"Mengjiao?" Jian Dan turned her head and was surprised to see Xia Mengjiao appearing at the entrance of New E Media.

"Why is she here?" Xia Mengjiao had been staring at Qin Rou ever since she came in, wearing an obviously unfriendly expression on her face.

Although Qin Rou wasn't very familiar with this girl, she knew that she was Jian Dan's close friend who had infiltrated New E Media as an undercover agent for Jian Dan's sake.

Even though a big part of New E Media's downfall was because of her, the current Qin Rou was different from before; she understood right from wrong.

She knew that her father had done wrong and deserved punishment, so she had nothing to defend him with regarding his actions.

But as Jian Dan had said, in others' eyes he might be a bad person, but to her, he would always be a good father!

Thus, she wouldn't take her anger out on Xia Mengjiao because of her father's wrongdoing.
