(Tech: The tiers don't mean anything, it's just a measure for you and me to tell the difference between various nations. For example, A fleet of twenty corvettes from tier two would annihilate a fleet of twenty from tier one. after all, a nation in space for decades would obliterate a newly emerging nation.)

A last-ditch attempt to survive by all the nations in the Orion Arm, it is the last hope of all independent nations within it and all native life as well.

It is led by thirteen champion races.

It owns roughly six hundred million stars.
