It’s 2019. After twenty-two long years, the shadow hunter is back in the small town of Zafira again. The fear of shadow hunters will once again terrorize the town, but one thing is for sure - Shadow Hunter never killed anyone. Instead, his target is always single girls whose zodiac sign is Virgo. 
 
The shadow hunter's signature attack is an ice pick to the windpipe, leaving the girls bleeding but alive. Every victim has the same mark on their neck, a constant reminder of the shadow hunter’s presence.

Despite the shadow hunter's long absence, the people of Zafira haven't forgotten the terror he brought to their town in the past. Many fear that the return of the shadow hunter is a sign that the nightmare is starting again and that more young women will fall prey to his vicious attacks.

The Shadow Hunter: A Cursed Entity

Walking on Zafira's dirt road, she was haunted by the same thought again and again, "If I had listened to Waleed and had not made fun of him in front of everyone, all this would not have happened today. My daughter would not have to go through this trouble and neither should the rest of the girls." She took a long breath, "... Ooh Waleed. What have you done." She was talking to herself, regretting what she did in 1997.


"Show me the list of the girls who got attacked in 1997." Dr. Malik asked for the list. He wants to find the pattern of shadow hunter.


"Okay, Sir." the office showed him the list on the system.


While everything is going on Zara and Ayesha enter the police station. Zara's eyes read on the screen, and there she saw her aunt's name was also written there with all the names. Fatima Ahmed, Ayesha also saw her mothers on the top of the list. Zara left the police station in tension and went straight to her house and from there, Ayesha follows behind her.


Zara sat across from her aunt Fatima, her eyes blazing with anger. "How could you not tell me about the attack?" she demanded while Ayesha stood there seeing this whole thing in confusion.


Fatima sighed heavily. "Zara, I didn't want to worry you. I thought it was best to keep it in the past."


"But you were attacked by the same thing that's attacking girls now!" Zara exclaimed. "Don't you think that's important information to share?"


"I know, I know," Fatima said, placing a comforting hand on Zara's shoulder. "But listen darling. Your mother and I are being protective of you… and we tried to warn you about shadow hunter but you always thought this to be a stupidity.".
