After a week, Lu Shang had fully regained himself and he was able to do things himself without the help of others. Lin Lan had long lived for her sect, Zhang Xiao, his mom followed her to see her old friend who was the sect leader of the celestial lake battalion sect.

Lu Shang had just finished his morning workout, running around the clan and doing push-ups a thousand times. There was a change to his body figure, his muscle was now popping out. His bodybuilding was quite useful. His appearance, which looked like that of a 15-year-old kid, had switched to that of a 16-year-old.
