It was a day like no other for Metehan and Teoman. Except that the results of the bet they made are known today.
They both lived in the same apartment building. They weren't rich, but they weren't poor either, they were ordinary families with middle-class apartments and middle-class cars.
Their families were friends even before Metehan and Teoman were born. As a result, Metehan and Teoman grew up side by side from the day they were born. Coincidentally or not, they were born on the same day. They celebrated their birthdays together every year.
Teoman had a 17 year old sister who was one year younger than him.
Her name is Begum.
Begüm, like her older brother, has blond, waist-length straight hair. Beautiful ocean blue eyes. Cherry-colored lips. Crescent-shaped eyebrows and a small but matching nose. Her chest is not very large, though not flat. With her slim waist and shapely hips and moon-white skin, she grew up to be a very attractive woman.
Metehan has a 3 year old sister.
Her name is Almina.
Although she had black hair like her older brother, Almina was a very cute girl with brown eyes like her mother, red and chubby cheeks.
Metehan's family lived upstairs. She left the house wearing her school uniform, went downstairs and was about to knock on her friend's door when the door was opened by Begüm.
Metehan, who was surprised for a moment, said, "Good morning, Begum. He recovered himself.
Begum also went to the same high school but was a year behind. Every morning the three of them went to school together.
"Good morning Han." He said and smiled at Metehan, showing his pearly teeth.
'Han' to his close circle Metehan. His friends called him Mete.
Everyone except Han knew that Begüm was in love with Han. In fact, Han knew too, but continued to pretend not to know because she was a family friend and the sister of a childhood friend.
"If I'm not mistaken, you had an exam today, right? Did you work?"
Khan knew every detail about Begum. She loved him too, but she couldn't admit her pride. The two lovers seemed to have reached a dead end. There was no progress between them, except that they were distant when they were together, but more sincere when they were alone.
"Good morning, Han."
Before Begüm could answer, the conversation between them stopped for a moment with the arrival of her brother.
"Good morning Teo, let's go or we'll be late."
Together they left the apartment and set off on foot to their school, a 15-minute walk away.
Begüm answered Han's question;
"How many times do I have to tell you that I don't have to work hard? As you know, I am a genius. I will definitely get full points like the previous ones.
Although the answer sounded arrogant, he had every right to be arrogant. He had gotten full marks in every exam since the day he started school. He would get full marks even in classes that required manual dexterity. She was a bright and talented girl.
While Teo got full marks in every class until he entered high school, his grades started to fluctuate when he entered high school.
Han, on the other hand, always had a slightly above average, steady grade. He always got the same grade as if he did it on purpose.
In fact, he did it on purpose because he did not want to stand out. It felt like showing off to him. But even though it didn't attract attention at first, as the years went by and it was understood that he was doing it on purpose, he began to stand out more than others.
They continued to walk to school, having fun.
At the entrance to the school, her forest green eyes shone in all their glory, though they were hidden behind her golden, round-rimmed glasses. Her raven-black braided hair hung over her shoulders and under her full breasts. Her skin was pale, as if she had never seen the sun. Even though she was a senior in high school and wore a school uniform, no matter how much she tried to hide her hourglass figure, her plump chest, hips, and slim waist didn't help. Her beauty was no match for Begüm's.
His name is Larin.
When he saw the three of them coming, they saw him too.
Before Teoman disappeared with his blue eyes into Larin's forest green eyes, it was as if background music had started from somewhere and time had slowed down.
While Larin's green eyes were lost in the darkness of Metehan's black eyes, time slowed down as the same background music played.
Lightning flashed as Begum's blue eyes fluttered wildly like a stormy ocean as she looked at Larin. Time was not slow for Begum, on the contrary, it was fast approaching the inevitable end.
Metehan, on the other hand, was unaware of the background music or the speeding up and slowing down of time.
As the distance between the two groups grew, Larin took a step forward.
"Good morning, Han, Begum, Teoman."
Metehan said with a straight face;
"Good morning. You may call me Metehan or Mete. Only my relatives can call me Han. You and I are not close. We're just classmates."
Even though the smile on his face twitched slightly at Mete's answer, Larin managed to keep his composure.
While Begüm is content to answer Larin with an "hmpf", Teoman smiles with both his lips and his eyes;
"Good morning, Larin. You dazzle with your beauty as always."
It was a strange love triangle or square.
Teoman was in love with Larin and he showed it without hiding it.
Larin on the other hand was in love with Metehan and Larin did not see the need to hide his love.
Metehan, on the other hand, was in love with Begüm but could not show it.
Although he was afraid to show his love to Metehan in case Begüm got into trouble, he never hid his hatred for Larin.
