beast King's son. You don't know how to say hello anymore, or are you still mad after what happened last time?"

"Tch, shut your mouth!"

"Oh, I see, I'm right, but at least you know that your father's great power is being used to its fullest potential!" Hunter screams as lightning exudes from his hand.

"Hey Lex, I need you again!"

Lex, who had originally shrunk to the size of an atom, grows back to his normal size and flies onto Wayne's shoulder.

"Listen Lex I already know you don't think I should be fighting Hunter in my state of mind. You've already told me countless and numerous times, but please, I need your help!"

"Grrr!" Lex exclaims with a worried expression.

"Yes, I'm fine with this! When this bastard dies, I'll be even better! So please help me!"

Lex looks at Wayne's grip on his blade and sees that he is shaking.

"Grrr"

With a worried expression, Lex flies up and onto Wayne's back by gripping its black feet onto his shirt. Lex flaps his wings, causing Wayne to float up.

"Thank you, Lex, now for him. Hunter!"

"Huh?"

"My name is Wayne, a man of ambition, and today I will avenge my father Kirata and my mentor George by killing you with my ambition! If your head isn't rolling on the ground with no hope of revival by the end of today, I might as well be dead!" Wayne screams with nothing but rage in his voice.

"Haha! Then let me see if you're any stronger than the last time we fought, Wayne!"

After seeing Hunter's huge smile, Wayne starts to fly forward with Lex's help.

"Hunter!"
