The J's Family

As the sun reaches its peak, the horizon hits different, clothes spread out seems quite dried in a summer, the fig trees sings in its alluring voices whispering vaguely in languages that are quite incomprehensible but who wants to understand tree languages by the way? The birds spreading its beautiful feathers and as they raise their beaks and flew across the city that is a little beneath the sky down to the trees. The magnificent view is always amazing especially when you look from the house adjacent then you can picture the full life of the wild. How adoring the space looks, the work of art and the work of Nature must be related, they could be cousins or blood brothers because the uniqueness of their works are similar and pulchritude.

No wonder James love sitting on a semi circular view that is adjacent the fig tree when ever he wants to sip from the Canadian pipe he gets from the street boys who hawk in private, something his first son would often times call " the street weed", he has tried to stop him from calling it that name but the boy seem adamant even after he tried explaining to him that the smoke is medicinal to him. James is a well built man both in muscle, physique and mentality wise, his light skin glows in the summer like an oiled run way model standing in front of audience to be seen and captured and his freaking amazing smiles always reminded Jessica of why she fell in love with him; his face quite childlike in nature for a man of his age, quite tall like he came from the lineage of an ancient African descendant, his smile so charming that one could always assume " he got everything figured out". Now he had retired from the Army due to injuries from duty, he sat down watching and beholding nature take its part in beautifying the existence called earth. He thought to himself, " why does the branches clap often?' He always believe literally that assuming proper comprehension and attention is given to nature, an insight of the kind of conversations trees and nature generally do have would be revealed. He would in many occasions take close shots from his camera, hoping to see smaller living organism, or probably capture where insects are marrying or where they are having family meetings, or settling disputes in their law court, insane thoughts indeed.

Jessica would always describe his obsessions as " deformity from war" something that someone who is not doing anything does, if he was busy at the frontline battle battling for his life and safety, he would not have time to be thinking about the advanced nature theorem, but that never stopped James from his obsessions about nature. While sitting and fixing its gaze at the tree, Jessica walks in taunting him about the small humans, she would ask him "how many did you see today?" were they in the court of appeal? are they conducting census? is their king dead? she would ask all these questions in an instant without giving James the opportunity to answer until he remembers that his wife was just taunting him.

While they spoke about different things concerning their homes like the nature of balanced food to eat, how to maintain decorum and expense cut down, Jessica brought up the topic about adopting a girl to stay with them.

At different occasions, she has suggested the idea of adopting a girl to James but in many times, they were inconclusive about the decision to do it or not, James and Jessica often times called the J's family, have the same thought about raising people because their ideology towards people seems alike; they love raising young people, watching them blossom into adulthood, many times it's more about the process and the transformation that tickles their resolves and since their five children are all grown to a certain age, they needed another adventure to replace the already existing one.

Jessica suggested they visit the St. Mary's orphanage homes since the place is mostly crowded with young people of different races and different age, though recent stories foretails that people at the homes are missing or dying, but James would always insist that its lack of proper feeding and Management that causes the death of young children at St. Mary's orphanage homes. They decided to visit the vicinity later that day after contacting the right authorities for adoption of a girl. They argued about the kind of girl they need, Asian, African, American etc. James always wanted a dark skinned girl but Jessica wanted Asian, "something about their round faces " she would always note, James want an African beauty that would add different colour to their house because the five boys they have all seemed like they escaped albino, very fair like their mother with lovely brown eyes, tall like their father and fit, although they look more like their mother, you could still find the traces of their father's impact in them.
