Cooperate?

The rules for the cooperation was to find someone who was capable and those who were in the middle of the ranks. This way, they would be able to do more missions and the one with the best performance would be able to pull together his or her teammates.

It was actually quite a drag.

This was also one of the reasons why Nan Hua often only returned alone from missions and no one ever questioned her about this. 

There were too many deaths and all the missions she took were the types of mission that could be called as 'impossible level' because of various reasons. For her to be able to return, the organization felt that it was good enough.
