Akagi Masahiko, a 24 year old sous chef at his father's restaurant suffers from a very traumatic past and is now unable to enjoy the things he likes. When his mother abandoned him, he was raised by his relatives in near destitute situation as they're poor. Which resulted in toxic treatment to him by his relatives. Then his girlfriend, who is also his childhood friend, cheated on him. His Optimistic and enthusiastic personality, his world full of joy, dreams and hope, all perish. He struggles to put aside his depression and anxiety, he is affraid to try again, fearing for the despair thats haunts him.
After slowly recovering from his past, everything about him changed. Yet, there are still some people who is cheering for him, and someone wants to fill the void in his heart. But the biggest challenge for him is to learn to accept people in his life again.
He tries to find happiness again, yet holds back due to his mental issues that's tearing him apart.

Misaki and Hasegawa went to a mall just near the university, Hasegawa suggested that Misaki try on some skimpy outfits that could provoke Akagi, make him worry and force him to agree on Misaki's terms. 


Misaki wasn't exactly certain whether she should agree with him, she was strictly raised by her parents to be a good, sincere and modest girl. Setting their principles on their religious beliefs, to grow up love and self respect so that her future husband would cherish her. But ever since she moved out and lost touch with her parents due to their busy lives, she started experimenting and became open with new ways of living. Going with the flow of modern the generation. However, she still attained some of her parents teachings, but Hasegawa urges her, convincing her that this would only be for a short time, just enough to force Masahiko to give up to her.
