For an hour, Ryūhei finished all the procedures to buy a building and a permit to start a new business. Ryūhei paid in full after learning the price of the building which led him to loan money from the Northland Bank. The manager of the bank, Andrei, offered a loan to him before. And since the interest rates are better than any of the local lenders, he decided to loan the money from that bank.
Just as he stepped out of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, a woman's voice rang in his head. "Master, Kun Jun is looking for you."
"Got it. I'm coming."
Eni contacted him through telepathy because of his puppets connected with his system. Moreover, his puppets could be his eyes and ears as well due to that.
Coincidentally, Xingqiu came out of the Feiyun Commerce Guild and saw him. He approached Ryūhei while waving his hand.
"Ya. I heard you accepted a request from the Tianquan. How was it?"
"Well, how should I put this? It was a kinda dangerous quest at that time. I'll tell you later. Do you want to come to my shop? There's something else I need to talk about."
"Oh, sure."
Then, the two of them walked together to the shop while talking about trivial things along the way.
Arriving at the shop, he saw Kun Jun read the manga while talking with Jiu with blacksmiths and rocks as the topic. Although Jiu was a bit rude, Kun Jun didn't seem to mind it.
At that moment, he noticed Ryūhei walking inside the shop with Xingqiu.
"Ah, there you are, little Ryūhei. As I promised, I came here."
"Good day, Mr. Kun Jun. How's your condition?"
"Honestly, I'm surprised that my forgetfulness problem disappeared after that incident. Did you do something to me? Though, I completely forgot what happened back then when we arrived in Nantianmen." Kun Jun said while scratching his hair. "Uncle Dai told me that I was possessed by an evil spirit. Perhaps it caused me to forget about the incident."
Jiu who heard that twitched. Because, she actually knew what happened exactly.
"I see. So you forgot about that, huh? But, it doesn't matter, right? You're fine after all. You don't even have trouble remembering things, unlike before." It was kinda embarrassing for Ryūhei to say that. Good thing that he could keep his act.
"Indeed. Thanks to you and Sir Zhongli, I can still come back to Liyue Harbor." Kun Jun nodded. "Oh right, you said you wanted to forge something. Do you have the materials?"
"I have. But…" When Ryūhei thought about the raw materials, he forgot that Azhdaha's horn he cut was too big. If he took it out outside the shop, there would be a commotion.
"I'll be back for a minute." He said to Kun Jun before glancing at Eni. "Eni, brew some tea or other drinks for them. I'll go up first."
"Roger, Master."
Ryūhei immediately went upstairs. He concentrated for a bit while manipulating his cursed energy before disappearing.

Wangsheng Funeral Parlor. Zhongli's office.
At that moment, Zhongli was preparing something regarding the coffin that Hu Tao had made based on a design Ryūhei made a few weeks ago.
Suddenly, he felt something familiar and Ryūhei appeared before him out of thin air.
Normally, Ryūhei could teleport as long as his eyes could see and pinpoint the distance and position he wanted to teleport. However, he just did it without even seeing or pinpointing the distance and position. It was the advanced teleportation technique.
By leaving his trace or residual cursed energy in a certain place or a person, he could teleport to that place without trouble.
In fact, after Ryūhei told Zhongli that his teleportation was required to see and leave his cursed energy behind, he left his cursed energy to Zhongli per his suggestion in case Ryūhei needed anything from him.
Thus, when Ryūhei suddenly appeared, there was no surprise expression shown on Zhongli's face.
"Do you need something?" Zhongli asked.
"Mr. Zhongli, do you happen to know how to cut Azhdaha's horn? Although the Dragonfall I got from Kun Jun has high resistance and compatibility over 5 elements, I still wanted to use the horn as an additional forging material since it can increase the toughness, elemental resistance, and elemental compatibility even more." Ryūhei explained to Zhongli the reason he came.
"Alright, come with me!"
Zhongli grabbed Ryūhei's shoulder, then both of them pulled into the void.
A second later, both of them arrived in front of a building that was designed according to the building in Liyue. Beside the building, there is a gazebo that looks like it was built to enjoy drinking together with someone else.
"Show me the horn!"
Zhongli already knew that Ryūhei also had his own Sub-space realm, although it could only be used on non-living things. Although rare, Zhongli had seen all kinds of people thanks to his long life. The first time he saw Ryūhei, he knew Ryūhei wasn't an ordinary person. That's why it wasn't strange if Ryūhei could do that.
Ryūhei took out a humongous horn. Then, Zhongli manifested his spear while imbuing it with Adeptal energy. He targeted the tip of the horn as he swung his spear.
With just a swing, he cut the tip of the horn cleanly at the size of a person's leg without dispersing the energy within it.
As expected, it was the right choice to ask Zhongli about this. Although Ryūhei could cut the horn himself, the energy within would be lost if he wasn't careful enough as he only wanted to cut it a bit for a forging material.
"Done." Zhongli said.
"Thanks a lot, Mr. Zhongli." Ryūhei bowed in gratitude before retrieving the horn and the cut part.
Then, Zhongli brought Ryūhei back to the outside world. And Ryūhei thanked him again before he teleported back to his shop.
"Sorry to make you wait, Mr. Kun Jun." Ryūhei said that while carrying the part of the horn that was the size of his leg with one hand and another hand carrying Dragonfall.
Kun Jun widened his eyes when seeing those. Especially the pale rainbow crystal that was the size of a baby's head.
"This… This is… Dragonfall? And the other one… Don't tell me that this is a dragon horn. They are the rarest materials sought after by a lot of people. How did you get those, little Ryūhei?"
"Well, through some connections of course. Can you make a katana from these materials?"
"Those are more than enough. Even using Dragonfall as the main material, I can forge three katanas out of it."
"In that case." Ryūhei took out a piece of paper with a katana design as well as a dagger. "Just forge a katana and two daggers according to this blueprint. You can have the rest of the materials."
It was a katana with a flame edge pattern while the dagger was just an ordinary kunai.
"How about the payment?" He asked again.
Kun Jun shook his head.
"No, no. From the start, I just wanted to forge a weapon for you for free because you saved me back then. But now, you even wanted to give me the rest of the materials. I can't accept that."
It seemed that Kun Jun did think that Ryūhei and Zhongli made his memories come back so he felt indebted. Even though Ryūhei himself didn't do anything.
"Don't be like that, Mr. Kun Jun! I give the rest of the materials not to seek reward."
"But, those materials are so precious." Kun Jun knew how precious Dragonfall was. Moreover, Ryūhei even added a dragon horn which was so rare to get.
Ryūhei pondered for a moment before speaking once again.
"Then, how about this? Consider what I mentioned earlier as your debt to me. In other words, if I ever need anything from you in the future, I hope you won't refuse."
Seeing Ryūhei insisting, Kun Jun no longer knew how to refuse so he thought it would be best if he accepted Ryūhei's offer.
They chatted for a bit after that before Kun Jun decided to head back so he could start forging. And remembering that those two materials were so precious, he wrapped them in a cloth and told Eni to accompany Kun Jun while carrying the materials. It could be assumed that Eni was acting as a bodyguard to protect the materials.
Seeing Jiu engrossed in the manga along with Xingqiu, Ryūhei called out to Nibi and Atsuko. Then he told them that tomorrow, the shop he was currently occupying would be moved to the opposite building due to renovations since he planned to change his shop to a publishing company. Xingqiu also heard what he was saying. Thus, Ryūhei told him that he wanted to open both a publishing company and a game company.
